SO IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE MY VISIT HERE AND I STILL HAVE AN EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL (MY HAIR) SCAR. I sat down in the chair with middle of my back WHITE hair. This process to get to white took three years and thousands of dollars Im not even playing. My hair was healthy, strong, with no breakage, I kept amazingly good care of my hair. I ask for a brown ombre, brown at my roots and the original white at the bottom so when I go back to WHITE the bottom wouldnt be as fried. This woman colors my entire head brown. Im still pissed about it. If I could go back in time I wouldnt have paid for my visit until she corrected the absolutely horrendous coloring job. The most funniest thing about this is my hair color is a deep rich brown and she colored it with a ash brown color. 10/10 would love refund, but probably wont get one. 10/10 will never come back.

I was reluctant to go anywhere to get my style shaped up some and I do regret it. She tried but failed and I have no choice but to deal with it. Please do not cut a womans hair ever if you arent sure how to do the asked for cut.

I went in and every person in salon kept starring at me, Im certain my skin color was a few shades too dark for them and my DC hoodie was too trashy. I would say jokes on them as I am 3rd generation American and their wallets combined will never be as thick as mine, but jokes on me as I was stupid enough to let them cut my hair. The female couldnt even do a simple stacked slanted bob. My hair looks terrible now- I assume she wanted it to match their personalities.
