Bills Mobil & Auto Service Center is the best place in town to get your automobile serviced at! We have been taking our SUV’s here for about a year now and they are always honest, and do everything at a fair and reasonable price. I took my SUV into Bill Automotive the day before we left for a long trip to GA. He found that we needed a new water pump and did everything he could to make sure to get a new pump, and have it installed before we had to leave. Bill goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of! I highly recommend taking any kind of car or SUV you have to Bill!

I would never take my SUV anywhere else. Bobby is very knowledgeable and never tells me I need repairs that I don’t. Truly Bobbie is an auto mechanic you can trust. He also tells me what repair I need but that I can wait to get it done. You will not regret going to Bill’s Automotive.

Update to owners reply:My husband did call and express our disappoint after the second round in the shop. They admitted that they could not get it as cold as they wanted, and the only other option was to add another fan which might then harm the motor down the line. I was never told it couldnt actually be fixed until after the work was done and paid for. Any conversations that we had, I was trying to be patient and let you guys fix the problem. We never would have paid $1800 for a hopefully it will work situation, if I had known there was any hesitation I would have saved my money. The air is not coming out even close to 50 degrees - if it was, there wouldnt be an issue to discuss. The age of the vehicle was never a problem until after we paid and expressed we were not happy with it. I was also never told that this was a quote for the front ac only. The motor has 99k on it and the body/frame rust free, but if you want it to appear that this was a total pile of junk, be my guest.________________________________I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Bills. Brought our Ford Econoline van in and had them do a once-over to see what needed servicing. Asked how much it would be to fix the AC and was quoted $1500 by the owner for the size of the van. This was a large expense for us, but we figured it was worth it for comfortable driving on road trips. $1800 later, our AC is blowing warm air and we are told its the best they can do.... they are blaming it on the size of the van, but the air coming out is warm... even if we put up a wall between the front and back it would still be hot, because the air itself is not cold air... So my question is why would they even tell us they could fix it if this wasnt possible? We basically just wasted $2k with our van in the shop for 7 days for absolutely no reason. We just got married last month and bought the van as a marriage present to ourselves, and now all we have is a headache.

This is my first time using Bills Automotive. They were quick and efficient. They didnt have what I needed in the shop but they ordered it and it was installed next day! It was a tire change but I felt they treated me like a VIP customer. I would definitely recommend using them for your automotive repairs. They are honest and been in the area for a long time. I have taken our cars to Bill’s for service and multiple different issues, and they have been wonderful every time. Kevin and everyone else have been attentive to any issues and are always efficient about any repairs. They are honest about anything that needs to be fixed immediately and issues that can wait if needed. Communication and honesty are always an A+ there and much appreciated.

Me and my boyfriend have used this mechanic since we moved from New York. They are great and easy to work with . I got four new tires, wheeel alignment and my brakes done with them and it took them roughly two days . My boyfriend has taken it in for some check engine light, tires, and sensor issues. Always easy to work with and quick. I recently blew two of my tires and I went in and got two new tires and a wheel alignment done in 20 mins . The guys who work they are geninue and knowlefafke about what they do ! They are fair and understanding. Their prices are reasonable. 100% recommended .

Great service. Let us use his phone when my friend locked herself out of her car, during clean. Her phone and mask were in the car. I was able to get her a ride because she was welcome to use the office phone. She also received a free mask. This was nice.

My son and I drove up to Palm Harbor to look at a used truck. Since we aren’t mechanics we Set up an appointment to have The vehicle looked at. As soon as we got there they put the truck up on the lift and one of the mechanics checked things out. They were timely, professional and honest. When I went to check out, I was told that they were glad that they could help and thought it was a wise decision to have the vehicle looked at . They did not charge me for the service so I gave the mechanic a nice tip. We bought the truck. Thank you all. If we didn’t live 2 hours away we would use and highly recommend your service station.

I have been here a few times, they are very nice and reasonable about pricing. They even waived some fees they did not have to. I recommend and I will use them again!

I would give Kevin and his crew 10 stars if I could. They spent countless hours fighting with my warranty company getting my claim approved even though the company initially denied the claim. Will definitely bring any future car issues back to them!

Have been reading their reviews for a while now, and find them impressive. Ran into a bind with my car and they were able to accommodate me in about an hour. Just had a large job done there recently. They pretty much are able to do most types of repairs your car will need, they do it well, and at a reasonable price. AAA affiliated. They seem to care.

Ive been ripped off numerous times by auto places but I gave this one a shot and I seriously wont go to anyone else.They really took care off me without bankruptcy this day and age and honest mechanic is VERY hard to find. I found my place for a very long time THANK YALL VERY MUCH and to help a complete stranger is amazing. I brought my truck here for a horrible scraping/grinding noise coming from my passenger side front wheel area. I feared the worst. I dropped my truck off at Bill’s and a couple hours later they called me back with the repairs completed. A bolt had come out of my break caliper, they replaced the missing bolt and made sure the calipers were working properly. They Tested the vehicle on the road as well. I was charged less than $60 and the work was complete! I am very happy with the honesty from this shop. Some places could have tried to take advantage of their customers. We will return for our future repairs!

Came in for a carco inspection and was attended by Rose. Worst customer service by far, was given many excuses about how she would not be able to inspect my vehicle within a timely manner(more than 10min), I still objected to waiting. Of course that no more than 2 min later she finish with the other customer and took care of the inspection, but I could have left.
