The best nail salon in the AV! This place is very clean & the staff is very friendly. It is by appointment only so TEXT or call before trying to come in. They recently redesigned the place and it looks great! The atmosphere is like no other nail place I’ve ever been to. No small children are allowed in order to keep a relaxing experience. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I had a full set done somewhere else and they were terrible. I decided to come here because I had a friend recommend them. They are really friendly, the salon is clean, and my nails turned out beautiful. I will definitely be coming here in the future!!!

Hands down the best place I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to many places, and none compare to this place! Very sanitary, very inviting atmosphere, service is amazing! All of the lady’s are very nice and personable, which I absolutely love. I’m very picky and particular when it comes to where I get my nails done. And this place is absolutely the most inviting and nicest ever! Absolutely love love love it! I will definitely be coming back! (Finally found my go to spot!) Thank you Dolly!

Monica is the best! My nails last, they are beautiful and she is a sweetheart. Her nails are fantastic each and every time. All of the ladies are great! The shop is clean and I love that no kids are allowed, it’s tryly a place to have adult conversation, laughs and relaxation.

Every time I make an appointment they are either booked or hard to schedule. Any time I call it’s really unprofessional or rude! Also half the time they move my appointment or something goes wrong FOR THEM and THEY need to reschedule. My girl is wonderful and dose an AMAZING job but I don’t think I’ll be going back after this next appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to bad customer service. You own a business not a kick back. My advice for the girl who dose my nails is to start her own business because she’s to good for what that business is.

After trying numerous nail salons I finally found the perfect place! Polished is a hidden gem off of Q & 17th East. My nail tech is Monica and she ALWAYS does the best job. At other places my nails would break easily, pop off, and/or would be bumpy, uneven and just all around bad. Here I get quality nails at a reasonable price. Due to the popularity, and not to mention quality you have to have an appointment... but trust me when I say they are worth the wait!

Never again, they are always booked which is good, its a good thing bc that means they do a great job, but they never have time for you, plus I tried to cancel 3 days before and reschedule just bc My CARDIOLOGIST called me I had to go there to switch my medication for my HEART disease, but the blonde girl got mad I think bc I canceled 3 DAYS before not a day before, but yeah 3 DAYS BEFORE and she never rescheduled my appointment back, they think they are the best, they think like that. Ohhh you cant bc u have an emergency like whatever not our business like gtfo and next. So never ever again. !!!!
