Fast Lane was recommended to us from another mechanic, so that alone gave me a level of trust to use them. Weve been a client quite a few times. We always feel like we understand the problem, are given a good explanation of how to fix it, and a reasonable estimate for cost and time it will take. Although our vehicle parts are usually special order, they always communicate to let us know what is going on if we are waiting for a part(s). I also like that the parts that are ordered include a 1-2 year warranty. Weve had an issue at least once where they even came and got the car, and took it back to the shop. They are really good at what they do.

Tony and Nathan were complete professionals from the first call. Have a 2007 F150 (186,000 miles) that I got a deal on and wanted them to go through it. They were very prompt and communicated through the whole process. Everything they found was thoroughly explained and options were explained with associated costs. Tune up cost was 1/2 of another trusted mechanic I had used in another town. All work was completed in a day. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be back for all needs in the future.

Got our vehicle to them a little after lunch after it limped in. Battery would not hold its charge. They got right on it, diagnosed the problem, bad sensor, replaced the battery. We picked it up the next morning as the part had to be ordered. Very professional people there and the shop is immaculate, pricing was within range. They kept us updated as they progressed. We couldnt be happier with Fast Lane. We are hoping for no more problems but if there is we are headed to Fast Lane for them to take care of the problem.

On my 2007 Jeep Wrangler was having electrical problems, stalling while running or idling, battery low, etc. The engine made noises like chunks of metal were flying around while driving. The guys at Fast Lane put in new Alternator, and the Jeep runs like new, sounds like new, and they did it at a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

We had notice a fairly large leak of transmission fluid from our 2012 Nissan Rogue. I called every shop in Owensboro and was met with a we dont mess with CVT transmissions. When I called Fast Lane Auto repair they were extremely friendly and offered to go ahead and put us on their schedule for a diagnosis. We only waited close to a week or a little over to have our vehicle looked at. After dropping off our vehicle at the shop they were very informative about their timing and process of diagnosis. They called me that afternoon and informed of a problem with a output seal on our transmission connected to the CV joint. When we decided to continue our service for them to fix our vehicle. They were extremely fast at ordering our part. We received our vehicle repaired the next morning. There hasnt been a leak since the repair. This morning my girlfriend went out and looked under her car and was shocked and said to me, wow it feels so weird to not have to check for a leak under my car...we were both really impressed with Fast Lane Auto’s willingness to give a diagnosis and repair our vehicle....thank you for such a fast and reliable service!!! We will most definitely be giving you our business in the future!!! Thank you to Tony, and your great staffing!!!

I called to see if I could get in for next available appointment for a new starter and was told it may take a few days to get to and finish... but my car was worked on ASAP and completed that same day! Jimmy was really nice to deal with and the guys worked promptly and efficiently to get it taken care of! Jimmy even offered me a ride to the shop to pick up my car if needed! My husband took his car in for brakes and rotors and their prices are very reasonable and he had a great experience with them as well. Our 2011 Ford Edge started making a noise in the engine which kept getting louder. I took it to Fast Lane to see if they could tell me what it was. They said it was the timing chain and it would be an expensive repair because the had to pull the engine. I told them to do it. They kept me informed through the whole repair. They also advised me to change the oil pump in the pan. They showed me the gunk at the bottom of the engine from the cheap oil the previous owner had used. which they said might have have caused the wear on the chain. We got the Edge back and it has been running well ever since. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Had to have my transmission replaced and a few other things. They did it quickly and as far as I can tell accurately. I feel like the price was good and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We had a good line of communication and they seemed eager to help.

I was in a pinch needing my truck and they got me in in a timely manner when most others said it would be at least a week or 2 to even look at it to see what’s wrong. They had me taken care within 2 days. Thanks for taken care of me as quick as you could.

Changed out my starter after I couldn’t get to a bolt. They don’t charge for storage fees till like 2weeks. Very easy to talk to!

Tony and the guys at Fast Lane are great. I’ve had a little bad luck with my two older model vehicles but the good fortune to have Fast Lane take care of them. I trust Tony and all of his crew implicitly. That’s important with a mechanic. They will shoot you straight and the pricing is very fair. The quality is excellent as well. I’ve had some major work done on the front end of one vehicle; a transmission replaced on another. I haven’t had a single issue with either of those repairs. I also had a tricky diagnostic repair and they quickly found the problem and solution that others could have easily missed. In all cases they have been completely upfront on pricing, calling before proceeding, and never any surprises when you get the bill. In fact a couple of times it was less than estimated. But the amazing part is how fast they are. I dropped one of my vehicles off shortly before closing. By 10 AM the next day they called and gave me the news I needed a new transmission. I ok’ed and they had a Jasper delivered and installed by the very next day. These are the guys you want. Trust me!

Our chrysler town and country had cylinder head problems so we were referred to Tony at Fast Lane. Treated us and our problem very professionally. Our issue was unfortunate but they diagnosed it very quickly and although it was a costly repair for us, we felt like they did all they could to keep parts and labor as low as they could.
