Absolutely my new favorite nail salon! My nails come out perfect each time and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

This is a great place for a mani/pedi. Both times Ive gone Ive had a great experience, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You get a drink with your service and you dont have to ask. Ask for Kay, Yenyen or Donna.

Donna did absolutely fabulous on my manicure and pedicure! I love it, wanted a natural look and its fabulous!!!

This place is probably the best Nail salon I’ve been to. For starters it is absolutely gorgeous and has a luxurious spa feel. I have tried to use other places but I’m never satisfied, I always return to this Venetian. I always make sure I go to see Sarah! She does a fabulous, professional job every visit. The staff there are always welcoming and kind. Another bonus is I never feel rushed like I do at other salons. I highly recommend this spa.

What a pleasant visit I had to the Venetian Nail Spa! A Beautiful new salon. The pedicure chairs are “state of the art” designed with wonderful massage controls . My technician Sophie gave me the most thorough and detailed pedicure I have ever had.Donna and her husband have truly put their hearts and souls into making going there a very pampered and pleasurable experience.Many nail techniques are available but I have the French gel manicure which is an art itself.From the young women who greets you and checks you out, and the safety measures that they follow, it is truly an enjoyable experience.Susan C.

I was in there on Saturday and got a gel pedicure and a dip fill. My pedicure was great as always! When it came time for my nails my nail tech Nomy decided that my cuticles needed to get done. I said “alright they are pretty bad.”Also, I wanted an almond shape and she said “with your nails they need to be round.” I replied “no problem” again assuming a nice gesture. When I got to the front the receptionist noticed that Nomy overcharged me. She confronted her and Nomy said that she charged me extra for shape and my cuticles. I responded that Nomy offered both the shape of my nail and cuticle fix with no information on the upcharge it would cost. Thank goodness for the receptionist catching it. After I left my top coat immediately started to peel and by Wednesday all of the dip on my nails was starting to lift and come off. I called the salon to inform them and they said a manager was to get back to me and never did. I’m not one to complain, but I spent almost $100 to get my nails done and they came off within a few days and on top of getting up charged. I love this Venetian, but was not happy with the past service.

I have been to this salon twice now and the volcano pedicure is awesome! The technicians are so nice and the atmosphere is clean and upbeat. If you are in the Alton plaza go to this salon NOT the Selfie salon. You will get your money’s worth at Venetian NOT at Selfie.

The Spa is spacious, clean and all massage chairs work! They staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and organized. It was a very relaxing visit.

I’m someone who tends to be a bit anxious when getting my nails done and she made me feel at ease, genuinely one of the sweetest nail technicians I’ve ever had, she always gave me an amazing manicure which is always a plus. Jenny was so amazing!! I did a gel heart design and she really took her time to perfect it and had so much patience. Jenny prioritized my satisfaction with the service, and in the end, I had exactly what I wanted! She and everyone else were so professional and the store was incredibly clean with great quality options and so many beautiful colors. Venetian nail spa is very clean and I enjoyed that. My nail technician was great as I was getting a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately 3 days pass over half of my gel nails start pealing up. I brought 5 ladies in with me and 3 of them have the same complaint. I called explained I was there days prior and to just have them remove my gel nails not fix them. As I was leaving the receptionist told me it would be five dollars. I was a taken back a bit not because I couldnt afford what she was asking but I didnt even have them fix their mistake. I then reiterated that I was there days prior and I again didnt even ask them to fix their mistake. The receptionist then voided my five dollars but it was the principal of how they handled the situation. I unfortunately will not be back and I also never write reviews, take that as you will.

Jenny was amazing very professional and sweet. Also when I got there I didnt know what color I was going to put on my nails and she helped me and I totally love it. Definitely if you go there look for Jenny because I will next time. Oh I cant forget her massage was so good she really knows what she is doing.

Beautiful salon, very clean, pedicure chairs are amazing. Staff very friendly... they are true professionals at what they do, my nails look fabulous! The salon even has a waxing bar... no more lying down on a massage bed. They even have a rewards program if you are a regular.

I have been going to The Venetian for over 3 years. I matched with my main girl, Jeny, who I have continued to go to about every 3-4 weeks for my nail dip and occasional pedicure. She is always timely and I never feel rushed, as she appreciates this is a time of self-care that I set aside for myself and truly enjoy getting my nails done. Being the OCD person I naturally am (no shame — it is what it is) she always listens and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the service. Grateful for her sweet and caring nature. She typically helps me choose a nail color too which I am always appreciative for since it’s difficult to narrow down at times — so many beautiful colors. Anytime she has been out of town, she has referred me to coworkers in the salon that she feels I would be happy with for continued nail services — Kay and Adiana have been wonderful in the past! Jasmine at the front has always been super sweet and accommodating when calling to schedule. Ultimately, I highly recommend this nail salon whether you are looking for a nice and relaxing treat for yourself or a place to get your nails done on a regular basis.

The technician did a lousy job. It seemed like she was in a hurry. The nail polish was not applied properly. The corners of some of my nails were not even colored. This was my first manicure and I was excited about it, but I left disappointed!

Wonderful experience whilst in the spa for my services. The only negative was that one of my nails (that had a tip put on it) broke right where the tip was glued on less than a week into my nails being done. I had not hit it on anything, it just broke out of nowhere.UPDATE: Not only did I receive a message back on my review here fairly immediately, but the nail spa called me the next morning to schedule a time to come in to have my nail fixed. If that isnt 5-star service, I dont know what is!

The staff is friendly, there is usually little to no wait time with appointments.
