Just happened to be in the area and popped in on a whim today…a Sunday!!!! I had no appointment and was accommodated with very little wait. Heather did the best gel polish I think I’ve ever had. Was also very honest in letting me know that my toenails could go longer. I will definitely be returning. Very friendly and affordable as well.

DO NOT GO THERE -> I will never go back - it used to be my “to goNail Salon” just 3 min from my house. Even though I had to ALWAYS “remember and ask” ALL NAIL TECHS -> Can you please remove ALL the dead skin/extra ugly skin/cuticles from my nail???? CAN YOU PLEASE PAINT THE WHOLE NAIL - no GAP BETWEEN CUTICLE AND THE NAIL SO IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE I HAD A MANICURE 1 week AGO?!?! I just do not understand why I need to “teach them/tell them how to do their job because the above is common sense / if we are paying for a service it’s because it’s supposed to be done by a professional 🧐————— But anyways Today WAS MY LAST DAY——Because the nail tech gave me an attitude( the atmosphere got heavy ) after I asked her to clean the extra nail polish around my toenails!!!! She told be that I paid for “regular pedicure” and she’s been working on my toes for almost 40 minutes already 🧐. Can you believe that? The difference between the type of pedicure like regular, deluxe and more is about scrubbing/spa/ massage -> CLEANING THE EXTRA POLISH ON MY SKIN IS A MUST / common sense/ IT SHOULD NOT BE SOMETHING THAT I NEED TO ASK FOR !!! IT’s SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF ANY SERICE REGARDING NAILS!!!!!YES - I asked for callus removal and I told I had ingrown nails - if you want to charge me extra for that - I DO NOT CARE - I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR THAT - charge your price. BUT DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR A PEDICURE THAT I’M GONNA HAVE TO GO HOME AND FINISH CLEANING the EXTRA NAIL POLISH AROUND MY NAILS BECAUSE THAT’s YOUR JOB!!! I need to look for a Latino Nail Salon like Brazilian or Cuban. I used to live In Miami and I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THAT. I could actually RELAX.

Walked into the nail salon at 3:30 to see if they could take me and the guy there told me to come back at 5:30 and took my name. I waited two hours and went back 10 min before my appointment. Walked in and the only woman working there was doing someone elses nails and I told her I had a 5:30 appointment. She looked shocked and said with the guy who was here right and I said yes. She said oh no he must have forgot . HE WENT HOME. I WAITED ON MY DAY OFF 2 HOURS WHEN I COULDVE WENT ANYWHERE. Poor customer service. I cant believe that. I will never return there.

Used to go to another salon on the regular but they are so busy they always rush my nails. At Avenue, the tech I had took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere and was asked about my day and the whole vibe was very relaxing and friendly. Will become a new regular here! Prices were very reasonable and didnt have to wait. (However they dont have a lot of staff so you might have to wait but it will be worth it!)

Had an appointment at 12:30 waited till 1 o’clock to be seated for a 15 minute pedicure. I have never had a pedicure so fast in my life and that’s the first time I’ve never tipped someone. I will never go back again

Tech was quick and rough. A pedi is supposed to be relaxing. Mine wasnt. My feet feel like a layer of skin was taken off. And for $28, I expected much better. Wont be going back.

Last week I came in to this salon, looking to get a fill. I also had a couple of nails that needed to be repaired. While i was there the technician talked me in to getting a whole new set... it look nicer... so i did, fine. As shes taking off the remaining nails i still have, she gets to my middle finger on my left hand and rips MY ACTUAL NAIL causing my nail to bleed and me almost passing out from the pain. I had the tech stop what she was doing and get me water before i went unconscious. I sat there for 5-10 minutes and pulled myself back together. I then let her finish doing my nails, but i would not let her touch the nail she just butchered. Long story short, she finishes my nails..minus one. OH WAIT! DID I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WRECK I JUST ENDURED? YES, YES I DID.A week later, my right pointer finger nail is extremely sore, hurts to the touch and my finger is swollen that i can barely bend it. I work for an hour trying to get the nail off. I finally get the nail off and what do i find? A FUNGUS GROWING UNDER MY NAIL!! This fungus was not there when she put the new set of nails on a week ago.THIS FUNGUS AND PAIN WAS CAUSED BY CRYSTAL NAIL & SPA

I have been coming here for about two years. My continual frustration is that even though I always make an appointment I always have to wait at least 15 minutes and sometimes more. This is lousy business practice and if I didn’t have loyalty to the manicurist I would find another salon.

Don’t waste your money this place is terrible. My nails only lasted a week went into see if they could fix them and was told to come back later they didn’t have time. They never looked good from the start they were very curved and clumpy... buyer beware go somewhere else!!!

This place stuff was the rudest, they messed my nails so bad and when I tried to show the manager ... she asked me if I would like them to get fixed ... admitting they didnt look good and offered to fix them, but gave me an attitude about the fact that she has to get them redone, no apology whatsoever... I just wanted to leave ... I will never ever go back .. only giving one star as its the only way it would allow me to post . No stars from me

I love the service and the prices here, my nails never fall off after fills nor lift or chip. No pressure to get gel polishes. Wait times (if you dont have an appointment) are reasonable. Pedi service is great and includes hot rock rub! My only wish is they were open later on Sundays. In the almost two decades Ive lived in the Tampa Bay Area this is the one salon where they get it right every time! (I cant comment on polish selection, it seems great but Im uber picky and always bring my own!!). I also do not get nail art... ever. So no opinion there. And, its not a spa; come on - there is no such thing as a strip center spa - its a nail salon - go there to get your nails polished and shaped... If what you want is a spa - well in my opinion there isnt a real one in Tampa Bay. There are a few that are relaxing massage environments; but I feel - for a real spa experience - you should stay a week or more - go to LA, the wine country, NY, PA, Palm Desert or Vegas - do the full experience food and all - there they have amazing spas.

First time I was here I had a bad experience. Second time blew me away. Extremely relaxing pedicure! Great girls that are super sweet and literally they have the cutest shellac colors!

This place sucks are you serious I got in there this young man was very nice to me helping you pick out a color and then I asked him well my mom asked him if he could do my nails and he said no you go to the other lady she do them good so she kept rushing me and I could buy asking her advice on what color I should do and she can’t be out like not giving me good advice saying I don’t know hurry like hurry up and was just rushing me the whole time I walked out of there I was supposed to get acrylic nails but I just got a pedicure and I hate it I’m bout to go to another Nas place to get them redone

This place is disgustingly filthy And unprofessional. My toes got messed up because she did not wait for the color to dry and I had to tell the wax girl to change the towels from the last person that sat there because she was going to have me lay down on it then I only had her do one leg because she obviously did not know how to wax legs

I have been to this location twice. With a bad first experience, I thought I would give them a second try after my regular location was extremely busy. My home pedi does a better job than the pedi I received at the location. The ladies there did not speak English very well. They point at prices and you cant understand what they are saying. I was very specific in pointing out exactly what I wanted and circled the price I wanted to pay. At the end of the appointment, I was charged $15 more than what we originally agreed to. The manager at the front desk said that was the service I received and stated that is what I had to pay for when I showed him what I specifically circled. They service is poor and dont waste your time on going here. Sloppy nail service, and I noticed the tools were not being properly cleaned between clients. Beware!
