I needed bodywork and paint done and called my insurance company ..they referred me to Joe Hudson which I thought was a little podunk body shop and man was I wrong. They have many locations all over the SouthWest of the US and they are top notch. The process was easy and pleasant and they told me 10 days or so ..about a week later I was told to come and pick up my vehicle and it was done ..to perfection I might add ..I could not tell the difference ..WOW Great Job guys and KUDOS to the team.

It was the best decision I ever made bringing my damaged car to Joe Hudson’s Collision. The office manager/receptionist Kris was extremely friendly and professional. I received status updates every day from the shop via a text message and a web link to their web site that showed what was being done to my car. I highly recommend bring a totaled or damaged vehicle to this place. They did excellent work and made my car look factory new.

As we all know body damage to a vehicle is never cheap. The hassle of having your vehicle in the shop is a great inconvenience. However this business was fantastic. They were very professional and sympathetic. They repaired my truck in 2 days shorter than the estimated time and the work was perfect. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way as the repair was being done. Dropped my truck on Tuesday and had it back on Friday. Great service, great work and very friendly. Thank you for making my situation stress free.

Completely repaired my wifes automobile so that you could not tell that it had been in accident. The car was returned to us ahead of schedule. The communication between Hudsons and our insurance company was handled without any complications. We brought the car back a week later for an adjustment to the headlights which was completed without issue.

Wish I could rate a 0. Horrible experience!I got rear ended in my 2019 Malibu. After having my car for 5 weeks I came to pick it up. It was in no way fixed properly. I pointed out all the mistakes in which they took the car back for another week. Following week I pick up car again with the same issues not properly fixed. When I repointed out the issues I was told it would be impossible to fix perfectly despite being able to visibly see very obvious multiple imperfections in the car. Gaps, things not aligned correctly, multiple scratches and marks on supposedly brand new pieces. The entire rear end of the car has orange peel from the car being painted improperly.I now have to bring it to another collision center to see if they can hopefully fix the further more problems they have caused with the car.I am now experiencing other issues with the car when driving that did not happen before hand .DO NOT RECCOMEND!

A couple of years ago I had over $3500 worth of work done here because I was in an accident and this is where Honda sent me. One of the things done was installation of a new battery. This was less than 3 years ago. That work was ok. Disclaimer: This company has since been bought out since that time. . A couple of months ago my battery died. I needed to get to work, first day of a new job. I went to Honda and then realized that the battery was installed at the Collision Center. The Honda rep and I called the collision center to see about any warranty the battery might be under before I had the work done at Honda. We were informed that the company had been sold and the prior records did not exist and they could not confirm any warranty or responsibility. I thought I might have the records at home and the rep said hed talk to the new owner about it and since closed over weekend Id have the battery done at Honda and wed catch up on Monday Fast forward to Monday (about 4 months ago). I supplied the collision center with the paperwork showing the battery installation and inquired that I believed they were responsible for any prorated battery credits since they bought the assets and liabilities of the business. Back and forth for two months by email with no resolution. You should have had the battery installed here. Well I called and you couldnt confirm records of purchase or warranty or anything. I needed the car for my new job and they were closed over the weekend. So we agreed Id do the battery at Honda and go from there. Now the owner doesnt even answer my emails. Poor customer service. If you buy a business you buy the assets and Liabilities of that business. and I supplied them with the records showing the battery (and all the other work. They wont even answer. I guess I expected an answer and at least a credit on future work. Go elsewhere.

I was completely impressed with this company from my first contact with the receptionist to the time of pick up. They got my job started quickly, stayed in excellent communication with me via text updates and called me when it was discovered (after taking the bumper off) that more work was needed. They took photos and shared them with me.To top it off, when I came to pick up the vehicle, they had washed and cleaned the inside of the car—wow, that was above and beyond my expectations! The car looked fantastic.Thank you for such fast, friendly and great service.

I brought my car in and worked with Mark Z. I honestly could not have been more satisfied with the experience and customer service I received from Mark and the rest of the staff. Their quote of work was accurate, their estimated time to complete was accurate and their communication was great throughout the entire process. They are also very professional and their shop is very clean / comfortable. I hope I never have to return there, but if I do unfortunately need body work, they will be the very first place I go. This is one of the worst places I have ever taken my car. I was unlucky enough to be in an accident, my first and also unlucky enough to be referred to them by my insurance company. As I am new to the area and do not have a mechanic yet I elected to take their suggestion. When I first got there I was lulled into a false sense of security by how efficient they seemed and I left confident in their assurances of frequent communication and 5 star service. Meanwhile 3 weeks later I had no car and have spoken to them twice, both of which were initiated by me calling them and asking what was going on. I finally got my car back 22 days later and it looks fine. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary repairs listed in the invoice such as headlights which were functioning perfectly well when it was brought in. However that is not my problem, my deductible is the same regardless of what work they did and if my insurance company will give them free reign to authorize repairs without sending an inspector out (a process that is supposed to speed up repairs) then more fool them. I now have a huge bill for the rental car I had to have for the entire time they had my car and the deductible to pay. All for a little fender bender that I would not have even brought into the shop had my car not been leaking fluids. Worst experience ever. Do not go here.

I recently was involved in an accident and found myself in need of auto body repairs. My insurance company referred one of their shops but I drive past the Palm Harbor location everyday on my way to work and thought it would be convenient. Wow! Did I make the right decision! My repair was perfect and they returned the car cleaner than before the accident. I also got text messages and pictures of my repair through the whole process so I was kept informed. What my car looks like afterthey paint my hood. Dpnt go here. Poor work. Very rude about admitting theor faults. They also either left my window open pr didnt close dopr all way. My seat was soaking wet. Go anywhere but here. They evem told my insurane they didnt dp that. If i cpuld give them a negative number i wpuld. And they give you a time on how long it will take, add 2 days, if not more tp that time. Horrible wprk and horrible customer service. I went 2 body shops, they both sd, it is rubbing compound amd whoeber painted hood tried to buff fender and door. I have pics of the fender right before i took it to you guys. Leak on lt runs down the door, not leak directly onto the seat. You guys did not close the door all the way. I know my car, ive had it fpr 12 yrs. You guys did the rubbing compound and saw what it did, it only made matter worse. But you dont have the balls tp admit to ypur own mistakes. Plus the paint on the hood is not a match to rest pf car. Hood its a little lighter blue than rest of car. I see ypu sd nothing about how rude you where on phone. No the paint is not poor. You guys need your eyes checked. HORRIBLE WORK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in a restaurant, so i know it can be. You still have to be nice and polite, no matter what. BUT YOU CANT DO THAT. IF YOU ARE TRULY SORRY, YOU WOULD FIX THE MISTAKES YOU MAKE. IF MY CAR WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS HOW I GOT IT BACK, I WOULDNT BE SAYING ANY OF THIS. You saw damp rid, why did you put lid on it? Makes me wonder if you went thru pther stuff in my car, which you did because my things hjere moved around. Why did you guys leave a/c on? Why did you even have it on if you only had to drove 50ft? How did the metallic flake get into my car? All over inside of window, same side where you guys tried to make look better but made it wprse. Hhhmmmmmmm......

I cannot say I would recommend Carguys to anybody . I took my 2019 Jetta in to them due to a small dent and scratch put in my rear wheel well from somebody opening their door into the side of my car in a local shopping center. The person responsibles insurance company gave a list of local collision shops in their network to choose from, and I chose Carguys for their proximity to my home. The insurance companies appraiser gave me an estimate of 4 days total to have the repairs completed, and Carguys agreed with the time estimate. I set up an appointment for a Monday morning so I would have my car back for the next weekend. On Wednesday I received a courtesy call that the repairs had been completed, and that they just had to reassemble some of the trim that had to be removed for painting and that they had to replace the cover inside the gas cap area because it was damaged when they removed it for painting, so I should be able to pick up on Thursday as estimated. I called on Thursday morning to see what time I could pick up the car, and they informed me that the wrong part was sent to them, and they had to reorder, so I would have to wait until Friday to pick up. I called Friday afternoon to see what time it would be ready, and I was told the part hasnt came in yet, and they couldnt get an answer from the service dept. at the local VW dealership they had ordered from, so they couldnt get the part until Monday, because they are closed on weekends. I called them Monday afternoon, and they said the car was ready. I dropped off the rental car provided to me by the insurance company, and the rental company gave me a ride to Carguys. My car was out in the front parking lot, and almost instantly, I could see they did not match the paint up correctly. There was an obvious difference in the tone between the repair area, and the existing paint. I pointed it out to the person that walked out with me to inspect the car, and at first he said he couldnt see it, until I pointed out the difference between the repaired side of the car to the non damaged side of the car. He said they could keep it and try to match it up better if I wanted and that it would be another 2 days. Since the last estimate of 4 days took almost twice that they had lost my trust on their time estimates. Not to mention, I would have to contact the insurance company again, and go get another rental! I opted to take it as is, rather then continue the inconvenience this whole small dent had caused me so far. Since I picked the car up 2 weeks ago upon closer inspection, I have a dimple in the body where they drilled to pull out the dent, my gas cover door now droops when I open it (the area where they replaced the broken part), and I also have some type of white compound on one area of the car opposite the damaged side that will not come off that was not there before, and more of it on my inside door handles on the passenger side. This car was 2 weeks old when the door got dinged. I bought it brand new, and since I went to carguys my car is in worse shape for going there than it was before I went minus the small dent. And let me say this, I am not one of those people that complain about everything. I call them how I see them. If I get bad service at a restaurant, I dont tip very well, if I get good service, I tip very well. Same goes with anything else, If they did a good job on my car I would have gladly put a good review on the site for them, but they didnt. Im sure other peoples experiences may vary, but I was not at all pleased with their service, and will not return to them to fix the damages they left on my car. They lost my trust!!

Everything about this collision repair shop is top of the line. They are meticulous in their repairs and they set the standard for professionalism. You get daily email updates on the progress being made on your car, they coordinate with the car rental company so you get picked up at their shop at the outset and you can drop the rental car off with them, when you pick up your car. And when they tell you that your car will be ready, it WILL be ready. Even though they lost 4 working days due to Hurricane Irma, they delivered on the day they promised. And the pièce de résistance is that your car will look like new, as if it was never in an accident. UPDATE: A year after the above work was done, I had a fender bender after some coward hit my car in a Publix parking lot and took off. I received an estimate from my Nissan dealership ($2,300), while Car Guys came in at $135, and it again looks brand new -- I kid you not, and this is NOT a typo where I missed typing in a fourth digit. Mark is highly professional and is of the highest integrity.

Very bad place if I could give them a negative I would they are condescending and arrogant. The do poor paint work and are wreckless. My car was sent to this place under warranty paint work from my dealership and they returned the car back scratched in several places and got paint on my interior and installed parts wrong. My dealership sent the car back and the paint shop guy called me interigating me and the scratched up my car and used a cloth scratch remover and tried to pass it off as if he painted the car I also have some sort of chemical it seems or something that was used burnt in my fog light assembly I wish I could post pics .also items missing out of my car and missing parts not installed. By all means dont take your car to them. If you do your research youll find alot off reviews on them are fake.
