I am not a car expert by any means, so to find a place that will listen and spend time to explain things to you in laymans terms is amazing. Ashley, Mike, and Brandon were patient, thorough, and easy to work with. They gave my car a thorough review and then went through every line item in detail and even put them on a priority list to help me decide what was most important and what could wait.Their confidence and easy demeanor makes you feel comfortable that your car is in good hands and they are putting the customer first. I know they are busy, so its even more impressive that they have such good turnaround times.I will come back to them for future work. Its not everyday that you find a mechanic you trust to take care of your car properly and also keep your pocket book in mind by not pushing unnecessary repairs on you.I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing trustworthy mechanic work done!

The two most important things to me when looking for a mechanic is skill and trustworthiness. Owasso Auto Care had both. I recently switched from a mechanic I had used for years and couldnt be more pleased. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ive had both my car and my daughters car in for service. I would recommend them to both friends and family.

Owasso Auto Care is definitely the best mechanic shop in town! I had a very great experience with this shop. I had my clutch replaced in my 2012 Buick Regal and they were very understanding. My parts didn’t come in for a week but that didn’t change their attitude! Once we had all the right parts it was out in 2 days!! I will definitely return here for all mechanic needs.

Had brake work done. Happy with price. Much lower than my last one elsewhere. The waiting room was nice and clean. Will go back next for my oil change.

Good guys to work with. Took my car in for AC not working, they told me what was going on and how much to fix it up. They came up with another option to help me out for the time being (just temporary) and I was out the door. I ask questions like anyone else getting their vehicle worked on should and they were honest. Prices will vary from shop to shop but they are worth the time to stop in and see how they can help.

I thought I would support a local business during the covad 19. Took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in. The emergency brake would not engange. They had it all day, called me and said it was ready. My wife picked it up and drove it home. Pulled into the driveway and the brake did not work. This was late on a Friday and the shop did not open back up until Monday. I took it bak in Monday. After about an hour he said it was ready and for me to come check it out. The mechanic was still in it and found it still was not working. From there they now think the cable needs to be replaced and another part, but they did not know the name of the part, just that maybe it was not tightening right. Asked me to hold on and they would price it out for me...what!!! The owner came back and said that it will be another 300.00 plus dollars on top of the 185.00 I had already paid. I askes for my money back. Tim the owner said no, that they did work that needed to be done. Words were exchanged. I feel like I was defrauded out of money. I am now on hold with my bank to dispute this charge. STAY FAR AWAY from this place.

Owner does nothing without your approval. Shop is exceedingly clean and organized. Work done right and on time. Auto knowledge of folks there is far superior to most other shops. Intregrity and honesty is the biggest part of theirrepair plan. I recommend you go there too.

I am from out of state and my water pump went out. They were able to diagnose and completely repair in the same day. Very good service. Very friendly staff.

I have gone to them for a few things. I was happy with their work until something hot messed up with my ABS system and they cant figure out what they did wrong to fix it

I have used Owasso Auto Care several times over the last 11 years and I have always been happy with their work, customer service, and prices.

I had a very bad experience here. My vehicle started and drove when I drove it there but when I went to pick it up it would not start. I originally went there to have clutch and throw out bearing fixed. They called and said my transmission also needed to be replaced well I couldnt afford it so I went to get my vehicle, he handed me the keys and I went to my vehicle and it wouldnt start I went back in and told the owner he said Ill have the guys go out and check it out to see why its not starting. They said its not the battery looks like its your starter. They tried to push start it and said thats what they done to test drove it and Im like ok well no one mentioned that to me. It was running and starting when I drove it there. Needless to say I have to have it pulled home. I later was upset and called to ask why no one mentioned to me it wouldnt start and the owner got hateful with me and said we didnt do anything to your truck. So I will never go there again. The owner is rude and not helpful. The lady who works there is very polite as well as the gentleman men who tried to push start although if the owner already knew the starter was out why would he have his guys out there checking the battery? and why did he hand me the keys? why was he surprised it wouldnt start? I thought maybe it was miscommunication until I called to get a few answers then I realized he could care less. Would rather be giving a good report than a bad one but it is what it is.
