Neglected to advise me which coverage I needed, which left my vehicle vulnerable and unprotected. When I called them for assistance, they were worthless and couldnt care less about my problem. They were definitely NOT there for me as their corny slogan suggests. You would do well to take your money somewhere else. Even if their insurance is cheaper, the value just isnt there.

They were great about helping me with a claim on my truck. My vehicle was hit in my drive way and totaled out. The front desk sat on the phone for awhile, making sure that I got to speak with the right people with my claim. It was much appreciated!

They are terrible!! Never use this company!! They never let you speak to your agent and if you change insurance companies they try to have your license suspended for not having them!! They overcharge and are the absolute worst company and they give State Farm a bad name!!

Weve been with State Farm for over a decade now. Auto, home, life... everything.We wouldnt come to know that their motto Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there was more than just a marketing slogan until Hurricane Michael ravaged our community.Theres so much that stands out in my memory from that horrible time. Mainly, its the images and voices of people who came to help. Every soul we dealt with from State Farm was more than professional. They were kind, compassionate and understanding. They made us feel like people, not just policy holders. They were responsive, empathetic and went out of their way to be accommodating. During a time of shock and devastation, State Farms representatives were a comfort and source of calm that I wont ever forget. I know many others who were treated the same way and it made lifelong customers out of my husband and me. Thank you for going the extra mile to take care of our family and our community. It meant the world to us then... and it always will.

Very nice man Mr. Lovchuk and his staff. I have had insurance with them around 18 years now and I strongly recommend him! There was an messup in something I was owed around 125.00 for.. well Statefarm the company wasnt making it right and it was during the beginning of Covid ..well his staff informed Mr. Lovchuk of what was going on and he personally took his money and met me at his office and MADE IT RIGHT! He said he would fix it or it would be fine either way he made sure I was satisfied! You do not find many of these type in this world anymore. An understanding and reasonable person I am a very satisfied person and would recommend Michael Lovchuk!! A+ Service and always prompt and follow through with answering ALL my questions satisfactory or atleast get me what I need to know which I cannot thank him and his staff enough for doing business like everyone used to the customer is always right her.Thank You!

This is probably worst agency, my family and I have been with statefarm for 10+ years and havent had any issues with any other agencies. The girl messed up our home insurance policy by insuring the wrong address, which wasnt found out until AFTER I canceled my home insurance with usaa, then she tells me our home (correct address) cant be insured thru statefarm theyd have to use a different company but doesnt go in affect for 30 days so a month without home insurance where it floods and their are burglaries in panama city often. So we now have No home insurance, we were NEVER mailed the car becon from 2+ months so my car insurance policy has risen nearly 30 dollars extra a month. Just a big mess that was never fixed, never a call back or follow up from Madison it was just left as is. Statefarm can be great but I do not recommend this agency.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful office with huge aquarium in customer waiting room. Keurig coffee maker while you wait. Agent and associates have good knowledge of the many different products offered by State Farm. Quick service when you have a claim. I personally like having a local agent for face to face business instead of online only insurance companies.

State Farm has had my business for over 30 years, almost 20 with Michael Lovchuk. Michael informed us we would not be renewed because we do not fit into their business plan. We rated him on Facebook and he quickly had 3 staff members rate him 5 stars. So much for honesty in business. Liberty Mutual with USAA was happy to write all of our automobile policies with double the coverage and at a savings.

Worst at customer service, worst staff and when they clearly made a mistake on our policy they refused to fix it even though corporate office said he should. Would not recommend this office for any type of insurance. Many more qualified state farm agents in the area

Staff not knowledgeable about your policy very unprofessional.when people are upset because they are told 3 different answer they dont need english lesson by stefanie.asked for mr. lovchuk to give me a call back one month later i call back was told he was in a meeting he would call me. call me with a smuge attiude his respose is they are four other agents he would transfer my policy to them. no thanks i can do that on my own. make notes like you do when their upset then you would know what wrong info was given .they need to go out buisness. do not get a policy here go somewhere else! because mr. lovchuk could care less

Have used State Farm for 27 years back in AL, way over priced for car insurance. And when shopping for cheaper but equal coverage they hid nothing to try to keep my business.Having same experience now when shopping for home insurance, my insurance is written through them(not actually State Farm, since they dont insure homes in FL. Called one company and same coverage is 1300$ a yr cheaper.

Bait and switch program. They give you a quote for 6 months but you can bet after those 6 months are up they will jack the prices threw the roof without telling you.

After 30 years of no claims, State Farm wouldnt send out an adjuster on our company vehicle.
