I highly recommend Star Nails everybody there is very very polite the work they do is phenomenal, I have never left there with a bad set of nails they do them absolute perfect. I get so many compliments when Im out and about, it never fails! I thank you for your tremendous work.

Sadly, I must say that in dissatisfied! I initially went in for a pedicure manicure with gel! I was not happy with the outcome of my pedicure. This was a wasted $55. My toes nails are cut uneven. The gel polish is completely off of my big toes. There is no wag that gel polish should come off. And this all happened a few hours after leaving. After looking at my feet. I paid and left and went elsewhere for my manicure.

Went in for the first time for pink and white ombre and it wasnt done well. The blending isnt good and you can see where the white acrylic still is under the pink. Just looks like a straight white and then pink. Maybe the nail tech didnt know how to do it ? And missed spots with the acrylic.

They were very rude and took someone else when I had an appointment. They were not perfessional just told me to sit in a chair and then 30 minutes later Im still sitting in a chair. When I asked who going to start my feet she got an attitude and said you can change your mind if you want. Horrible service!!! I will never come back here again BEWARE

I am a First time customer. I will be returning. All good vibes, good service, complementary water and they really listen to all my specific pedicure details. They repeated back my requests, that makes me know they are really attentive. I will also look into working with the owners husband regarding real estate. I pray each visit is as nice as today’s visit.

I’ve been going to this Salon since before Melissa became the owner and she’s really turned it around. They are always accommodating and courteous and that’s not all. They all do great work everyone is always very nice I wouldn’t go any where else in the AV!

Extremely rude people. They refuse to speak any english. For the most part they were nice to me, but clients coming in not so much. They would tell people one price at the door then change it during check out. Of course clients would get upset. Two females came in complaining about their eyelashes being done crooked too.

Star nail is a nice place to wife and husband does a very good job I get my nails done there if Im not in the city of Los Angeles

I only came here cause my mom likes coming here but seriously these people don’t know how to do nails. I got a manicure and it’s alreadh chipping not even 3 hours later.

Super bad, they are nice but don’t do a good job, they didn’t even measure from my left to my right hand to make sure size was right. Left my daughters nails super boxy as well.

The lady that did my nails was mad all time and very rough. My nails look horrible and she didn’t leave them the way I wanted them. Also she glued the nails to my skin. They also talk a lot under their breath. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer service, I went to get a basic pedicure yesterday afternoon around 1 p.m.The lady that did my pedicure had attitude the whole time. and then I got my toenails painted one toenail blue and the rest White when I didnt like the blue and asked you to change it she attempted to put the white nail polish over the blue. When i asked to just take it off she. Said something under her breath and told me to wait 5 mins. I told her i was on my lunch break i didnt have time she got more upset and rushed and did it over not even taking all of the blue off didnt apply a top coat. Im very disappointed because i work in the area and i was looking for a new shop to go to. But i will never step foot back in here. Very unprofessional.

My regular place was swamped so I came here and they were very nice and she even gave me a free design. However I absolutely hate that coffin nails shape I ended with. They’re so wide, slanted, and crooked :( my thumbs look the worst of all. I called in and they said they’d fix them but I work all the time and don’t have time to keep going back... I’m just disappointed over all.If you want coffin nails go somewhere else

Worst place ever!!! Dont ever go their! Worst service dont know what coffin shape is and they make them super thick. And they hurt you a lot.
