Cute boutique salon! Unique experience with the clothing/jewelry boutique. Staff is friendly and professional. Diana (Tier 3 stylist) is amazing! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted on my first visit, and as a newcomer to Oxford, she made me feel welcome and told me some of her fave things about the town. Ill definitely be going back!

Great salon! I saw a Tier 3 stylist as I had some serious color correction. My stylist was able to remove box dye black and fire engine red in the first session. They also pamper you by offering you drinks and hot hand massages while your color processes. I have been back since my initial appointment and will be back again!

She was ready when I arrived (no sitting around past the apt start time), she was friendly, professional, and I felt as though she intuitively knew what I wanted out of the hair cut even though I was a first time customer. Lea was my stylist for a consultation and mens haircut and she did a wonderful job! I wasnt quite sure what exactly I wanted in a haircut but her suggestions really helped me find the right style. Usually conversation isnt too engaging at other hair salons but Lea was quite friendly and conversational and it made the whole process really relaxing and enjoyable. I was really impressed with how the haircut turned out and Im definitely coming back soon.

The environment and talent of the stylist is by far the best in Oxford. Your prices however are absurd! For a small town, you are taking advantage of the community. I understand that the supply of good, local talented stylists in our community is not that of a big city, but charging $45 for a dry haircut is not right.I have lived in major cities across the country (Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, NYC, etc) and have used talented stylist in each...some of which are booked for months in advance. They are able to charge a premium like yours because of their name and experience. Your stylists are talented, but they do not compare to that of a larger city and its embarrassing to pay this much in a place that has so many humanitarian needs within our county.My dry haircut that took 15 minutes of waiting and 10 minutes to cut just wasnt worth the money. For $10-$20 less, I will go to another salon and be donating more to Lovepacks or any of the other charities that feed the kids in our community who barely have enough food to eat. The same kids that walk past your salon daily. Shameful.

La Rousse takes care of my regular highlights as well as most recently taking care of me and my bridal party for my wedding. They are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about any questions I may have. I highly recommend them!

The staff was very friendly. This was our first visit to this salon, as we moved to Oxford recently. When we left my 9 year old daughter said she loved Courtney and wants her to start cutting her hair permanently and cant wait to go back! My daughters cut looked great! I am giving three stars because the non existing parking for a salon that has nine + chairs they only have enough spots for maybe five cars. You will have to park away from the building and walk. Then also if it is on a Friday better have your walking shoes.

La Rousse Salon and Spa is the real deal. The staff is of the most professional and talented variety: well-knowledgeable and personable, along with darn-good lookin. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave, I feel confident and comfortable with all parties involved ih the washing, coloring, styling, etc. of my hair. They use only high-end super salon products for hair and nails, and I appreciate it.

Absolute trash. I wanted a very simple haircut, and the stylist messed it up by trimming the coiffed part of a mans haircut TWICE AS MUCH AS I ASKED, THEN INSISTING THAT THE SIDES HAD TO STAY LONG, AND ABDICATING AFTER SHE DECIDED SHE DIDNT WANT TO WORK ON IT ANY MORE. They said it was 25 for a haircut, and then charged 35 with no explination. I went there in particular because I had heard that my friend liked them. I cant believe I wasted my time here. I just wanted the sides trimed drastically short, and literally one inch taken off the top. Now I have a big mess of a unilateral bowl cut and it cost ten dollars more than what was quoted for this abortion of a haircut. This place is woeful. Also, the stylist had the gall to mention the fact that I have backne to me while I was in the chair. Yes lady, I know I have it, I have had it for the last decade. Likewise, you asking about and then mocking my educational goals is super chill too. See how many repeat customers you get at this rate if you keep insisting you know better than what the customer asks for and making fun of yout clientel to their face.
