New Business Owners BEWARE. If you are looking for commercial insurance for the first time there is an unwritten rule FIRST COME FIRST AGENT even if you can get a lower quote! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU THE CONSUMER. If the agent wont release the agent of record change they make you wait 5 business days to get insurance! This is stopping my business from moving forward with items I am legally obligated to have. This company could not meet my new quote, and told me I was too dumb to realize I was being taken.
