This is the only place Ill come to get my nails done. Its always clean and everyone is very professional. I always go to Tammy, she does amazing nail art and is super sweet! I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. They welcome walk ins as well and are usually very quick to get people seated.

I love coming to this place. My cousin Jasmine Flores recommended this place. I like the design of the place, the reminders they send out, and I appreciate the conversation with some of that nail artists. Every single worker here has his or her own ways of designing nails. My only concern the last time I did my nails it was one of the employees was not wearing a mask and whether people want to follow the mandate or not whenever nails are done there’s a lot of dust that comes from doing nails, so this could potentially enter the employees nostrils, it’s a good safety precautions because what we breathe does affect our brains also. Besides that minor, if you want to call That a complain, I appreciate The work done here and the different options of treatment they have priced depending on the level of luxury you receive here. I go to multiple salons, but this is one of the best ones, the variety of color selection is also Amazing, I usually get the same colors but other people like vibrant colors, it’s nice.

I had an appointment with Amy. I was seen about 30 minutes late. During my appointment, the other nail technicians would come up and ask Amy for help with the sets they were working on.This had made my process very very long. I also got a pedicure afterwards which a dream, amazing foot massage.The overall process was over 2 hours 😳 the only downside about this place.The total was $77 for the nails abs $45 for the gel pedicure, which was fair 💰

I had an appointment with John for a new set for my 16th birthday. He was so nice and made sure everything was to my liking. My nails turned out perfect :) will definitely be coming back !

This place is by far the best nail service in town! Had a wonderful experience! The staff made me feel very welcomed and are extremely nice!! Not only are they friendly but are amazing at making nail art! They take their time and making your nails look perfect and are aware of not hurting you. Not to mention, their artwork is on top of the trends!! Thank you John and Tina for giving my mom and I a great experience!

My friend and I went in and had manis and pedis - ironically because I googled best spots, Im from out of town - and the pedis were *ok* but turns out taking the calluses off is an add on (cash grab?) and they werent even thorough about it. Then when they did both our polishes - one didnt separate the toes and didnt dry the polish (regular polish) so you can guess how that went. I got gel which, upon inspection, somehow got some on the bottom of my toes? Wild. Then my friends Mani had nails that were all different lengths, and my fill was JANKY on the sides. The gel polish I got was applied poorly. All this was somehow something we kind of just accepted as then when I got to the counter it was, somehow, $182.00 and I was speechless. I didnt feel super comfortable speaking up (thats a me thing) but, honestly, for that price I should not be seeing these mistakes! To top it off when we called back to remedy the situation we were told that there was nothing they could do to fix it or offer compensation. Frankly could have done a better job myself at home. Not worth the money or time spent.

Aiden was fast at the acrylic nails and hospitality was amazing. I used to go to bella nails in oxnard but after my first visit I’m happy to say I’m definitely going back to USA nails. If you currently go to Bella nails, STOP.

The place is huge! Plenty of room and very clean. Cute Halloween decorations and very quick service. Would definitely recommend, especially if your in a rush. Its always good to call ahead to make appointment to check availability.

I was a walk in and checked in and was immediately and this is around 12 on a Saturday! I was seated with Sunny who was very polite, gentle and kept an eye on detail.

Nancy did my pedicure today. She was very thorough when trimming my cuticles and cleaning underneath my nails. The polish application was flawless. They didn’t have the color I picked in Gel polish, because I accidentally picked it from the dip polish colors, but she found a gel color that matched and was honestly prettier than original color I picked! Overall 10/10 Nancy was awesome and I’m really happy I found this nail salon. Will definitely be making Nancy my regular pedicurist.

They are very clean friendly and professional. I go there for waxing. Linda is the best. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Although I must say while waiting to get waxed I observe and all the nail work is beautiful, all the customers seem satisfied. I have found my new waxing spot. I think I might try their pedicures and manicure next time I go in. I recommend this place to anyone who loves mail art and a good waxing.

Big busy place. Prices are reasonable. Staff is competent and good natured. I was a little uncomfortable with how close everyone was. I also feel if a client brings a friend the friend needs to wait up front in the chairs. Its just too crowded.

John is the best.( I believe thats his name). I live in Irvine Ca, and I travel to oxnard just to get best full set french tip nails. Hes fast but very particular and precise. By far, the best nail technician Ive ever had. The salon is elegant and the atmosphere is easily gold standard. Five stars across the board. Make an appointment to skip the wait, but even if your a walk in, its worth every penny. I tip him 40% simply because my nails never chip or break and last for 3 weeks before I need a fill. This place is really nice. They are very welcoming and kind and they do a really great job. They are not pushy and you feel very taken care of and, like you are in good hands, because you are :) I have sensitive thin nails and they were very careful to make sure I was comfortable and they didn’t cause me any pain whatsoever. It was a really relaxing experience. Usually I don’t feel all that relaxed when I go to get my nails done. But this place is different. It’s really nice. All around just really nice. My friend Ashly recommended it and I’m so glad, cause I will never be going to any other nail salon ever, except USA nails in Oxnard! It’s the best. It’s what all nail salons should strive to be like. Oh, and the chairs are very clean and new with built in massaging capabilities and options for you to select. And the massage feels good, not like your getting bruised, like actual hands even tho it’s the chair. It’s lovely. And the place is clean and smells nice and they offer you a little bottle of water. First time going to USA nails and spa snd so glad I went there as a walk in. I love how they greeted you asked for the service you were interested in the checking in system I waited no more than 10min there as a walk in . Gary, the nail tech made it so easy fir me and understood what I wanted (I haven’t had my nails done in 5yrs) and so glad he did my nails I love them.

We had a wonderful experience here today my Brother, cousin and I we went in for pedicures due to a really long trip from Oregon to Oxnard, we really enjoyed our whole experience and the nails techs Daisy and Gary were AMAZING there was also another tech who did my brothers pedi unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name she’s young and had her own nails done They all did amazing and made us feel extremely welcomed . Not only amazing customer service but also amazing job with my cousins n mines acrylic nails legit to the T of the pictures we showed them, so amazing .Over alll we had an amazing experience it was consistently busy and now we know why;)we definitely plan on coming back on our next visit.10/10 recommend

Pedicures are good & relaxing..I enjoy having a mimosa there only thing is they need some work on waxing. I left there with wax still on my face & wasn’t too happy about that but over all still a pleasant experience.

I have been multiple times the first time I got a manicure was the worst experience ever the guy did a terrible job. Today I got a pedicure here and the lady sat me down then left to talk to a coworker and some other lady switched her out. The First Lady did not use a clean se of clippers because when the second lady came she opened a new package. It’s a beautiful salon but the past few experience really make me not want to come back.

First time going here i really liked that they were welcoming when I arrived. Diane did great on my pedicure she was very friendly, talkative, she kept a conversation going and made sure I enjoyed myself while I was getting my toes done. She even offered me an ice coffee. I would recommend her. When it came down to getting my manicure I disliked how they turned out. The print wasnt how I wanted it. I wasnt going to get it after all but she said she can do it so I decided to let her. My nails were all different and uneven. I can not recall her name but most of the time instead of having a conversation she kept having others come over and they just kept talking.

The nails technician was really nice. If I remember correctly he’s name is John. If I go again I would ask for him. As for the prices I think they are to high. :( I visit Monterey park in LA often and prices over there are not as high. I paid 55 for almond shape with one line across, super simple. I left really happy with my nails but I don’t think I should have paid $55. I did leave a tip and I’m not including that on here. I

I went there for the first time March 30 and was served by John. He did an amazing job so I was excited to go back. The business is lovely and clean. However when I came back today April 18 I checked in at 3 on this iPad they had. I waited for an hour without being served. Someone came up an looked at my nails. I said I just needed a fill and he said ok and I had to keep waiting. I sat there for another 30 mins without anyone helping me, when there was a few people walking around not helping guests. I felt neglected and unimportant.. so I don’t know if I will be back. The 3 stars are for John since he did an amazing job on my very first visit.

Girlfriend set an appointment today (Wednesday), drove half an hour for this place because of their reviews/instagram page showed really good work. Waited over an hour past her appointment to be helped. Do not understand how a business can have a customer wait over an hour after scheduling an appointment. Wasted not only her time, but mine as well. If you have any plans for the rest of your day, do not come here. If I brought this kind of unprofessionalism into my line of work, I would have 0 clients.

Gary was rude like he didnt want to deal with black people. Yanking my hand, burning my skin off with the electric filer and looking off to not acknowledge me. I tipped him anyways but will not return to be treated like that.

The reason why I gave it a 1 star is because I showed them a picture and they told me it’ll be 75$ for just flames and they didn’t even come out like flames I don’t even know what they are. Horrible customer service great work sometimes but definitely if they dont like you they will tell you that they only have THREE PEOPLE who specialize in xl acrylics when in reality they dont want to service you or tell you to go somewhere else or to make an appointment since they dont have employees that SUPPOSEDLY cant do long acrylics even tho you see more than one customer getting long nails . Would give no stars if possible & they will get petty if you give honest reviews

The pedicure was great, clean but it is always uncomfortable when the person doing my pedicure is taking to others in their language that other people do not understand. It feels rude regarles if they are talking about their own business.

First time at this place and honestly I think they take on more customers than they can handle. They wait time was 2 hours and that was with me making an appointment one day before. They person that helped me was friendly but when it came time for my nails I told him I wanted them a certain size cause of my work. He did them to big and they lopsided I tried to tell him and he said that I was wrong that they looked fine to him. Then he left me waiting for another 15 while he facebooked live. Finally I told him about a design I wanted and he said that he couldn’t do it cause they where super busy. I wouldn’t come back to this place.

I would not recommend going here...I got a full set & a pedicure did a walk in I expected to wait a long time since it was the last day before they closed all over again for Covid reason.Wait time was not bad & customer service was alright the women that did my pedicure did an alright job. She did hurt my proximal nail fold Serval times ....I am not a person to complain since it was an accident.My nail technician was really rude she was judging the length of my nails & even said that they were“really long” she was always checking her phone & even got up & went to the restroom to answer a phone call while working on my nails I thought that was really unprofessional.I also showed a picture what nails I wanted & ended up getting something totally different.Overall I did not ended up liking my nails.The shape didn’t even look like cuffin & I also got cut while they were filling my nails.The nail salon was over crowded & I didn’t see anybody sanitizing chairs after every customer not COVID safe.

Just recently moved here in November and have tried 3 nail places since then and when I say this is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been too, it is the absolute best! I was out on 2 occasions and asked 2 different girls where they had gotten their nails done they both said USA Nails so I knew I had to try them out! The facility was very clean, the work is more than quality and the prices are wonderful! The best full set of nails ever in my entire life!!! Nini was super gentle, and was extremely nice! She actually took the time to clean up cuticles, which alot of places do not before acrylic application, and my nails were not sore the next day! Im just blown away by the service an by my nails! And my gel pedicure is perfect and was done by Cookie! Definitely my new spot!
