Reuben is my favorite FedEx employee. Because of my job, I need to drop off packages at FedEx a few times a week. It’s always a pleasure going to the Palo Alto location because Reuben is super friendly, knowledgeable and gives me great tips on shipping and delivery (e.g. how to tell if a package is counted as West coast shipment or not). I had some bad experiences with FedEx employees in other locations, but visiting the Palo Alto FedEx is always enjoyable thanks to Reuben and the team there.
Great experience, helpful and efficient service. Was there early in the afternoon and encountered no wait time. Used to using DHL, but no more. Service quality is night and day. Accessible location, friendly and helpful service representatives—go here if you need it done right and expeditiously.
There was only one person at the service desk, but he was SUPER fast and helpful! We had incorrectly used Express packaging for Ground service (who knew you cant do this??) so he helped to repackage each of 8 boxes and get them sent off. Of course, I had to pay for the extra packaging, but I was just thankful I didnt have to take everything back to repackage them myself. I hope he doesnt leave this location!!

Very rude. Did not want to accept my package with no explanation and sent me to another location. I didnt have time to ask why since I was in a hurry to not miss the last pick up.
I have been here over 5x now and every experience has been better than the next. They can deliver on their promise and defy the rules of delivery when others could not. Customer service and everything else that goes along with it is perfect. Great job by the staff at this location.
Refused to accept a package in a good-as-new box because it had Costco branding on it. Other locations accept these all the time. Reusing sturdy packing materials is common sense and good for the environment - should be encouraged not prohibited.
I had not been here in a while but the quality of service has not changed a bit.....friendly, helpful, pleasant and kind! The people who work here are the best.....eager to help you get the best price and just so nice! Thank you Fed Ex!
The past two years, every 3 to 5 months i give it a try to go here to take passport photos.Every time, they disappoint me and say “Oh, sorry..seem like the camera doesn’t work. I need to change its battery”.You would think they would fix that right after, or a month later, or at least a year later?Every time, I gave them a little benefit of a doubt to come back.Today marked the 5 times I have come there and they have not fulfilled my need once.So that should be 0 out of 5 stars mathematically speaking.
Again same old disrespectful guy not wanting to do his job. He didn’t let me ship my item without a “photo Id” even though i showed him my only photo Id I have because I’m a high schooler and he makes up a random rule saying that it has to have my address on it so he can’t accept it. I hope that this horrible human being gets fired. Never been so disrespected
I have this small business we’re I resale supreme and I was trying to ship an empty zippo and they said I can’t ship it so I went on the fedex website and it said I can but apparently the worker said I don’t care what it says there I can’t ship Lighter. Employee was super disrespectful and told me to go to a different fedex
The middle aged man at this location was super rude!! Only 1 employee here too, dont go here. I already came with my shipment slip & item ready to ship. I asked for a bubble envelope & he stated this was not sufficient for the item. I informed him I shipped it this way already at another Fed ex - whats the issue? A company had already paid shipping & I didnt want to purchase anything else. So he proceeds to tell me that in order for him not to lose his job it must be sent in a box and I must pay for the packaging which was $8.99. - & he states this in a rude and condescending way which irked me. Why would I pay $8.99 ? WHEN THE SHIPPING HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR ? I left and will ship my package elsewhere, somewhere where using a bubble envelope doesnt threaten your job.
NO DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION! Phone greeting says 5pm. That is WRONG :-(
Let you share with you about my experience with this store. You will be insulted for not know anything about Fedex System. Show you guys something havco to read. We shipped something overnight, but 20 mins after we realized that the window for delivery is not fit for our recipient, so we ask them is we can switch the dropoff time 2 hours after. The store manager told us yes, but has to go down there to change it. We went down, and he canceled the first one, can re-ship with the one day shipping. But, here is the fun part, he only return the shipping fee not the taxes, what he is claiming is your transcation went through, if you want your taxes back, go to the goverment to claim it....what a doup....Ok fine, I will call Fexdex then, when I call fedex customer, the guy John told me that he doesnt know how much he can return to me because he can not see the invoice on the system yet. I think its ok to wait 5 business day to get my unknown value money back . SO here I learnt, Fexdex is losting customer one by one.
Rueben was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place over other FedEx locations.
Terribly slow service . The gentle man there is struggling with the computer forever. One customer takes him more than 20 minutes
VERY rude staff there refused to accept my good enough packed package, as that is how it was packed when shipped to me. He asked me to pay $4.99 to add more fillers, otherwise just take it away. I will never go back to that FEDEX. It is really a bad experience!

Understaffed. One person working at peak hours. Waited over twenty minutes just to ship something.
I wish I had read the other reviews but I was on a time crunch. I was charged $3.99 for additional filler paper despite I was returning an item the same way it was shipped to me. Poor customer service- paid for additional paper to fill a box.
Unfriendly staff. All they needed to do is to print a label and send a return package.
