Stopped in for a manicure while visiting from Seattle. Staff welcoming with a lovely, comfortable & clean environment. My experience was absolutely wonderful and Julie was detailed and masterful in her nail artistry. I am pleased to have my GO-TO place for nails & Spa treatments during my regular visits to Palo Alto. Jung was exceptional! I appreciated her gentleness and perfectionism with my thin nails. The work is great quality and this is the best manicure/dipping powder application Ive ever received. Only did gel mani-pedis, they were always impeccable and lasted 2 to 3 weeks! The ladies there were very nice and attentive. Always a good experience.

Gel nail: $38 1 hour 9/24/2020They did an excellent job. They take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitizer at the entrance. They had very safe cleaning and distancing measures in place. They are so kind and continue to ask for feedback and make sure what they are doing is what you want!Highly recommended!!!

Lily one of the owners was my nail tech for my first time visiting mangosteen and I was so pleased! Truly paid attention to detail and was receptive to my questions. She gave me quite possibly the best gel mani I’ve ever had for a great price. And she made sure to keep my nails healthy while being gentle during the removal of my old polish. 10/10 will come back!

Shellac... 5 stars! Its difficult to trust other viewers opinions when it comes to shellac, but this place by far does the best work on nails. Between visits, my nails are good for at least 3 weeks! No hesitations, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience! I got a pedicure from Lauren and a gel French manicure from Wendy. Both were excellent and detail oriented. I finished off with a heavenly foot and neck massage. Definitely recommend this place. Very reasonable priced as well. This is not an upscale place, but it was just as good. Made a last minute appt, here from out of town. Loved their pedicure chairs too!

Friendly and professional staff. They’ll always make room for you as a walk in. They’re quite affordable too. As a man I get the manicure with the shiny buff.

Ive been coming to Mangosteen for 2 years now, though in my mind I call it Lilys because Lily and her crew are really the reason I go. They are so professional, yet so sweet and friendly. My nails always look shiny and thick with color. My boyfriend loves my lavender toenails and fingernails, and even commented on how good they look! Thank you, Lily! You have earned your five stars. (Love the comfy massage chairs, too!)

Two times I’ve gone. Gel manicures, Done well, >1 week before they start peeling when my nails grow out. No problems with chipping. Nice staff. Clean. Will be my regular place.

Cute little place. Very relaxing atmosphere, very clean, and the workers here are nice. The pedicure was amazing. The girl who did mine was sweet and VERY thorough. Would definitely recommend.

The nail technicians were nice but had no regard for our appointment time. Our appointment was for 6 and we didnt get in until almost 6:45! They did a great gel manicure, but the pedicure left some to be desired... I got a basic pedicure but little was done to my feet. I get a basic pedicure everywhere I go and every other place has paid much more attention.

I LOVE this place! All the ladies are very nice, professional and do a fantastic job. Try the hot stone massage!! $10 for 10 min!! They really take great care of you. Great location and reasonable prices. Dont forget to grab a frequent visitor card - 10 visits gives you a free manicure:)

She is an amazing nail specialist and really takes her time to pay attention to every detail and give you everything you paid for and more. Her and her staff area always friendly and dedicated to making every client feel special! I have been seeing her for over 8 years and I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!! Ive been twice. Appointment times dont seem to matter.The first time I got gels and the color selection is very limited. There was like, an air bubble? that made its way to the surface and left a weird hole in my gel after I left.Second time was dip powder, which I got yesterday. Its already chipping off on two nails. I specifically got dip powder b/c its supposed to last long.Wont be going back.

Careful work (pedicures), super friendly, clean and the polish lasts. What more can you ask. Basic pedicures are $30, upgrade to $38. Mani/pedi for kids is $37.

Relaxing environment and friendly staff

They dis alright. Wasnt my favorite. They charged me extra for the colors i chose but didnt tell me it was extra until i was done. The environment was awkward.

They cut my cuticle and even after complaining that it was painful, she kept digging into my toenail cuticle. Sure enough, one week later, I have a nasty infection that will require a doctors visit. Super disappointed.
