The only reason why I gave just 4 stars and not 5, is because of how hard to get service when calling customer service! I got transferred 5 times the last time I called! But when I went to the office, they were a huge help and really listened to me!

I asked for a quote over the phone and the lady had a nasty attitude explaining my policy when I tried to get the best plan. She said Im not gonna deal with you and said I wasted her time. Said she was gonna transfer me to customer care and then the phone hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Trying to rip me off and scare me into getting their insurance when it was time for me to renew they never sent me a Mail warning me it was time to renew they called me the day before my insurance was due and then they went to double on me and I’ve not even had a wreck or a ticket. I called around they lied about the prices
