This is my first time going to this nail shop and I have to say the experience was awesome Bill did my nails and he did a great job the lady that did my pedicure I think her name is Ming she did an awesome job as well so if you want to love your nails and not just be okay with your nails go to this nail shop Ill be back I promise oh one thing they dont really know how to do designs the kind of basic and plain but your nails look good

They are very rude, I came back when I was told to, they act like I was stupid and said I was late. Extremely rude, the lady was ignoring me like she couldn’t hear me. So unprofessional

They dont honor their customers with appointments waited too long to get manicure and left because they wanted me to wait again for my fill..they will be a very last result for me

I went to get my eyebrows done today. I paid with a card and didnt tip the lady who did my eye brows, they didnt come out great, when i was walking out i heard the man next to her say she didnt give nothing, like he wanted me to hear. I will not be going back to this place

My girlfriend convinced me to go get a pedicure cause of my ingrown. She did such a good job of taking care of my ingrown that I go back every time I get a chance. Ty.

I gave this salon a 2 star only because the owners are friendly, but I suggest you get your pedicure and full set someplace else where its sanitary. The massage chair where you get your pedicure done, are not disinfected at all just a quick rinse or no bag. The full set falls off within 4 to 5 days, should last 14 days and the filling knobs are not cleaned. So go at your own risk.

Only been going here a couple of months now, but happy with my experiences so far. I only go for gel manicures and pedicures. The man who does pedicures does a really good job. And everyone is kind and respectful. I recommend this place :)

Finally a nail salon in the AV that meets my expectations. I got a full set with white tip and clear gel polish for a long lasting shine. Very satisfied and already went back for a fill.

I was refered to nana nails by a friend and the results were amazing. The gel nails I requested looked beautiful and I also, kept them on for more than a month. Service was quick and courteous. Will be coming back again.

Ive only been there twice but I loved it both times that I went. The man that does my nails does them really nice and is familiar with all shapes and they are super affordable

The experience was great but the person who did my nails cut my pinky and it was bleeding she didnt do anything no sorry or nothing now this is the first time that everyone happened to me so I dont know if other salons do that but it was not okay. I did gel nails and the uv light was painful cheap it wasnt like the other one the silver ones and it looked like it hasnt been washed like there was nail polish on it. And when I sat down the lady took a awhile and keep on focusing on her friend or something. And when I got cut she keep on putting alcohol on it. So either fire her or dont go to her ever she is wearing Gucci glasses and short black hair I didnt get her name dont go to her. Dont go to this salon it is cheap and charges you way to much.

Not the place to go if you want all your nails the same length, shape, and size. It has been less than a week and my nails already started to pop off. The people here are nice at first then slowly get more rude and inpatient. I was rushed out because it was almost closing time, leading to my nail polish to get ruined. I will never return here and do not recommend anyone goes.

Don’t not bother. They just like to do basic Nails and and overcharge people but when you want to come in and want hombre with light pink and white they couldn’t do it. And then they start acting like they don’t know what you’re talking about

I had a pedicure and the young Asian guy painted only half of my nails. They are as usual commenting to each other and did not do his job right. When I was trying to tell him what I wanted, he kept offering me a higher price job, even when I keep saying no. So, what they did is laugh at each other and keep Commenting. I didn’t receive the best customer service.

Service here was very terrible long waits they only have 3 workers I was racially profiled when I confronted Them about racially profiling me I was argued down he tried to involve another customer who had no idea of what was going on 1/10 do not recommend you go to this nail shop !!!!

I called prior to arriving to check availability. The woman was happy to oblige. Upon my arrival it was crowded and I had to wait 40 minutes before getting a nail technician for a simple manicure.Once the technician arrived he was young and kind. The draw back was his work was subpar. My nails are not even and the color is only on half the nail. My daughter and spouse said what happened and yiu paid for that. Luckily, it only costs $12 for a basic manicure. I guess you get what you pay for. The only one good thing is the nail color I chose.Please dont waste your time and money. There are better nail shops in the antelope valley.

The owner are like my family. They do good work for the high desert. I truly love this shop.

Nails were fine until I went outside. My nails were painted unevenly and the nails were COMPLETELY see through. When I went back to try and get them fixed and a different color, I was told I was going to be charged 10 dollars since I was the one who chose the color. Seems ridiculous for me to pay for someone elses mistakes.

Came here on the 4th of July because my usual, and most other, nail shops in the area were closed. I was skeptical because of the poor reviews. I got a pedicure from Minh. Shes great! Even though there were people waiting she took her time and did a really good job. (I hate getting a rush job). The establishment and spa chairs were clean and although they dont use bags I watched them clean the tubs after every client. Prices are the same as anywhere else. Regular spa pedicure $20 and they go up to $45. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I didnt have my nails done so Im not sure how their work is as far as that goes.

I been going to this place for a couple of years now i started coming here when i was about 11 and i am 18 now nd i have always had a great experience they are nice and respectful everybody in there do a great job everytime i go this same guy been doing them since i been goin for the last couple of months and he does a great job.

Worse place ever !!! They lady and the man that work at the front are hella races I called to get my feet done they told me a price and told me to come in soon as I went in the lady Tiffiany gonna look at me and tell me no. They get mad when you ask for stuff to be a way I have never seen such hate from a manger or business. The man cut my friend feet and kept drilling her nails while blood was on it no telling what else they do and I think they refused me because I told them I dont want to put my feet in they water because they dont use bags in they bowls. Like how nasty is that to drill someone bloody feet knowing they gonna use the drill the same day on someone else no telling what a person got and they just bleeding all over their drills then they use on someone else feet.

Absolutely awful, the man that was doing my nails got up and started yelling at his coworker, then got more aggrivated and threw the mechanical nail filler towers me, I got frighten and got up and left extremely upset! I surtently dont recommended this place! Very unprofessional.

Went in, asked if they could do two nail fills, they said yes. Came back 2 mins later with my mother in a wheelchair and then they said no. Plenty of time before they closed.

This place has THE absolute WORST service of any nails shop I have ever been to. The owner asked me to leave because he said I was too hard because I know what I want and I asked for it. Then the owner followed me out still talking noise ... I almost ended up on WORLDSTAR. DONT spend your money there if expect quality service.

To be honest this place is overpriced for the service they do, I was there Friday October 8th and it was my first time there the experience was excruciating pain, never thought I would want them to finish the service fast because of the pain, as much as I did that say, I mean I got the job done but the person who did the work hurt me so bad that my fingers hurt, even when I’d pull my hand back he would just say sorry and kept hurting me, i will not be going back to this place, there is better and more affordable places out there, will still be looking around for a nail spa where I feel comfortable

The truth is very bad service I had a bad experience discriminating on the part of the person in front of you think that you dont know how to distinguish it when you make fun of one for being Hispanic very bad on their part 🤭 since one of Latin is the one who leaves them the most Profit 🤭 and should be treated with dignity honestly I do not recommend it I hope this will lead to custum service of the angels to stop being in this business
