Recently I was caught up in the Allstate closures without notice. I had concerns that I would not have proper coverage/support. I was able to transfer my homeowners policy to Coleman without interruption to my existing policy. The customer service Alex provided was above and beyond my expectations. Alex understood my concern and took charge and explained in detail what was needed. Within one day he had alleviated all my concerns and my policy was moved over without any issues. Policy remained with the same company (Edison) now under Colemans guidance and support. Im really disappointed with Allstate because as of yet they still have not contacted me to let me know they have closed the local office. It was a total lack of concern and the corporate office was like oh well.
