Do NOT go to this dealership. They take advantage of the elderly. My 82 year old grandmother was treated with grotesque disrespect by Jim (salesman). Their advertisements were filled with falsifications on pricing just to get people in the door. Once in the door, they attempted to coerce my grandmother into handing over her current vehicle for chump change even though it is in pristine condition (new tires, maintenance up to date), demanding that she hand them her keys as a part of the exchange for a new vehicle. They bullied her into filling out credit forms with her personal information and she felt like she couldn’t leave. When she finally left, the salesman verbally accosted her for not wanting to purchase a car from them (direct quote: “your family must not like you as much as we do that they don’t want you to have a new car”) and then got into his vehicle when she was walking in the parking lot, squealed his tires past her, almost hitting her. This is absolutely dismal to treat someone this way. Do NOT purchase a car here. There are plenty of respectable Honda establishments without the elder abuse.

Quick service, had 10 am appointment and service expected to take as long as 3 hours. Was rolling back home around 11:20.
