Very cute place, very friendly! However, I was not very pleased with the new acrylic nail with gel replacement thing. They look like press ons that have been painted. :/ I had to come home and file on them myself. Little too expensive to not look top notch. I got gel on my toes and it looks good!

The salons sanitation standards are evident by the portable pedicure bowls sanitized for each client! Further making the experience clean, comfortable and personal! They have also simplified the polish color selection process by giving you a menu of colors painted on a nail!

It was a great place, great atmosphere and great service, I wish the hand and foot massages would have been a little longer. I guess I was used to the foot and leg massages to be longer. Overall, great experience and will return again. We drove an hour to Oxford to try out your place.

Upon my first visit, I was greeted as if I was a long-standing customer and it made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Courtney was so professional and kind. I liked how she let me lead with conversation, which allowed me to relax and not talk or engage in conversation. She also gave me one of my best mani and pedi I have ever received! The only thing that could have made it better than best if I were to have had a longer and deeper foot and hand massage during my services😍💅🏻

Chauncy, my nail technician was the sweetest. She was still training so I thought it was nice that yall gave me a discount for that. My nails look great and I always enjoy the gel manicure because of its longevity. I will be returning when my nails are ready for another manicure and to try out a pedicure for the first time at Lacca.

On Friday I went here to go get my nails done I was not really satiscifed when I left. I didnt like the shape or the length after I was asked and told the lady what I wanted. When I got home I noticed that there was a huge bubble in my thumb nail, and it wouldnt go away, untill the paint came off. Then the next day was driving, and one of my nails just popped off. later that night another nail came off. It is now been 3 days since i got my nails done here, and all of my nails have fallen off. When I called on the second day, to complain about the bubble and that one of my nails had fallen off, they said that I could come in on Monday to have them fixed, becuase the person who does the nails that I had was not in. I personally will never go back to this salon. I paid $65 to have all of my nails fall off within three days of having them done.
