I recently moved to Palm harbor and needed service on my car and I found this shop near my house and read the reviews so I chanced it and went there, what a great shop. Service was great and prices reasonable and the staff very knowledgeable. I recommend this shop for all your repair needs. 5 stars is not enough should be 10.thank you.

This family ran garage has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop in a very long time. Twice, I’ve walked up to The garage unexpectedly with the same issue with my car (2 separate cars) and they were able to provide the best resolution for me in such a respectful amount of time. The Olsen’s have created an honest professional atmosphere that makes me want to come back 10 times out of 10, therefor I would recommend the same to anyone else. Can’t say enough about this business. The people there treated me like I was their best customer even though I had never used them before. They diagnosed ( bad oil pressure sensor) had a new sensor delivered and fixed my car in less than an hour! At 845 on a Tuesday morning no less! Best people, best price, best service ever! Trust me you need to use these guys ( and ladies as the woman in the office is just as nice as everyone else there). This is a family owned business and the children are often there, just like days gone by. 10 stars to the Olsens family!

This place is amazing. The costumer service as well as the transparency they provide while working on your vehicle is top notch. The owners are extremely nice and will get your vehicle in and out without charging you an arm and a leg. I cant recommend this place enough. It is a wonderful shop.

These folks at Olsen Car Care are amazing! Its a small, family owned and operated shop so there is usually a wait to get in, but theres a reason for that. They are honest, reasonable, and wont sell you something you dont need. I work in the automotive industry myself in car sales, but trust Olsen Car Care with my own personal vehicles. I also have no problem recommending my clients see them if they have a car out of warranty and are facing high dealer cost to get something done.

I drive an older BMW, one of the last models that are easier to work on but most places charge $1500.00+ for the simplest repairs. Olsen did not, they charged a reasonable fee and did amazing work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done to their car. They are super friendly and explain the details enough to make it understandable to even the least car savvy people. I will definitely be using them in the future over any place else.

Brittney and Matt are excellent! I am visiting from California and when I met them they immediately made me feel like me and my vehicle were in great hands. They were very accommodating and took care of my car in a timely manner with excellent results. After my car had a completely different issue, once again they were professional and kind and serviced my car and got it back on the road for me asap. I initially went in for an emergency repair and was so impressed with the price as well as the service, I have been in for other repairs and maintenance. I have been using Matt for 3 years. Great to have to have an honest and knowledgeable mechanic! Our cars are Matts job. He gives up front costs and if it less than what he quoted, he charges you what the actual cost was. He has done all the work on our Nissan and my sons OLD BMW. His staff, specifically Brittany is a pleasure to deal with. After living in FL for 7 years, I have finally found a mechanic I can trust.

$1000 in repairs quoted, left my vehicle. When I got back the owner gave me $250.00 back & said the didnt take as long as expected. No way for me to have know. Went in for service, got a friend for life. One the best Men I know.

There aren’t enough words to describe how great Brittany and Matt Olsen are...along with the experts who work alongside them at Olsen Car Care. They are always efficient, personable, and fair. For years I have not taken our cars anywhere else!

Typically I like to do my own work on my truck... However with the need of a control arm and some welding on the exhaust for my 87dodge beauty it was out of my hands and I needed to find a shop that wouldnt cost me a arm or leg.. Thankfully I was pointed in the direction of Olsen car care. They treated me and my truck with such respect. They are awesome. Defiantly will return hopefully for a less urgent problem.

I do not recommend this company for auto repairs. I paid a great deal of money for repairs that did not solve any of my cars problems. Save your money and go someplace else.

Owner Matt is as good as it gets. My Acura was having suspension problems at 100k and after his recommendations and fix, the car is tight and drives like new. I also sent a pole saw through my built in navigation, and he found a junkyard nav screen exact replacement in two days that saved me around $500. Go here.

Olson car care has worked on all our vehicles and we find the work to be excellent and worth recommending them for all your car care.
