Ive had auto insurance with the same company for many years until this year when they decided to raise rates. This left me to check other options and I stopped into this Allstate office to some very friendly people. The rates quoted were very reasonable and I signed up. Its been 6 months and through Covid they have reduced my premium several times without me asking, contacted me several times via email to make sure I had no questions, and I just received an email for $10 off an oil change. Amazing experience. Thank you
