I recently had my truck in for some repairs Brian took his time to explain the problem and made suggestions for a successful repair. I have had my truck in for other problems J&B is consistent high quality, professional and honest. I highly recommend for not only engine repairs but they will tackle almost anything, I made the mistake in taking my truck to an A/c place not thinking they do that which they do.

Was told by dealership in Tyler that I needed brakes on the front approximately 2months ago. Took car to J & B last Monday, Brian called me about 45 minutes later....did not need front brakes. Maybe another 20k. These guys are HONEST.

I dont know who is answering your phone right now but she thinks customer service isnt part of her job and hangs up on people. Until I talk to someone who does the work my rating wont change.
