Great service, inviting atmosphere, polite employeesgot a pedicure, manicure, and lip wax. they came out super beautiful! love how they really took their time to make sure i was happy

Usually they are my go to nail shop if u catch them at the right time ….long story short I ask for yellow cheetah print idk wat I design she can up with ( as you can see in the pic below)….. then when I told her I didn’t lik it she all of a sudden didn’t speak any English smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ and had another Tech who told me to com back the next day at 5pm if I want them her to fix them I was really disappointed in the customer service I received completely I usually spend at least $150 ever visit plus a tip after all of this to protect my own peace I literally went home and fix my own nails …..I refuse to be missed treated when I’m spending my coins

Love this salon. If you like different shaped acrylics posh is the is the Place and Michael is the man. I have had these for 3 weeks already still going strong. Need a fill but I love that he shaped them all uniformly and if you like extra care, special treatment and beauty options this is also the place. Very Classy UPDATE ALSO LOVE LOVE LOVE JENNY SHE BEDAZZLES AND BEJEWELS MY NAILS SHE IS SUCH AN ARTIST AND MY POWDER ACRYLIC NAILS LAST SO LONG WITH THEM I HAD ONE FILL BUT NAILS LASTED A LITTLE OVER 3 MONTHS. THEY ARE THE BEST INA. V . AND THEY OFFER ALL KINDS OF TREATMENTS ON THE MENU

I am here currently I came to get my 5year old twins a mani pedi and these people literally said my children regular gel nail mani pedi costs 120$ for both!!!! Okay tf like I come here and pay less than that for acrylic nail and pedicure smfh I called another nail salon that’s literally down the street they only charge 10$ for gel and manicure and pedi is cheaper too I’d never come back to this place smh I always have a bad experience and they barely know how to do nails I broke a nail while still in their salon and they all laughed like it was funny all I was doing before the nail broke was applying their lotion to my hands smfhhhh horrible Fr

This is what happened from posh nails. I showed the owner Kim what happened, she told me put some neosporin on it. She said her nail technician was not at fault. By the way the nail technician dug so deep it started bleeding, and then the infection came. Now months later I’m still dealing with damaged toe nail bed. Very rude, unprofessional, would not recommend anyone to go to this place. The owner talks to ppl of color so rude.

I enjoy going here because their products are not old and the environment is always pleasant and clean be aware they are always busy because their the best in Palmdale for nail service

I would have to say they are so unprofessional here they dont service customers in a timely manner. Then they have a big sign posted to pay with zelle or cash app. Not a real business.

This place is the worse nail salon, I have ever been to, the way I was treated was so unacceptable… one of the employees really tried to act like,I wasn’t going to pay and tried to belittle me. I sent the money through zelle, it took a minute to show up on her account, She screamed at me and told me I didn’t send it,When she got the confirmation a minute later, she didn’t even apologize. I got my nails done yesterday morning and they already are chipping. Pathetic people with a disgraceful business…

The owner is so disrespectful her name is Kim. If you’re not satisfied with the service you had done, she doesn’t care. She denies your request for a fix, and yells at you to leave.

My daughter got a toe infection. Wont visit here again.

Worst customer service ever I have never ever seen someone treats a customer this way in any kinda of business and I don’t understand why I mean when you guys say the price 50 or 60 or even more we pay with the smile and we even leave tips why you guys have to treat customer super bad I don’t see a reason at all if you don’t like your job you can change or do something you like instead but don’t take it out on people it’s not our fault I had to walk a way I couldn’t pay my hard earned money for someone don’t appreciate it or don’t even treat me right

Mind you I am completely new to this nail salon. So i book an appointment at 2pm. No biggie. I was taken within 10 mins. And so it starts. For the most part, I’d give a “C” for my design it was a butterfly. And im sitting there and the lady just gets up and leaves for about 5-10mins. Which i didnt mind at first but then they got up again and again i didnt know where they went im just siting there. And not to mention the annoying giggles from other employees clowning on the lady working on my nails because of the design. Not only that re-use the nail file like about 10x. And poor acrylic application because i was left picking it out the sides of my skin.

I make an appointment and get seen within a good amount of time. Tim is good shes quick and neat my nails dont lift

I was told this was supposed to be the best shop in the A.V. However, my work rushed and I am very unhappy with the results. The head nail technician was very rude and not willing to fix the problem. Also, The girl never did my salt scrub included in my package. With that being said, I feel that this place honestly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
