I like this place. James was great. Read everything below. Theyre FAST! An oil change with synthetic blend was $60.99 which is higher if you do it yourself but they checked all my fluids, a/c, tire pressure, lights, Air filter (he was nice and showed me it needed to be changed and I didnt know it. I think that was $20) they checked transmission fluid, and radiator even fuel injectors. All preventative maintence.Transmission fluid change is 24.99 but he said my pressureHe was nice to recommend a tire rotation. At the other stores for 29.99 they cant do it here.He (James) offered email and mail coupons, he really made me feel sure that he really cared about making sure Im safe to drive a long trip today. The manager who checked me in was so nice and answered my questions. They had like 5 people working so it went smoothly and didnt take more than 15 or 20 mins. If you dont change your oil at home I recommend this place. They dont do the code checks. And the a/c service is not included but thats ok. I got to sit in the clean, cool waiting room as they worked on my vehicle. He still recommended a 3k mile oil change just to be safe since I drive so much. Overall I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Clean bathrooms friendly staff. They are still wearing masks but its not required for customers.

I always go to valvoline in Evansville because I work there. I live in Owensboro though and decided to stop by there. Workers were very rude. When I pulled up they gave no direction which way to turn or straighten up then started yelling as if it was wrong? I drove slowly up....shouldnt they of gave direction then? Felt intentional because they didnt want to work. Literally took 5 mins to change it and didnt even do anything else except ceot check my battery. I will stick to the awesome service I get in Evansville.

Im not that educated when it comes to engines. Im a handy man, but dont do the mechanical stuff. I check the oil, but these new vehicles seem to tell you when anything is not right. Dont trust that!!. I checked my oil level just once (my bad) during the pandemic, it was fine. Today, I ventured out to a restaurant for lunch with friends, first time since COVID. Usually I just drive to Whitesville, a 20 mile trip each way. But today, it was a 2 mile drive to have lunch. Just as I parked, some alarm went off in my truck, and the dashboard said, LOW OIL PRESSURE, TURN OFF ENGINE NOW. Once I got my senses about me, I looked up thru my windshield and there, 20 feet away, was this business. After lunch I got there, they checked out my fluids and I had NO oil in my truck. The dip stick was dry. The staff, two of them, were extremely nice and came and literally saved me. Given my oil situation, I would have expected a snicker or something, but they never deviated from the goal at hand, to fix my problems. God Bless them for doing their job and never making me feel like I screwed up, which I did. Me, and all those sensors in my vehicle that are not that reliable, trust me. As for trust, I trust this team from now on, Im a customer of theirs now.

Service was adequate...unfortunately James (as was told his name was) was very rude & unprofessional . Being in management for many years myself, I was shocked at the aggressive verbal hostility he displayed to me as a returning paying customer. I accepted his finger pointing, direct commands..but not for sure I will visit that particular service center again...

Im usually the guy to change my own oil. I like the service and all but them saying something about me driving a jeep patriot and joking at my jeep didnt settle with me right. Ill go back to changing my own again. I wish for nobody to get in trouble for this

Always fast and easy. Dont even have to get out of the car. They will let you know other things that are wrong but wont press the issue that you need to purchase them.

$40 for an oil change even with my own valvoline oil. Couldnt check my transmission fluid bc they dont have the tools. Cost me $90 last time. Just go to Mattinglys new oil filter, filled all of my fluids, lubricated my chassis and checked my air and cabin filter for $29 with my own oil

I went to this establishment one afternoon to have my oil changed in vehicle # 1. All went well and I had no issues. The next day I arrive in vehicle #2. Upon having my oil changed in my Volkswagen they hand me a bill for $90. They said that there was just one type of European synthetic oil that they could put in it and they were sorry. I regretfully paid it without causing a fuss. Then I was informed that if I brought in another vehicle within a short period of time I could receive a discount. I informed them that I had been there yesterday and that I would like my discount. The lady told me since she wasnt there there wasnt anything she could do to help me. I needed to call a phone number to get my coupon added to my account or something of that nature...you know because they obviously had no real record of me being there yesterday and that it was my fault I wasnt told of this discount possibility the prior day. Then for the grand finally they put a sticker on my windshield to come back in 3000 miles which is the period for a standard oil change not synthetic...you know so I could give them 90 more dollars. NO THANKS! Cya again NEVER.

I came here this place is very clean professional usually I would do everything on my own but I didn’t have time so I stopped by and the guy who helped me out was very very professional and on-time if you ever need someone that’ll get the job done fast and be a little bit of a conversater I would highly recommend this place and the worker Bradley

They did a good job

Awesome place, have never taken my vehicles anywhere else since 2014. Today the guys there notified me of wire showing on my inside driver side tire which led to me finding an alignment issue with my truck. I’d of never noticed it had it not been for them, the rest of the tire looked perfect. But this could of caused a blowout which could of possibly harmed me and my family if they were in the vehicle. They went above and beyond an oil change today, and I thank them for that!

Went there to get air in my tire, just one tire because it was low. I sat there for 15 min waiting on someone to put air in my tire. With several employees just standing around doing nothing, not one of them came to fill my tire. Now as a former employee of this place if someone needed just 1 tire aired up, instead of making them wait 30+ minutes we went ahead and filled it up and sent them on their way and they were happy there was no wait time. This place needs to step their game up big time. It ran smooth and efficiently when I was there.

Good people go over alot on your vehicle

Very professional! Trace did a great job communicating with me on what was being needed/done and with the guy he was training.

Explained every thing they were looking for and explained if they felt i needed something done. Very polite and knew what they were talking about without making me feel silly.

These guys are the best...and they are so friendly...especially TRACE,he has a good personality...

The first picture is not a picture of this business. Pretty misleading. They only have two bays, not three as in the photo, and dont have a tall door. Dont try to take a tall truck there. Theyll tell you it wont fit and send you somewhere else.

Awesome service but they couldnt do tire rotation because lack of equipment. Why advertise tire rotation if you dont have the equipment to do the job?

Quick oil change, but I sometimes think they do not top off all fluids and do all checks they advertise. I have to ask most visits.

Charge 80 dollar to change oil and change a bulb and they messed up my headlight when it was working good

They couldnt replace a license plate light bulb cause the screws were rusted yet they did replace it before by going through the trunk area. Bad experience and a terrible excuse

Got my oil changed and 2 filters replaced the messed up putting my oil filter in and Ive leaked out all my new oil. car is in some parking lot waiting for them to open and give me an excuse on why they cant fix it. Worst $125 Ive ever spent. DO NOT GO HERE.

Its Valvoline. The staff turnover seems high, there always seems to be new people there when I get an oil change. Sometimes theyll try to push every service they sell on you, sometimes they take no for an answer.

There was nothing quick about this place as the oil change took an hour and cost $50. I will NEVER go back to have my car serviced here. Not to mention them trying to sell me everything under the sun to put in and on my car while I was there.
