Cutest little gem in downtown Palo Alto. Michelle and her staff were so patient (as I took forever to pick a color). They got to know me without being too nosey. I left feeling pampered and like I met some new friends. Picture posted is a week old and nail still pretty as when I left!

Coming here I felt immediately welcome by the owner. She gave me a life lesson into philosophy, religion and psychology. We had a really fun chat and my short nails just looked fabulous when we were done.

Love this place! The owners, Michelle and her sister, are fantastic! So nice! Such a cute, cozy location! Convenient to the downtown Palo Alto area! The main avenue (stores and restaurants are just around the corner). May be tricky to find at first, but no problems afterward. Highly recommended. Call first to schedule an appointment.

It was such a pleasant, friendly experience that I wish I didnt live in Colorado so I could visit more often. Michelle was so kind and friendly. If you live anywhere close, go see her!

Clean, competent, quality

That place is def not cozy and cute. My pedicure started in old, plastic blue bowl. All seems really old there and pedicure was quite average. There are definitely better places around here ...
