DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, my landlord passed away and we were assigned to this leasing company. I had to move out on short notice because of an injury I was disabled hoping to go back to work. All I wanted to be was honest disability check was not going to come in on time decided to give the apartment up. I paid for the days that I was there only for them to keep the remainder of the month from MY DEPOSIT. If i would have known I could use that I would have stayed. They charged me for damages that I did not do I have pictures with dates on them from before we moved in. I have emails with David which is one of the leasing consultants telling him exactly what things needed to be fixed yet nobody came. They charged me for the sliding door that was holding by a stick before we even moved in. A lock smith said the whole frame did not want to have it replaced as is. THEY CHARGED THIS ON MY DEPOSIT. Do not rent from dont buy either.
