This has become my new go to place to get my nails done. I have been coming here for a few months now and I am always satisfied. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. They are fast to attend you and do such a great job. Very detailed and clean. My manicurist is very patient and made sure I was okay with shape/length all the way through. I even asked her to start over in order to get longer nails & she didnt even bat an eye. She does not disappoint and is always taking her time with her work! The prices are average (good) and the work is well worth going in for a try if you havent already. Absolutely loved my experience! I would definitely come back to this place.

I really love the fact that they are so accommodating when I have really intricate design. Technicians and staff are always willing to help me narrow down my color options! They have a huge color selection and I love.

My new set was supposed to be done after my pedicure, but they had me waiting 30 minutes. When he asked me the length that I wanted, I told him medium square. He cut them short and coffin. 3 of them are crooked to the right. Im not happy at all. I pay $101, thats a lot of money for the bad service.

Not friendly. Need to take more time on Pedicure. Prices are too high.

Dont go here 40 dollars and I didnt even have polish or a design in them I wanted a manicure and full set and didnt even do that right horribly service and over charged for just clean nails I dont Recommend them at all

I was happy with my service. I have been looking around in the area and tried some places before to never go back. I looked up this place online and was a little skeptical with the 3.2 star rating, but they are very close to me so I went there anyway. With a basic pedicure for $25, I got a good pedicure, a scrub a massage with warm lotion and hot stone and hot towels. Im definitely going back!Oh, and I almost forgot. The spa chair is give you a very nice massage, one of the best I have ever tried.

First time here I thought I’d give it a shot.. Looks a little run down and it smelled like someone been smoking cigarettes in there I dislike that smell.. Anyway, the guy who helped me never spoke to me just asked me to choose color and that was all.. My nails were filed badly they look super Square, nail polish not very even.. I don’t like to complain but I think he was in a hurry.. Not sure if there equipment was sterilized they didn’t open anything in front of me.. I ended up going somewhere else to have them fixed.. never again....

This place is so horrible! I will never go back! I made an appointment with one person and yet got somebody else completely and my nails were so inconsistent. When I first sat down they started grinding down my real nails and then walked away for 15 minutes and started working on somebody else. When I told the guy that some of my nails he was doing were thicker than others he seemed to be annoyed and was like well Im not done yet am I. Yet by the time he was done it still didnt look any different. It took over an hour to do my nails, just a simple full set with clear gel. Even the gel wasnt even put on with a even layer. And then to make matters worse one of the nails was put on so crooked it looks like my finger is Twisted. Tbh, I just wanted to walk right out, it wasnt worth the $35 at all!...

Everyone is very rude. If want to wait forever even with an appointment, have your nail technician and their co-workers rudely converse over you, and be ignored and talked about in another language, then this is DEFINITELY the nail salon for you! I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I just needed a nail fixed I ended up getting my feet done and a fill.....no other customer was in the building and they did a rush job. The nail I needed fixed was super thick, not shaped like the rest, I had acrylic all on my fingers I had to ask the guy to get it off. Overall HORRIBLE service, experience and treatment. Told the guy I paid I will not be back and Im not even picky just like my nails to look nice.

One of the ladies here actually did my daughters nails.. She left gobs of acrylic underneath her nails and cut every finger, such a shame!!!! Thank you tho to Sonny for fixing her after they completely screwed up! I didn’t want to give any stars to the female 👎🏻 But for Sonny saving the day.. I give home 5..I will try to insert photos but doubt it’s permit-able.

I dont normally get my nails done but I came here and had the worst experience possible. My nails were not painted properly super messy and the acrylic was not put in the proper place. They had the absolutely worst customer service after explaining to them that my nails were not done properly. The person in charge told me very rudely that I dont have to pay for them and to never come back, and to my surprise, he was right! I will NEVER come back.

My wife got her nails done asked for almond clear full set, noticed the lady wasn’t fully experienced she cut some skin of her thumb and still hurt it again and only said sorry ... got no discount no shame charged me 33$ for clear nails like wow She didn’t even bother to fuss. gave her no tip and for sure not going back. Being Money hungry doesn’t make business !

I tried to give this place more than 2 chances but Everytime I come here they tell me that they have the color I want and at the end I end up getting disappointed. On top of that they do my nails nasty one long one short one thing one thick. I dont recommend this place

Never again am I coming here. The customer service was terrible and I walked out of there with my naila half done.

I got my nails done for the first time there and it was horrible experience they cut me they were supposed to charge me 25 but they 30 bucks because of the length and they were short not recommended.
