I would not go again. Was suggest to get the gel manicure as it would keep my nails from breaking and make them stronger. Yes I have had it done before so not first time getting this done.Less than two weeks the top coat start lifting from the edges and I tried file the edges down. The top coat start coming off and in turn left my nails brittle and broken once they came off. I went in with a good amount of length on my nails, only now to go back to start over. The pedicure was mediocre .pics are nails before going than after going and the top peeling off.

Literally the worst customer service ive ever received from a nail salon. The manager and just about everyone else who works there are incredibly rude. I went to get my nails filled a couple days ago on top of replacing three nails that fell off. Which was fine until another nail fell off yesterday. I went to get it replaced today and the manager gave me a lecture about how it’s free this time but If another nail falls off it’s on me. Okay cool. But the way I was treated by the manager who fixed my nail was so mean. He was pulling on my arm, telling at me. And didn’t even use the right color, nor did he shave down the acrylic to make them look like the rest. I will never go there again. How terrible.

What I asked for versus what I got. They made them shorter than what I asked for and the shape is nothing like what I asked for! They ruined my nails! I have an event I have to go to tonight and now I don’t have what I wanted! NEVER go here

Got my feet done didnt clean my feet he just put a lot of oil on my feet but didnt use soap or any clean products on my foot first and last time coming here mybe because am black. I tip very good they should treat everyone the same

Services provided was ok. I gave them 3 🌟 because there was no list of services provided and cost for them advertise in the salon. I had to ask how much this or that cost. However, the decor of the salon is very nice. Not sure if Ill go back.

I went to get my nails done earlier today, The lady was very rude & She had a very nasty attitude from the time I walked in the door. The nails are horrible she didn’t place my diamonds on correctly nor did she polish any of my nails correctly. I asked for an eyebrow waxing and she didn’t take any hair off. I would never recommend anyone to this nail salon.

I am only giving it 3 stars because the woman that did my Nail Dip was terribly slow and did a horrible job. I spend another 2 hours reshaping and filing them down correctly.The young man that did my pedicure was amazing! He did an amazing job. He was very nice and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted! Worth every penny.. his name is Ben planning on making an appointment today to see Ben and get a fill or have those taken off and get acrylics like I wanted to begin.

Great place, terrific staff. I really enjoy coming here. Corina does a wonderful job on my nails, and everyone on staff is so pleasant and warm. Its a very busy place so if you dont like to wait make sure you call and schedule an appointment. I highly recommend.

Fast, friendly and professional service...my sister drought a gift card for my mom in 2019 and before she had the chance to use it the pandemic hit in 2020 and the card expired we came in and they honored the card...we will be back for more services.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Ask the nail tech 5 times to cut out an ingrown toenail and he still didn’t even when it is red and swollen. Told him to be gentle because it hurt and he continued to press on it. Polish color didn’t even show up. Tech was rushing to get to next customer so did my pedicure in 15 mins. Would not recommend this place.

I went to get my nails done and I’m very dissatisfied with how my nails came out. I asked for long coffin nails and got short, uneven, crooked nails. On top of that he charged me an extra five dollars for coffin shape nails without disclosing that upfront. Furthermore, I have made several attempts to contact them to speak to a manager. Including leaving voicemail messages and can not get a response. They were very rude.

Comical how terrible this manicure was! The gentleman trimmed my nails and left a dip in the center and the edges were like razors. Cuticles were ragged. I looked at the finished product and just had to laugh. I paid and left. Never to return. I would have said something if I had any confidence that he could fix the mess.

Very disappointed with the service. The lady was very lazy when it came to doing my nails. I wanted a gel manicure and she only put 2 coats. Gel was heavier on some parts of my nail than others, you could see bubbles and dents in them from her rushing. And after a week my nails were breaking, one nail the gel came completely off. I spent $70 for a gel manicure and pedicure and left unsatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend going.

Terrible experience. Abrupt rude and can hardly communicate. Did a horrendous job of a French manicure. The white tip only one thin transparent layer, And uneven in consistency. The first and last time will ever use them. The worst manicure ever had and I get regular manicures. Just thought I would try them since I was at the mall.A pure waste of time and money

If you are thinking about going to the Nail Bar at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall, DONT! I have been a customer for over 5 years, but the new management is terrible. The nail technician that I had was rude and ROUGH on my feet. He even snatched my payment from me. I accidentally gave him a tip, force of habit, and he did not have the courtesy to say thanks. Please go to a REAL nail salon for services. The Nail Bar is boot leg!

!!! Anyone who sees this please just take one sec to read this... so you wont get scammed!! My daughter was visiting Palm beach and went to get her nails done at this place. She got a fill in (with no gel) and the man told her 20 dollars, she had no problem paying that, even gave the young man a tip. The next day my daughter saw they kept charging her card, taking over 40 dollars out. My daughter has never had this problem before so she was scared but I told her it could of been an accident, dont worry just call them. She called them and told them the problem the lady who picked up the phone told my daughter call your bank, take it up with the bank so she asked to speak with the young man that did her nails the man hung up on her, she called back and they said she would have to come up there and show them, we live 3 hours away from palm beach, so she asked if she could email them the history of her bank account. Long story short, I suggest dont go here, these people are very rude and the workers there are taking your money if youre using a credit card, if you do go here please use cash, please. I say this because my bank told me theyre still trying to take money out.

Horrible place. It’s so close to me but I had the worst experience . This lady messed up my eyebrows and when she was doing them I tried to explain to her how I wanted them she told me to “shhhh”. I walked out and complained to the male owner and he looked at me like I was the problem. I paid to prevent any problems but I will never go to this place again. Smh

Receptionist is incredibly rude! I have been going there for 3 years to get my nails done. They hired her and everytime I go in now Im treated like trash by her. The only reason she is still there is because she is related to the owner. Otherwise the manicurist are nice, do great jobs and are very personable. Receptionist needs to get fired she sits down and doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door unless you first speak to her.

I was hesitant after reading reviews but the people were friendly and attentive. The person who did my pedicure was professional and polite and did a good job.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Absolutely hands down the worst ever nail experience i’ve ever had. I went in asking for an acrylic infill. Firstly, the lady doing them nipped my skin so many times with the drill.. then when i asked for them to be shorter she said no because long nails look nicer.. theeennn, i paid and it came to 40 god damn dollars!!! FAR TOO OVER PRICED. Now, a few days later, they are already lifting from near my cuticle and just look absolutely awful. I went in to ask them to fix them and they refused telling me i needed to spend another $25 for a colour change so they could file them. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday she was very excited to get her nails painted. The lady did not say a word to her, didnt even look at her. She spent a total of 3 minutes painting her nails and then went off to help someone else. It was a rushed sloppy job and she didnt wait in between coats for the polish to dry so her nails didnt dry at all. It has been over an hour since we left the salon and they are still gooey and tacky. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The people are rude and sloppy. Terrible customer service. Would not go back even if it was free.

Im very very disappointed on the service that I was given at this nail bar that I chosen to go to since I was actually in the mall doing my downtime shopping I walked into the nail bar at I will say at least 7:40 PM and I understand that they close at 8 o’clock but it wasn’t you hello how are you doing the facial expression of the workers told a story they didn’t have to tell me anything I asked the guy said wow you guys act like you guys are close in the way you guys look plus I said we just here to get our nails done he claims that they’re closing at 8 o’clock never business closes at 8 o’clock are you walking 20 minutes before businesses close Service should still be offered they truly treated us like they really didn’t want to do our nails and then when I came back in so they could lead to do my little niece nails because children doesn’t understand bad service so I still went back in so the kids can get their nails done and they still treated us rudely I would recommend this place rather you in the mall or even if you’re planning to come to this place they have very bad service if you don’t come here on time God for bid you come in 20 minutes to get service they show their true colorsFrom a very upset customer

Don’t come here unless you want to reshape your acrylic nails your self! Instead of shaping coffin nails the proper way (claimed they knew how to do them) they decided to CUT the shape into them (these turned into horrible uneven triangle shapes) after him going back to fix the shape of multiple nails multiple times after nexgen I gave up, let him finish and went home and filed them myself! Charged $45 and I ended up having to make them round to get them even.Girl sitting next to me got a pedicure and they cut her toes uneven and tried to paint her skin to cover it up. Save yourself some trouble (and money!!)

I came to get my nails done 2nd time and the day after my side of my nail started hurting and getting big next day my finger swells up and i find out its infected i had to go to the hospital to get it lanced and cut open before it spreaded to my blood stream ill never be coming back there im not the type to complain but my finger literally felt to the point it was going to fall off and in your salon it has a paper saying all your tools are clean but my first time just ended up getting a bad infection ive never had to deal with anything like this before if i come back im coming to complain and show you exactly how my fingered looked now i have to wait for it to heal service was ok but after this experience ill never get my nails done there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if i do come ill be glad to bring my medical papers from the other day.

I got a full set and the lady kept cutting me with the dremel. She then proceeded to push the acrylic part into my nail on the side with her nail. She ended up slicing the side of my pointer finger. Also i wanted coffin nails... she squared off my thumbs and cut them two different lengths . Still charged me 5$ for “coffin shape”

Disappointed compared to my experience last year (when I would have given 5 stars!). I prefer SNS powder: their star person soaked my fingers in acetone for quite some time (never had anyone do that!). Then they used drills to take off the old (never had anyone do that!). I asked to wash my hands afterward to remove the dried acetone and they said no (and Im still using lotion to heal my dry fingers!). I asked to not cut cuticles but they did anyway (and PULLED - ouch). Rough filing - had to use Emery board when I got home to remove the sharp parts, even tho I pointed it out to them. And then, had me put my hands under UV light !! NEVER had that since I stopped using gel!! I asked why and they responded that was needed. One the main reasons I use SNS is to AVOID the UV light!. Can you guess that I will not return ??? Can I give this a minus 1 ??And to top it all, another customer stopped in to have 2 of her Gel nails fixed after only one day after her mani - and she insisted on this star and WAITED for him! Why is he a star when her nails werent done right the day before ????

Worst service ever! They told me their gel would last two weeks and it didnt even last a week. I asked them to fix it and they only fixed THREE NAILS and told me theyd charge me to fix the rest!!!! Very very dissappinted!!!! I will never come back to this location again! I would not recommend anyone come here!

I liked the salon. I found the staff to be polite and the hair cut I received was a cut above most. My only complaint is that it is costly. Nearly $200.00 for a cut and color is a bit steep for my wallet, especially since my hair needs colored every four weeks and my hair grows out fast. The higher the base price the higher the tip is supposed to be. Personally, I think. this tipping has gotten out of line. The tips alone are almost equal to what. I use to pay for my cut and root color up North. Gratuities have lost their meaning and purpose in my opinion. They are no longer what they were intended to represent and have become an entitlement. Just post the fee you expect to be paid up front, and if you receive additional money on top of the stated price, then take it as a symbol of added appreciation for a job exceptionally well done. Establishments have the nerve to post the amount of gratuity they expect, thus negating the meaning and. purpose of the tip to begin with and becomes part of the expected fee for service. I personally resent it. It negates the good feeling I receive when being told what to give for exceptional service whether the service was good, Medioker or no existent. If you expect $125.00 for a service, post that price. Do not post $100.00 with an expected additional $25.00.That said, I still would recommend. this salon based on my initial experience. I was happy to tip because my service was very good, but it still leaves an unpleasant feeling when it is expected. We teach people how to treat us, so it is the publics fault, and it is my fault since I represent a tiny portion of the over all volumn of customers who are teaching businesses that its fine to tell us how much over and above the posted price for services we will pay. So shame on the public and shame on me. If you agree with my theory, then think about teaching businesses something different than you are teaching them now and stop blindly paying 25% more than the posted and expected price.

Theyre so rude, I wont be going back. The manicurist burnt my hand, when I told her to stop, she told me to relax. I should have walked out. Discusting service, you get what you pay for. I will he gong elsewhere, and happy to pay the extra.

I normally don’t do this but the humiliation I faced today calls exactly for this review. I had a nail tech work on me and she was extremely unpleasant. She did my nails and I had to literally take the file and do my nails myself. They were bulky and just not good. So the next day I called to get them redone by a professional and they said sure come in. I went in only to be greeted rudely by the owner. He was working on a client when he asked me to come over and show him my nails. He told me they were beautiful and I didn’t need to do them again. I told him again I wasn’t satisfied with how my nails looked. They weren’t filed, they were bulky and didn’t look like a $50 job. He then asked me who did my nails before. I then told him it was someone who was working there before but he is at another shop. Without hesatiation he told me “go back to tony he works at tipsy to fix your nails”. I was in total shock by how rude he was. Needless to say.. this place is beyond unprofessional. Please save your money and time!

The male store owner is a rude, arrogant jerk!I went in at 3pm on a Friday, to avoid the weekend rush, they told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait for a pedicure, which is the standard time quote nail salons tell you, so they dont lose a customer. I knew Itd be closer to 20, based on the fact that the techs doing pedis looked like they JUST started on their clients. 30 minutes later, I asked the receptionist, if itd be longer? She looked at male owner and he said 20 minutes, I said, Look Ill go and come back. just next time, be honest, so I dont waste time, I could of gotten other things done. I left and came back in 20. I asked again, if they were ready? I heard the owner say, Just put her in the water. I told him, I dont want to be in the water for another 20 minutes, is there someone ready now? He yelled and said, Why you making this hard? I was shocked, and said, Im making this hard by asking a legitimate question? and Why are you raising your voice at me, Im not yelling at you. He looked at the girl whose nails he was doing and said, AM I YELLING?. I was appalled! I told him, It was unprofessinal to involve another customer in our conversation. He kept being rude and said, Are you getting your nails done or not?, I said No! not anymore. His wife came over to diffuse the situation and offered to do my nails. I told her no, Id rather not spend my money here now. She said, He said sorry. I said, really, I didnt hear that? And asked the man if he was sorry? He yelled, Sorry for what!. I said OK, thank you for confirming that I was making a good decision to leave. His wife asked me to stay again, and said, Hes like this, he even talks to me like that. I told her, you chose to marry him, but I refuse to PAY to be mistreated! ...and left.I complained to the Gardens Mall management and got an apology from them, but they said theres nothing they can do, besides tell him about my complaint. SMH

The Hispanic lady yelled at me for messing up a nail and then the manager continued to argue with me, she told me she wasn’t going to do a good job because of me messing up a nail. I am horrified. This was all in front of another customer. Disgusting

The receptionist was rude when asked about getting a gel manicure, very unfriendly and unprofessional. I under stand it is a small salon and that there will be a wait, but that is not reason to act as if you dont want to be bother with potential customers.

Do not go here!!! They are over priced and I just had my nails done spending 90.00 there and my pink&whites are all cracking and popping off. I have never had this happen to me and I have had a set of nails on for years now. Terrible service and the nail lady was really annoying. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

I arrived today to do a pedicure gel and manicure gel, the service cost $ 65 without a tip of course! Poor attitude, very slow service and unprofessional workers! A girl named Cabrina or Quarina was very cheeky and made me feel very uncomfortable because I stayed a bit after their work hours .. She spoke to me in Spanish and thought I did not understand her language but I understood every word she said to her friend.Do not recommend getting there .. You can pay the same amount and get courteous, more professional service and be around nicer people. Definitely one star and I would not give one more star because of the feeling they gave me there.BIG BIG NO !!!!!!!
