My regular choice was unable to see me. I went to Pro Nails & they literally unapologetically ripped my natural nail off. I went into US Nails. Im so happy I did! Not only did I get my nails beautifully done at a great price... I found a new favorite salon. Highly recommend!

This is literally the ONLY place I let touch my nails. Ive tried other places but ended up being overcharged or had poor service. (If not both) US Nails always does a stellar job and is fast (unless you catch them in a rush) and friendly.

Me and my girlfriend went in for pedicures and came out looking like a child painted our toe nails. They scrubbed her feet so hard they made her bleed and they clipped my big toe so now I have an infection. Really don’t recommend going to this place. Definitely not worth the 70$ that was spent.

Little ms lady with the heels cut my toe nails way too short & even when I told her she did whatever she wanted. When I was told I didn’t get what I came for they told me oh well.

Long wait but okay service! Nice people. Wait was about 2 hours on a Saturday morning and spent total of about 3 hours in store. Some of the better work in oxford.

I had a fantastic experience here. It was my first time getting my nails done at this location and I thought they did an excellent job. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure, which both look fantastic. This location is very clean and you can tell their equipment is new and up to date. The workers are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Also, they had a wide variety of dip colors, and other types of polishes, to choose from. I highly recommend this place and plan on coming back!

Bangin gel manicure, not a great pedicure. polish is rough and my feet are not smooth. very disappointed with that as i was really looking forward to a pedicure :(. hands look fantastic though. probably wouldn’t return.

Very nice place went in on a Monday around 2 took 4 of us in at same time and all finished around same time . $45 for a full set . Very quick in and out in about a hour .

This is a great nail salon! While I have only been here once, everything was lovely. The shop is nice and clean- you can definitely tell everything is new. The man who did my nails (wish I wouldve gotten his name) did a great job, especially since my nails had been done so poorly the time before by another salon. I would definitely recommend US Nails!

Ive went here a few times and was very happy with all my experiences but the last. My hands are rough but this is why we go get our nails done in the first place... my last experience got one whom spoke very little English I understood enough to total was $45. I paid the $45. For my dipped nails to not even last a week before chipping falling off? I dont think so. Every time Ive been here other than this once my nails lasted 3 weeks sometimes 4. To say unhappy is a understatement. I bust my butt for my money not to waste it. Will not be goin back here again. Waste of money.

Love US Nails. Always spotless. They all take great pride in their service and with a smile!! My nails have never been healthier.

I visited this establishment to get my eyebrows waxed as usual. The lady did my eyebrows in a timely manner, but when she handed me the mirror to check, my eyebrows were clearly uneven and missing a large of amount of hair in the front of my brow. She then rushed me out of the store because I explained to her that my brows were not done properly. I will not return to this establishment. I continue to give them a chance when I should’ve stopped going.

Terrible job!!! Drilled my nails terribly thin! Awful job on my nails overall.Tried to discuss the matter with the nail technician during and also before leaving the establishment. Didn’t even want a refund. I just wanted my nails done right.Nothing resolved. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all, I made an appointment for 10:15 and arrived around 10:00ish and did not get seated till after 10:30. I received dip on my nails and a polish change on my toes. My dip looked pretty good and I was happy with it. The lady rushed with my toes & the polish was sloppy. I had to ask her to redo a toe and I still wasn’t statsfied with how they turned out. However, she was very nice. Not even a week after, my dip started to chip. Eventually, I took all my nails off because they looked awful half chipped and some already had broken off. Total waste of my money and very disappointed.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My toenails were clipped incredibly uneven and I got a baby pink color and they only put one coat on so it’s see through. I asked for a rounded shape, but my nails look more like wacky, uneven triangles w sharp points. The man who worked on my feet was aggressive while massaging and clipping my toenails... he cut my toe! I don’t know if it was just this man or the whole place, but I will not be coming back.

Ok place. Calves and feet were not massaged. Still had rough skin on my heels when I left. Polish was done well. I was talking with my friend and hadnt noticed these things until after we left. The workers were friendly.

Very clean! Everyone is very nice. Jimmy and Kaylee are my go to people, but don’t mind someone else if they are busy. Can usually get powder dip done on my lunch break.

I started going to this nail salon a year ago when they first came to oxford ms its a lady name Katie that does great nails and shes the only one there that does great nails. If your getting your feet done and your an African American they dont do the best job . Im highly disappointed because of the language barrier I didnt want the hot rocks and she thought I was talking about the hot towel she looked around and said something to her friends and they all started laughing I felt embarrassed and very disappointed in their service. I understand they dont all speak good English but their has to be an interpreter there if this is a problem.

I have been going to Kallee at US nails for over a year now. I LOVE her! She is fantastic, very talented, and caring about her customers. I would say she is the best nail technician around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Sally Simmerman

I come to this place once every week or two. It is my little getaway. They have relaxing music playing, the staff are always smiling, and they really take their time when providing services.My favorite service is the herbal spa pedicure. You can choose which herbs you would like, and they massage your feet and legs with hot stones. Even if you dont believe that herbs have benefits, there is nothing more relaxing than soaking your feet in a hot water bath with lavender. While the herbal spa is a little more on the expensive side, it is not expensive for the quality of the service. They literally massage your feet and legs for at least an hour! I have probably had all of the nail services that they offer, and I have never been disappointed from gel mani to a full set!This place is amazing! I would reccomend it to anyone!

Went in for a pedicure, but mostly I wanted a foot massage. I made it very clear to her that I wanted a massage, and I was willing to pay for it.She started out by rubbing my legs, very fast. Up and down, over and over. Not touching my feet at all. I said to her, please just rub my feet, not legs, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and my feet hurt really bad.So, she rubbed my feet, just up and down, and very quickly. It was not a massage. Not even close. Then she started rubbing my legs again. I gave up.It was a huge disappointment.My feet dont feel any better and Im out $45. I actually paid for the spa pedi. So not worth the money. I can rub my own feet better.If you only care about getting your toes painted, this is your place. If you actually want a relaxing pedicure, go somewhere else.

They are racist and very rude. I was the first person in line before opening while 5 other girls were behind me and I was the last to be serviced or asked what I needed. They completely ignored me.

I had a very horrible experience. I had 4 different people doing nails. Nail tech was very rude. When I went to check out they changed my price 3 different times and didnt confirm a price just swiped it for $68. I will never be back.

Got pedi-mani (gel nails). They are pleasant but not clean enough for me. I was afraid of getting a fungal infection after I saw how they cleaned the foot bath bowl. Literally 3 sprays of Spick-N-Span and put nasty brush back into some container at foot station. Thats not the standard for good cleaning habits. I think theyre catering to college students who may noy know this isnt clean enough for pedicure best practices. Look up any article that tells you how to pick a salon. I will not be returning. A colleague of mine felt the same way. In addition to, my gel polish peeled off in a week.

My nails have never looked worse. I got a set of acrylics and the nail tech completely filed them down. The nails on my right hand are longer than the ones on my left, and they are all different shapes. Some are pointy, and some of them are completely round. I am not over exaggerating when I say it looks like a toddler got ahold of them. Probably because she was working on another person’s nails at the same time, and she was going back and forth between the two of us. My friend and I were in and out of there within 20 min. because of how rushed it was. The lady also made my cuticles bleed!! I could have painted them at home and saved $50, and bonus, it would have been painless! If you don’t want to look like a clown, I suggest getting them done elsewhere! :)
