We have had Brightway Insurance, The Harrington Agency for our homeowners insurance for years and have been very happy with them. Just recently they quoted us for our 4 car insurances. Boy are we glad we did! They were able to save us about $1100 a year. Pretty significant. Great family run business.

My initial call regarding a condo insurance quote was handled in a pleasant manner and I was assured I would receive a quote in a timely fashion. After several days, I called again and inquired as to the quote. Between these two calls, I gave my contact information to two employees...and much to my dismay, no one has ever contacted me.A very disappointing experience.

Weve been working with Brightway for years. We used to shop around all our policies individually on our own and it was a hassle to manage everything separately. They used to be very nice and accommodating,but not recently! Especially the girl who answers the phone a lot who has a slight Spanish accent...They take forever to call you back once you already have a policy established with them....seems they are helpful if it is a brand new policy, because they want the new business!! They should be polite to ALL of their customers!!

Update! Here is my original post~Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Almost got my insurance cancelled due to their lack of time management skills. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless youre very desperate. Called offices two times promising a call back. Never occurred.They worked with me with the cancellation notice, and called to explain the error was the result of loss of a family member . They were very apologetic and corrected the situation almost immediately.

I am not sure if they lost the check ( hand delivered, not mailed) or had another reason for not making the payment, but they never contacted me, even after the cancellation.They received the cancellation notice at the same time, and called to explain the error was the result of some family stress. They were very apologetic and corrected the situation almost immediately. They assured me that I would have been covered during the period if there had been a claim. Stuff happens...

Just relocated from Illinois. Had to get all of autos insured in Florida. We went into the Brightway office in Palm Harbor not knowing anyone . We left a short hour or so later with all the autos insured at a very affordable premium . Most of all the nicest, most professional and friendliest people we could of asked for. So happy we chose Brightway in Palm Harbor.

Their customer service is terrible. I have been with them for 2 years because they handle my insurance company. They never call you back when you leave a message. I have a current policy up for renewal in the next 2 weeks and I always have to call a few times before I get to speak to someone. Still waiting.. There are other brokers and insurance companies you can go direct with Would not recommend them to anyone
