I have never walked out of a nail salon until today. I have been getting my nails done for 13 years. I walked in without an appointment and a man offered to do my nails. I wanted a new acrylic set. He grinded my nails so thin that my fingers burned. I said ouch and pulled my fingers back a few times and told him that hurts. Then he made me bleed and it hurts. I told him I am sorry but I cannot stay here and let you touch my fingers any more. I need to leave. He apologized many many times and walked along side me to the front door. He was so kind! But unskilled.

Hands down the best nail place I have ever been to. Everyone here is nice and dose an amazing job! I have been coming here for years now and have never once been disappointed with the service they offer 10/10 recommend.

My daughter and I have been going to this salon for years. We have tried many other salons but this one is by far the best. My daughter can be very picky but always leaves happy. Over the years, the staff has become our friends. Today, 7 people came in that all seemed to know each other. They were loud and made this small salon crowded. Other costumers came in and saw how busy the place was and left. Out of the 7 people, only 3 of them had an appointment. One of the moms explained that she was only there to pick up her daughters. The adults sat and talked in the waiting area as the staff worked very hard to accommodate the girls who stopped the nail process to take selfies. Then, one of the moms stated that she had been waiting a long time for her appointment. ??? When the staff attempted to explain the confusion of whom in their party had appointments and who didn’t, the mom was very upset and could not understand the confusion. Really? My regularly scheduled appointment seemed chaotic as the staff attempted to explain and to accommodate all of their customers. These customers were celebrating a holiday for their religion. The staff (who also have different religious holidays) inquired about this not widely known holiday. I guess the customers took offense to this. This staff would never be judge mental about any religion or race as they are Vietnamese and know what it feels like to be treated in negatively due to ignorance. I am Jewish and have explained many traditions to my nail tech. He has always been truly interested and never disrespectful. It is a shame that these people could not be more understanding. The girls left with beautiful nails. I don’t know what the mom did but, if she could have communicated her needs better, her nails would have beautiful as well. My daughter and I get compliments on our nails all of the time and are proud to say that we get them done at Instyle Nails.

I hated the customer service, the owner wasthe one who did my nails and was very aggressive with them, I told him multiple times to be careful with them and he proceeded to hurt me, the acrylic they use burns very badly and instead of being more careful they just spray water on it. When someone else that I came with mentioned that they were hurting me, he was very rude to her and treated us both as a nuisance. I mentioned that I was getting my nails doe for a religious holiday and proceeded to racially profile me. They have terrible time management and will blame you for their mistakes such as not knowing who is a walk-in and who is an appointment. You are charged a tremendous amount for wanting a design or gel,I got charged more for just wanting them to be a decent length ( which for them is considered long). I regret going here with all of me and if you are considering going here I would just go somewhere else. Even more, they didn’t weargloves and made minimal effort to clean after each customer, even while we’re in the middle of a pandemic.

The owner was so rude and when I told him he was hurting my friend, he told me to be quiet and to sit down. He did not know how to manage the business time and confused appointments for walk-in and vice versa, additionally the prices were outrageous and they try to find any way to amp up the prices. Want them long-thats extra, want a design-extra, want gel-extra. Furthermore, the person next to me mentioned that they were getting their nails done for a religious occasion and when she got up, he proceeded to make fun of it behind her back. Overall, I wouldnt wish this customer service on my worst enemy.

Jenny is awesome. She does my mani pedi. But every one who works there are friendly.

This was an absolutely awful experience. I simply went in to get my acrylic overlay removed since Im moving and dont have time for the upkeep. The gentleman tech (I didnt get his name) told the client next to me that she didnt know how to keep herself up (mind you she looked VERY clean and was very well dressed) because she had an ingrown toe nail and she needed a past due nail fill. The lady was trying to make conversation with her tech talking to him about different nail styles and what he preferred; he was quick to make a snarky remark about the client pays me. It doesnt matter what I like. I do what they pay me to do. Though a moment later he complained to her about her long nails She also was upset because she wanted a French dip and the man apparently told her that he couldnt do it because her nails we TOO LONG (they werent long at all!!!!!) Moving on to myself; They let me soak in acetone for 20 minutes before they harshly drilled off the rest of the acrylic on my nails, then the pregnant tech had the nerve to tell me that I need to take care of my nails I simply replied I DO. Getting your nails done with an acrylic overlay then having it drilled off destroys your natural nails. Im sitting in my car typing this. Still picking off chunks of acrylic from my less than paper thin nails. I will not be going back to this establishment. This is a stern warning for anyone looking for a great nail salon; THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Not only do you get bullied; you get less than subpar work.

Peter and Ivy are great, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Peter is a funny guy and Ivy always makes my eye brows perfect!!

I love in style nails! Peter and ivy are both wonderful. I have never been unsatisfied ever since I’ve been coming here. They take care of me every time I come in! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Mimi is so nice and does a great job! They have lots of great colors in stock, their prices are good and most important of all...they keep the place clean!

Ann did my nails, they came out gorgeous exactly what I wanted!! They workers there are super sweet as soon as you walk through the door they assist you. I definitely recommend them 💕💕❗️

They are up to date with all the looks on Pinterest. Nobody in town new how to do the latest looks. Extremely elegant atmosphere. Just wish I found them sooner. Extremely clean and sanitary. I cant recommend them enough. So upscale.

They are all amazingly professional but I prefer Ivy the most. They always sanatize their tools and clean their tubs also put clean plastic covers for every client. Their brands are also good. My gel manicure usually lasts for 20 to 25 days. My pedicure I usually do every month or so. But until then it always looks great. Id recommend this place to a friend.

Not only do they do a great job, it’s a relaxing atmosphere and everyone there is super friendly! Peter & ivy always go out of their way to make sure I’ve got what I need and I’m satisfied with my nails. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else

I would not really recommend this place. The beds of my nails look terrible. One nail is longer than the other, when pointed out to the nail technician she informed me that nothing was wrong. For the price I would expect the service to be better, or at least for my nails to look decent lol.

They have new owners and have went downhill. I dont love to leave bad reviews, but with so many other choices in the area I wanted to warn other people about this place. I got a manicure and pedicure I got the more expensive option for pedicure, the young girl massaged my legs and feet for maybe a total of three min and left my heel still rough. When I complained the guy at the front blamed it on me for not getting g regular pedicures. Definitely better choices around!!!

They are ok, i asked for super short and i got long (I will have to file them down later) also I dont know why she took and hour and a half for a full set with regular polish. AND she globbed it on she finishe 15 mins ago and they are still wet. Looks like i will also have to repaint them when I get home. They are a little on the pricey side $27 for a full set I dont know why but that seems to be the standard for this area while Tampa nail places are around 20 - 25. I wasnt completely unhappy but we will see they look solid and Im sure they will last at least 2 weeks.I wont go back. I am still on the look out for the perfect nail salon.

Brought my daughter here to have her nails done for homecoming. She presented them with a picture of what she wanted, they said no problem. Only to get half way through and say that they are unable to do the accent nail pictured. Had they mentioned this prior we would have went to a shop capable of doing the work. Noe not only did we pay $30 for a set of acrylics, but now I have to bring her somewhere else to finish what they could not. I tried explaining to them that the picture was presented at the beginning but it didnt matter. No real effort to rectify the situation at all.

Went with a friend for a pedicure and manicure, it took them an hour to just get one done for her. The guy had the nerves to ask for a tip after being so damn rude!Place is very unsanitary! The guy that works there was so rude he made a whole scene about my friend not being interested to spend extra money because she has dry skin. He made her feel so embarrassed!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT D-O-W-N!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

They were nice...but my nails are all different shapes, dented in the middle,messed up painted sides and I dont how to describe them other then thick with acrylic. I asked for coffin nails and she cut them short..so now I have chunky uneven coffin nails... I thought I could deal with them but then I saw someone else with the same nail style I wanted and wanted to cry. Even she was like yeah they f-ed u up Id get a refund. But Im just out of 60 dollars. Lesson learned.

Dont go here, they rush and dont offer to fix any problems you have with there service. Then they wonder why they dont have any business. But still expect a tip. Sorriest nail salon Ive ever been too!

I went to get my eyelashes redone and they took them off and bruised my eye and then the lady proceeded to tell me that “that was there before.” Would not recommend to go here
