Credit where its due. Process took two months, and one court date extension, but got served to defendant indirectly. As for professionalism, the agency gets a ZERO, no communication whatsoever except for me the client contacting them.

Horrible with answering their phones & they dont really keep in contact with whats going on. Always have to call them but hardly ever answers.
