Ive been going to this salon for just over 5 years. I have always had an incredible experience with all of the nail technicians I have seen, and Maria especially has always been an outstanding woman to work with! The facility is always clean, fresh smelling, and peaceful. Everyone that works there is friendly and very professional. Excellent options and sterile best practices. Highly recommend a visit for men and women.

They always rush through the pedicures and manicures leaving bumps and chips in the paint. This happened within a couple days of me going for a gel pedicure

I love Kim for nails (dip) and eyebrows, does an absolute perfect job on both. My concern is the lack of sterilization between clients, reusing nail files, and not cleaning drill bits & cuticle clippers at all. Not sure of FLs legal requirements, but Id like to see equipment sterilized in an autoclave or barbacide and not just placed in a drawer for next customer.

I only get pedicures done. And I thoroughly enjoy them, as it is usually the only ME time I get.Sofia has been my GIRL for the past year to year and a half. She is the sweetest, hard working and attentive! She gives the best mini foot massages that literally leave you feeling high on life. Always gets more than a 25% tip from me because she deserves it!!!

I typically do not write reviews but there was a time where I was going nail salon to nail salon trying to find consistent, great results and it just was not happening. I work over on PGA and was referred to this place by a colleague and I truly will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. All of the staff is extremely detail oriented to everything I have gotten done... nails, pedicure, and waxing. I know that I will always walk out of their satisfied with my results. If a nail has ever broke for whatever reason they have always got me in to fix it - no questions asked. I go to Ann which is the manager but again everyone at the salon is great. I am so glad to of found a great nail salon that has continuously met my expectations!

I have been coming to Eden Nails for over 10 years. The ladies are amazing and their services are impeccable. I always enjoy the atmosphere and get some time to relax every time I have an appointment. And they are always more than willing to fix anything that breaks or if you mess up your nails they make time for you. Love Eden Nails!

I took my 8-yr old daughter here this morning for a manicure before her daddy-daughter dance this evening. She was the second person through the door and the last to be seated. The man at the front seemed to have spoken to several people to take her, but no one did. Finally, she was sent to a station (upfront, all the way on the right). The woman filed, buffed, polished, and was finished - 10 minutes max. That’s not a manicure! They seemed so inconvenienced. They charged me $15, which is inexpensive, but when I asked how much a manicure costs, I was told $13. What? We paid more for what? This place was just rude.

Ive been going to Eden for years. Consistently great pedicure. Also normally get a polish change. Lasts the longest in the area as far as Im concerned. Have had acrylics and gel done here previously for special events and they were also great. Can usually sneak in as a walk-in without too crazy of a wait. Recommend to anyone who asks me where to go in the area.

I love going to Eden Nails. I have never been disappointed. Hands down the best place especially for Nexgen nails. My nails have become so strong ever since I let Vicky do my nails. I have a thyroid problem and my nails were so brittle, but Vicky got me back on track

Ive been coming here for years. The service is always great, place always immaculate, and staff always friendly and professional. Ive tried a ton of different nail salons in South Florida and have yet to find anyone who is quite as skilled as Ann at Eden Nails. Great place!

Stay away from KIM. She is the absolute rudest tech at this salon. Worst attitude, angry, upseller, sloppy, rushed and argumentative. Wants to do what’s easiest for her, not what you want. Not to mention her finished product was garbage-uneven-sloppiness and the experience was awful. I wish I could say she at least did good work, but I cannot.I know for a fact other techs here such as Maria are talented and excellent with people as I’ve been going here for a while, but Kim put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return. Which is a bummer because I’ve always had a good experience until her. So if you want to go here just be sure to avoid this girl. I recommend they fire her as to stop losing business.

This place is awful horrible service are we’re talking bad about me in Vietnamese..everyone was laughing and staring at us..totally made us feel uncomfortable would not recommend this place! I almost could have tolerated it if they did a good job on my bails..but they all have no design skills.

In all honesty, every time I go there Im pleased with my nails. Today I went to get fills and my friend received a pedicure. To begin with, once they were almost finished with her toes, she asked for them to do a very simple design on her big toe that, quite frankly, I could do... Its always about pleasing the customer, but they told her they didnt have time. What happened to the customer leaving happy and pleased is important? My case on the other hand was completely dreadful. I picked a color like I always do and the lady applied it. Me, who has never had a gel coat put on, didnt know the difference between what the clear gel over coat and the regular clear coat that they always put on looked like. Not really even paying attention either, she put on the clear gel coat (after messing up my nail polish twice). When it was time to pay, she practically snatched my debit card out of my hand and swiped it. As I was looking over her shoulder, I saw her type in $35.00. I was very confused and quickly said no no no, it should only be 18$ I only got fills. They told me I shouldve known that if i pick nails from a certain area it means that I want gel as well. Well there was no sign saying that gel nail polish is recommended to be put on, nor did anyone ask me. After arguing and them being extremely rude to me, the situation concluded to me being a very unhappy, UNSATISFIED costumer who tried to get 15$ back (the cost of the gel) but am being told that I shouldve known and its not my fault you didnt ask us. Money wasted and a ruined mood is what I get trying to get my nails done. Very disappointed and now I can officially say that eden, my favorite salon is now a salon I will be telling everyone not to go to.

If I could put no star I would because I was getting my nails done for the first time In a while and this has got to be the worst experience of my life. I was getting the nexgen nails because they are supposed to be better. well the lady that did mine was horrible she filed right i to my pinky and when I told her about it she said oh sorry and kept on going on the same finger she had just filed a hole In. then she put alcohol on it and I almost punched her in the face while the lady next to me had a look of shock on her face. and not even a week later my nail breaks. so much for being better and stronger. I believe that they are but not from here. NEVER GOING BACK THERE I PAID $45 TO BE CUT AND MY NAIL TO BREAK NOT TO MENTION MY INDEX FINGER ON MY RIGHT HAND IS CROOKED. MY NORMAL NAIL IS NOT CROOKED LIKE THIS. N.E.V.E.R. G.O. H.E.R.E
