A little uppity attitude here for my taste and State Farm is never a good value for the dollar as insurance companies go, in my opinion. But this agency is on top of the game and takes care of the insured.

Ive been with this office since moving to Florida 7 years ago. We recently had our cars flooded out due to tropical storm Erma, and it was the first real emergency we had to deal with. Allyn made sure everything went quickly and smoothly, getting our total loss payment so we could get our replacements and get back to life. Bobbi Jo as well is always quick to respond and help when needed! I highly recommend them!

I called Lizette Cochran’s office late last Friday night. I had been a GEICO insured for over 7 years and they continuously increased me “just because.” I contacted Lizette’s office after reading her reviews and got Jaimie Adams. Jaimie went through EVERYTHING with me, didn’t rush me, and send me the auto quote via email because I wanted to look at it over the weekend. She would up saving me over $400 in car insurance with the same exact coverage.I called up today to bind the coverage and told her I referred multiple friends and my parents to get quoted through this office. The process was easy, Jaimie was so nice, and followed up with ALL appropriate documentation she told me I would be receiving. Excellent customer service and I look look forward to doing business with them.

In a world where customer service of businesses has declined to the point of infinite arguing with automated IVRs that do nothing but frustrate you-and make you repeat yourself to no avail -and then have to start over 10x as you go to your 10th rep- this particular State Farm Agents office is filled with friendly voices who pick up immediately, provide NONSTOP, FAST assistance on whatever you need and even call to LOWER your rate. Compare that to other pathetic businesses like PUBLIC STORAGE (400% increase in prices in 2 years), SPECTRUM (the worlds worst monopoly),SIMPLE MOBILE (11 days to activate when THEY screwed up and sent your phone service to another SISTER company and lost it), etc. In particular, Allyn Curry is the nicest of them all at Lizette Cochrans office (Lizette is also the best)- and Allyn always gets what you need done with the friendliest of personalities. Very rarely does a company EVER exceed expectations-especially when dealing with car insurance-but this one does by MILES ..(get it?) :)

This location is amazing. Their customer service, professionalism and rates are the top in the game. Sara and Kathy are always there to answer any questions I have as well as adding on services and providing more ways for multi discounts. I highly recommend this office. I was contacted by Kathy via US mail. Several months ago I went online looking for quotes. At the time none of the quotes I received matched my current policies price so I renewed with my current company.A few weeks ago I got a State Farm envelope in the mail with a new quote that would save us roughly $45 a month. I initially thought it was too good to be true so I tossed it aside. A couple days later I picked it back up and decided to email Kathy with some questions.Kathy was very responsive to my questions and she also contacted my State Farm agent out of state that insures my vacation home to secure me an additional $800 a year savings.If anyone receives anything in the mail from Lizette Cochran’s State Farm office I would recommend looking into it and dealing with Kathy. I really appreciated her helping me with my new policy and the money savings.

I was extremely disappointed with this establishment. Initially had a difficult situation with auto insurance that turned out well at first. I completly disclosed any discrepancy with my drivers license which they had full checking before I got my quote paid. Three weeks later they doubled my quoted premium then 7 days later they canceled my policy. Dont patronize this establishment Ive had auto insurance for over 30yrs and this has never happened. I called and got berrateted by their staff completely unsympathetic to the fact that now I have to get insurance all over again.

Excellent customer service. I recently moved to Florida and had a few issues with transferring policies. My old insurance agency (also a State Farm) stopped helping me once they found out I was moving. Bobbi Jo at Lizette Cochran State Farm helped fix the errors made by my old agent and even called the Payment Plan Dept. to double check that I was being billed correctly. Plus they gave me a cute 2018 calendar.

I used to own State Farm Car Insurance and Life Policy. Both were cancelled due two unexpected rate increase. After few years, I decided to give it a try again. I was contacted by an agent from Mrs. Lizette Cochrans office, after browsing online quotes. I was provided me with a quote for insurance and I decided to switch the insurance. Since I had paid for the month of March with my existing policy, the lady advised me to call them and cancel the automatic payment. While cancelling the payment, I also cancelled the policy. The next step was to call her on the 19th (today - 10 days after initial contact) to start the State Farm policy. Today I was told Im ineligible for the State Farm Insurance; was never provided a letter from State Farm of ineligibility in the ten day period as well. Luckily, the current company was able to reinstate my policy which would have been ineffective tomorrow. Mind the fact I have not got any tickets ever in my life and had not had an accident in almost five years. State Farm does not seem to be a Good Neighbor and I will definitely not want to do any business with them in the future.
