I have been coming to nails 2k for about 2 years. I see Tiffany and she is absolutely amazing, even from the first day she made me feel so comfortable! And her work is fantastic. My nails and toes always look perfect! She knows just what you want, all you have to do is tell her and she will work her magic! This place is just amazing, everyone is so sweet and helpful, they are always so welcoming and very professional. I recommend nails 2k to all the men and women out there! 10/10!!!

5 stars is not enough for this upscale nail salon!! This is my 2nd time visiting this location and the staff continue to exceed my expectations. Serena did an amazing job perfecting my fall nails! I showed her the picture that I wanted once and she made it come to life even better than the original photo. Storm was also very professional she perfected both my pedicure and my eyebrows. I also can’t forget about Tony who did a master job on my mom’s pedicure.Both Gals stayed late to ensure my experience was one I would never forget. I came to tiffany through a referral from a coworker a couple months ago and even though its 30 minutes from my house I haven’t looked back ! My best friend and I went to see Jenny and Andy, it was our first visit there and we had an amazing time! The price may be a little more than expected but the quality and service is AMAZING!! We were in and out, only took an hour, and we both cannot wait to go back in 3-4 weeks!!

Tiffany is amazing! I have been seeing her for about 6 months now and I would never go to anyone else. She has true talent. My nails last a month or more every time she does them. She is always so attentive and sweet. She makes sure that she does everything she can to make you happy and your nails are perfect every time.

Terrible service. They are not at all kind and they also leave you bleeding everywhere. I asked him not to leave my nails too short and he still did it by touching the skin that hurt me.

Ive been getting my nails done here for several years. They do a consistently good job and Ive never had a bad experience with any of the techs. There is an occasional wait that go long depending on when you go, so Id highly recommend you make an appointment ahead of time. All the techs are very friendly and accommodating. Its also very clean and the color selection is vast.

I just moved to the area and nails 2k was recommended to me by a coworker. I went on a Saturday around 5 and it seemed pretty busy, but they took me right away! I had Natalie do my nails and she did an amazing job! It was even her first day working there. I definitely will be going back and asking for her!

Came all the way from Jupiter, Tiffany did my nails. she was so sweet and professional. my nails came out exactly the way i wanted them!! i will definitely come see her again.

Art on my toenails! Every time I go here, I leave happy. The wait is minimal and the staff speaks very good English. I usually go for pedi and eyebrow waxing. Today was extra special i tried the hot peppermint oil massage option and I dont regret it. The price was $35 plus an extra $5. for the design. I just told her to do whatever.

This is the best nail salon in Florida. They are reasonably priced, clean, friendly and my nails last three weeks. I used to live around the corner but now I live in St Augustine. I drove the 3 hours and 40 minutes to get my nails done. My favorite nail salon!

Excellent experience! I got a gel mani, a basic pedi with a 10 minute foot massage. It was awesome. Tracy really did a great job in being really detailed with everything. She was fast and the quality is excellent. She was attentive and fulfilled any requests. Highly Skilled! everything looks very obviously clean. They are taking every measure possible to keep the public safe and healthy. It’s my first time here and it’s busy but moves swiftly. I’m impressed. I was delighted by the ambiance here and the friendliness of all the employees I came in contact with. I highly recommend this spot!

I walked in and needed a color change on my toes and a gel fill, the color change took over an hour, then I had to wait after for my gel fill on my nails. They proceeded to take the polish off of one of my nails, then made me wait again. Finally I had someone to do my nails, then I told her I wanted a verrryyy simple design and she told me she did not have time for me. I had to leave because I had work later. I left worse than when I came in. I highly recommend nail bar 54 in west palm as they are more organized and professional and more capable of nail art and designs :)

NOT CLEAN!! NOT ONLY FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE BUT OTHERS TOO! I went to get my nails done and although they LOOK clean. Looks are deceiving because in a few days I started getting pain in my thumb and got a major infection. When I went to the hospital they had to inject my painful thumb with a 3 inch needle. Come to find out Im not the only person that has had this issue at this particular nail salon. The nurse told me that IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS COME WITH THE SAME INFECTION AFTER GETTING THEIR NAILS DONE AT THIS PARTICULARLY DISGUSTING PLACE!! They actually DO know about this issue and they dont even care about it. As long as they make their tips right? lol.

Very clean and up to date place. They have a lot to offer with decent pricing to match. They are very kind also. I just was not satisfied with my simple gel manicure as I see indents from the levels of paint missing. I believe she did 2/3 swipes of paint over selective nails. Oddest thing.

I usually have a pleasant experience here. Even with the long wait time occasionally, I still return because I always leave satisfied. However, today I had the most unprofessional experience. After waiting nearly an hour and a half, I am treated by the manicurist as if I’m unwelcome. I simply tried to make sure she had the correct color I selected and she was extremely rude. She told me “not to waste her time”, just walked away and told me “to make up my mind so she doesn’t have to walk to the back again”. Like really? The next person to sit in her chair was not treated that way at all. She smiled and greeted the girl. I do appreciate immediately being placed with someone else. Nevertheless, I was very uncomfortable at that point that I decided to just to leave. Such a waste of time. I’m very disappointed.

I have been to several nail salons around the area and this is by far the best salon I have been to. The nail techs are very friendly and do a great job at grooming the nail beds and painting the nails.

I really like this salon, overall service was very good and clean. The services are a bit on the high end. I came in as a walk in on a busy day and the own/ manager (not sure) did everything to accommodate me. My only dislike about the service was that I had asked before the service began for a marble nail designs. However, the nail tech assigned did not know how to do this design after they did attempted to do the design. I was told that next time I needed to schedule ahead of time with someone that knows how to design. Still had to pay for a poorly marble design. I wish I was told that she didnt know how to do it. I would have just gotten polished. My recommendation make sure they know how to do your nail design before getting the service.

My only complaint is that they overbook appointments. Be prepared to wait because your appointment means nothing. I had a 5:30 appointment but didn’t get seen for a gel manicure until close to 7pm. Other than that (which is a big deal to me) everyone is professional despite it being overcrowded and super busy. The owner (guessing she is or manager) is very nice and you can see she works hard and tries her best to satisfy her customers. It’s just seems to get a bit overwhelming at times. It’s a nice place, they give great service and are semi clean (I notice they wipe down in the back after each customer but they don’t do that up front for nails).

My sister and I have been to nail salons in Virginia, California and others, but this one has one of the most arrogant, mean and unprofessional staff, including the front desk - I got my pedicure by Tony and that was very good.My “manicure” with dip nails is probably only dip, they didn’t do any cleanup or manicure to neither of us but instead charged us for extra $. Also, when asked, they keep changing their answers and were nagging all the time in their native language and has no uh respect to their customers.Though my sister’s pedicure was the basic, and she made it pretty clear, they did something else and charged her extra too.So, we think it’s high time we see someone else for our mani-pedis!They charge extra for poor service and are rude!

My experience with Sandra and the owner was awful. I was trying to explain to her what the other girl had done to my nails the last time I went there. She called the owner and he told me that I didnt know anything about nails. He was very disrespectful. I will never go back to that place.

I’ve been coming to Nails 2K for well over a year. After trying out some other salons in the area, I find this one to be the most friendliest and accommodating. After liking them on Facebook and checking out their work, I have found a permanent nail tech in Tiffany! Seeing a new nail tech can be just like going to the dentist; quite scary! However Tiffany puts you at ease with her great personality and openness. Together we have collaborated on what my nail masterpieces will be. Tiffany is a true artist! She’s faster than most techs, but super efficient, and amazingly detail oriented!! If they don’t have a specific color in the dip she can almost custom make it right on your nails! When they get new products in like the chrome or the cat eye she can’t wait to show you. She’s excited about her work and that’s what keeps clients in her chair! She’s talented, friendly, and passionate about what she does. If you do decide to go to Nails 2K I hope you do see Tiffany, you can not go wrong!

Ist time using this salon. I made an appointment the day before. Nail technician was 20 minutes late to work. The person that worked on my feet was WONDERFUL! He did an amazing job! Sort of pricey for my nails. $50 for a dipped manicure with no tips or add on. Paid $102 for a manicure and pedicure.

I have come here a few times and never had a bad experience until this last time. I brought my daughter with me to get mani/pedi’s. The young man that did her pedicure was so obnoxious & inappropriate with her. He told jokes the whole time attempting to get everyone around him to laugh; but it made everyone uncomfortable. I asked the manager/owner to switch people to do her manicure because I couldn’t take him any longer. (A lady that was next to me agreed and said if I didn’t say something she was about to) My daughter had long beautiful nails and the woman who did her manicure cut her nails down so short. I was very unhappy and was overcharged for our services. I was charged $123.00 for 2 pedicures 1 gel manicure and a regular manicure. Will not return here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. my first few experiences here were great and finally found a nail tech who did my nails exactly how I like them to be.initially, Mimilee did a full set for me and they were perfect. when I needed to get a fill, her attitude was completely different and told me I needed another full set and didn’t even remember doing my full set two weeks prior. she was rude about anything I asked and did not do the same quality as she had done the previous time on the full set. also, anything I asked her to do, she told me would be an extra charge. okay fine, I loved the first full set with her so I figured it would be worth it. it ended up being expensive for a fill that came out mediocre.this time, I requested an appointment with Leo. I was on time for my 10am appointment and waited patiently 25 minutes for him to finish with his client. when I only explained to him what Mimilee had done the previous time to assist with the results that I was hoping to receive, he told me “not to talk sh*t about her”….. is that how you speak to customers? I wasn’t speaking badly about her whatsoever. I just thought it would help him understand how to make my nails more to my liking. after drilling my nails so thin, three of them completely broke off, including one of my real nails very very low. and then he got an attitude and just got up and decided he wasn’t doing my nails anymore…..after I made an appointment days ago and was extremely polite.the manager brought me to another nail tech who just wanted to talk to me for 15 minutes about how this happens all the time etc etc when I have been getting acrylic nails for 20 years and have never experienced any of this! finally I said to just cut all of them off and I was done. when I tried to give her a tip for her time, she grabbed my hand aggressively and would not let go (because she didn’t want me to tip her), but how do you put your hands on a customer?!!!!!I went in for a fill, and left with no nails. the customer service was horrible and clearly I have never in my 20 years of getting my nails done been treated like this by anyone. I will never go back!

It was my first visit here, since I had moved I had to find a new nail place. I went today, a Sunday, it was busy but I didn’t have to wait. I worked with Henry. I am usually a veryy picky person when it comes to my nails. Let me tell you I didn’t have to ask for anything. It was perfect. Henry did such a fabulous job! Very meticulous. I was very impressed to say the least. The facility was clean, everyone was nice. It was a good vibe. I would 1000% recommend the services here. I had a great experience. :)

I’ve been here a handful of times. Sometimes my gel manicure nails stay for three weeks but the other times my gel manicure chipped in 3 days. They have a wide variety of polish. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Henry has done my nails since ive been gking here. This is my second time there i am beyond happy with his services. Very friendly takes his time and does a great job. This place is very clean and they are keeping up with keeping everything disinfected during the covid.

Nice, I am a male and the lady that did my feet was thorough. My feet were challenging to say the least. I had not had my feet done in 2 years. Whew. She did a good job and the music was relaxing.

I love Ivy, Hannah, & will use Tiffany in the future (Ive wittnessed her work). All of their work & personalities are great.I wish the managers wouldnt quarrel with their employees in front of the customers. its always awkward. they should do so in private. the manager lady always YELLS at her emoployees in front of everyone.

Let me start off by saying this is my first time giving a review because I am very accommodating to the fact that mistakes happen, but this was just a pure lack of customer service. This nail salon has been a go to of mine for quite a while because Peter and Andy are very sweet and efficient. However, the staff at the front are quite the opposite. Three days after having an appointment, two of my nails broke. I called to try and make an appointment, but the receptionist insisted that an appointment was not needed for the time that I was requesting (5:30 on a Tuesday.) Once I arrived, the lady at the front desk stated that they were booked and Peter was the only one that could fix them, but he was not in (because apparently employees don’t want to waste their time fixing another co-worker’s screw up which she blatantly stated) which also was not mentioned to me when I attempted to make an appointment to get them fixed. The front staff were overall unwelcoming and very rude when I explained the situation and asked to make an appointment as soon as Peter got back. They made it crystal clear that I was not on their list of priorities, so much for being a repeat customer for over 3 years.

My all time favorite place to get my nails and toes done. Every staff member is great at what they do. I have been going there for almost 7 years. I usually never have a set person. I finally a commitment to only have Henry do my services. We just connected so well and he gets me lol

I went in on the 03-19-2021 had a brand new set done. Monday the 22nd I already had a cracked nail. I went and they told me to make an appointment and come back Friday the 26th 3 nails by then about to fall off. I work on a computer all day no reason for them to be this bad!!! Today is the 31st, not even two weeks I have 2 broken nails and 3 that the glue did not last!!! For a brand new set! I paid 95 plus tip! Worst experience ever! My nails always last me 2-3 weeks with no problem

My nails are decent but the customer service was absolutely horrendous, the nail tech that did my moms nails straight up ignored her and when he finally started doing her nails he somewhat made fun of her thick accent and completely ignored her request, as well as gossiping with my nail tech for the majority of the time, i pointed out multiple flaws with mr nails but she was so rushed that she ended up filing into my cuticle and ignoring much of my requests.i had an appointment at 6 and had to wait around 20 min before sitting down as well as having to wait 5 minutes for ANYONE to talk to me at the desk when we walked in.

2k Nails is by far one of the best nail places in Palm Beach Gardens. Always clean, Reasonable prices, on time and the entire staff is very kind and professional. So happy I found this gem, very well equipped and professional technicians. Snow is the best so detailed and really dedicates her time and attention fully to her clients.Snow’s work exceeded my expectations, she was very kind, professional and with a very charismatic attitude. I’ve never been disappointed when I get NexGen or a pedicure here. I’ve been worked on by several different techs. They’re pleasant, easy to talk to, clean, and very professional.

I had an eyebrow wax done and had asked for my eyebrows to be trimmed, but instead they were cut down so short I now have gaps in my eyebrow. They were also overly waxed and now part of my eyebrow is missing at the end of my eye.....super embarrassing. The technician didn’t seem to care at all and just wanted to get it done as fast as possible. Will never be back, and can’t believe I paid for this service.

I have been going to nails 2K for over ten years. I get the same thing every time French dip nails and I wouldn’t use anybody else but Tiffany. She is quick and extremely professional and her nails are top-quality! I don’t really get designs but my daughter does and she to only goes to Tiffany and loves her. She fills up quick so get your appointment and if you’re looking for somebody good that does a pedicure ask for Henry he’s amazing.

If I do not come in early the tech I booked w/ takes on another client and I will either have to wait or use someone else. When you wait itll be 45mins-1hour past appointment time and or take someone else and hope theyre good.FEESMake a request.. ask how much it is upfront, the staff will not tell you until it is time to pay and you already have your service. Fees like filing style/shape, colors, designs, repair, etc. The management, Kathy, tends to add on fees.RECENT & HORRID EXPERIENCEMost recently I attempted to book with Peter, who is quite talented but a little heavy on the nail filing, but he was booked so I took Leo instead. Lea is also quite talented so I was excited to work with him.--MANI--I went in for my normal dip mani and gel pedi but the salon did not have the matching color I wanted so I decided to do something different and get different colors on each finger. I asked if it had extra fee, he said no.NEXT DAY & CRACKED MANIThe tech prepped my nails and got the pastel colors, I showed him an image, and he came back with all the dip powers. I did not realize but when my nails were done the color was not pastel but very bright and not what I asked for. Despite the colors being off, the tech did an okay job and my nails looks alright. I requested the tech to keep my natural shorter nails as I was growing them out and simply just file to tips of my nail so they are straight. Per the manager, the tech did a slight coffin shape. My nails are short it is almost impossible to do a coffin shape and being a client since 2015 I know that shapes are extra.--PEDI from HELL--The tech finished my manicure, and although I had an appt. the staff walked me back up to the waiting area and I waited 20mins for Helen.When Helen took me back I informed her that I broke one of my nails and I would need her to repair like last time and make both of my feet look even. Helen said she understood and then cut my toe nails on both feet down so short she could not even file my big toes. I then asked her if she would be adding something to make them longer so it looked normal and she said that they do not do that there in the salon - despite seeing other clients get tips to make their toe nails long. At this point my toes looked like what someones hand looks like when they bite their nails really bad - scary. Also, while she was doing my pedi I felt a lot of scraping, pulling, and noticed I was bleeding. When Helen went to get a towel I called over Kathy, the manager, and asked her to explain that I need Helen to repair my nail because she over cut them. Kathy explained this to Helen, not sure what she said as it was not in English, and they both started to laugh and point at my toes. I just tried to ignore this as I assume it was funny that I now had bloody little boy feet.Kathy said she would fix it and sent Helen to do someone elses pedicure. Helen then took me to the front of the salon and made me sit across from her, put my foot under the mani table, she did my pedi on her lap, and put my feet on the dirty floor under the lamp. Kathy poorly repaired my nail, used the wrong color (she justified this saying because its far away from my hands its okay), she put nail glue on my skin to repair where Helen cut me and said it was liquid bandage.When it came time to pay they wanted to charge me for $5 mani coffin shape - I didnt have or ask for, $5 mani extra colors - I wasnt infomed, $30 pedi repair - because Helen overcut it and cut me enough to bleed, $40 for mani, & $44 for pedi done under a table on the dirty floor.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, THERE ARE MANY GREAT TECHS AND OTHER OPTIONS LOCALLY.

They take safevery seriously wi h is wonderful. Temperature checks when you walk in and then they ask you to wash your hands. Each time a client leaves a seat, they sanitize it thoroughly. I love Tony and.my husband loves Moon. They are awesome nail technicians. Glad we come here routinely.

Listen I called 2 days in a row now to get my nails redone with Kim and just tried again today for tomorrow and they claim that she’s completely booked this place is so inconvenient how is a technician booked three days in a row I will be finding another nail salon they will no longer get my service Kim is an amazing nail tech she just works for the wrong salon she deserves much better

I just got my nails done yesterday for the first time in this place and it was incredible. I got them done with a guy named John he did very good, i did get cut but im sure thats normal and it happens once in a while. I also got my eyebrows done by some lady and she didnt do the best job she left one of my eyebrows uneven but other than that this place is awesome and i 100 percent would recommend this place especially if you get them done with John!!!

I have been going to the Nails2k for about six years, every three weeks I go take a 45 minute drive to go see Tiffany! She is amazing at dip nails, Not only is her work top notch she’s also quick you will not be sitting there for hours! Anytime I wanna add some thing she always tells me upfront if there’s a price difference . Sidenote she’s also really good at eyebrows .....Even where I live, other nail professionals have complimented me on my finger nails when I have gone for pedicures. I only drive to the salon to have Tiffany do my nails. Not only that my mom is a long time client of Tiffany’s . I will not see anyone else she is AMAZING!

I showed the tech a picture of the nails I wanted and he insisted he could draw the flower. Forward an hour and a half and it looks like my two year old drew it and he rushed me out so he could move on the the next person. Due to me having 12 hour shifts the next five days they said there is NOTHING they can do to help me even though I expressed that I didn’t think it was worth $70.

My nails turned out great, but they were extremely busy and not organized. They didnt take down names for a wait list and wouldnt take our name down for an appointment over the phone. They were just guessing who was next in line. The guy asked us atleast 5 times what we were there for. It was $55 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure (which is an average price), but be careful the nail technician kept trying to upgrade me on everything even after I said no.

My sister and I visited for the first time today and had Lina and Victor as our nail techs. They did such a good job, we will definitely be back.

I had a appointment of 4 today for 11 am and 3 out of the 4 of us were seen it took for one of us to say we were leaving for another worker to come and try to stop her that’s crazy!
