Very nice young lady who works here found my moms phone in the Speedway bathroom next door, and when I had called frantically to my moms phone, she reassured us that she would leave it with the cashier. When I moved to St Pete a decade ago we had a few wonky S.F. Offices that were not full service, so someone referred me to Cindy’s office way north. I’ve only been there live twice. But whilst much of the world’s customer service goes down the tubes, I cannot say enough how seriously CARED for this office makes me feel. And I’m an all-biz cynical type. But they will call, remind, partner to find solutions, predict, anticipate. It seriously floors me. I will drive up to Palm Harbor if I have to for this kind of trusted advisor partnership. (Even through a nasty divorce they were balanced, professional, impartial etc.) Brill. Good smart people.

About two years my wife and I moved to FL. Prior, we enjoyed being customers of State Farm Insurance for over 20 years. We first contacted Cindy Wilsons office about flood and home insurance. Laura Tomoser was fantastic in helping us secure insurance. Given the needs for where we are (hurricane potential) there were a number of hoops we had to go through while closing on the house and then in our renewals. Laura has been amazing to work with, extremely responsive when I email, and very thorough (and nice!). Recently, we purchased a car and once again turned to State Farm for coverage. I worked with Felicia Berry. She was amazing - in two emails, she transferred coverage from our old vehicle to the new car, saved us money, and did it within hours.
