Excellent service with an excellent staff. The guys will be upfront and honest with you. The only negative is that they are usually always busy, so expect to have to wait on the service. Just know that its worth the wait. They have recently renovated the waiting room. Its comfortable and has a snack and drink vending machine. There is also coffee available. Two TVs will keep you entertained while you wait.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. 3 other tire retailers told me the location of the screw mandated a tire replacement. Robertson Tire had three people examine the tire before confirming a FREE patch was all that was needed. In/out in under one hour with ZERO out of pocket. Outstanding customer service! Shout out to Alex and the team in Owasso.I was out working in Owasso and ran over a nail, so stopped by Robertson Tire for help. They initially said they were fully booked for a couple hours, but then quickly realized that I was in a rush and just in need of a quick plug and air up, so I could get back on the road for work. They immediately addressed the issue and had me pull outside one of the bays where this gentleman, Alex, met me outside with tools in hand, ready to go.Alex was professional, quick, and communicative. Best of all though, he had the greatest attitude that I have possibly ever encountered in business. This guy radiated passion for his work and care for me as his customer, and on top of that, he had a great sense of humor and was extremely uplifting. Keep in mind, it was about 15 degrees outside, and all their garage bays were full, so he had to come out to me in the parking lot, hulling his tools.I am in sales and customer service, and how Alex represents his company is top class. I showed up in a bad mood, but by the time I left he had me rolling laughing and feeling great about life.

Wow! Amazed at how nice Jason and Shawn are. Its Christmas time, and Covid this year too! Not many places are open and they went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt stranded at home anymore! Would take valuables out of car before dropping off. Staff was very nice and helpful, they stay extremely busy so my car was at their facility for 3 days on a radiator replacement when estimated 1 to 2 days. I took my firearm out of car prior to dropping off but left 3 magazines in a locked compartment. When I picked up the vehicle there were only 2 magazines. I contacted cooperate office and they did necessary steps to do investigation and did not find anything suspicious on video. I appreciate their efforts however it’s frustrating to pay $ 1300 for repairs and maintenance and loose 70$ value worth of ammunition and magazine. Use your common since other than that no complaints.

Friendly atmosphere and great timely service

My wife came in to get her oil change on her Mercedes while on a lunch break. The team was very friendly and so fast. She was back on the road quickly and the price was unbeatable. I do my own maintenance and I couldnt change he oil for this price. I am very impressed. All the right materials where used to ensure her Mercedes runs just like it should. Would highly recommend.

I visited Robertson Tire today because I suspected I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Sure enough I did, and Robertson Tire fixed it up super quick and did not charge me. Best customer service Ive ever received and Ill definitely visit again when its time to purchase new tires.

On Saturday morning, March 7th, I walked out of my house and noticed I had a low front tire. Of course, on a morning when I’m ready to race to OKC for my son’s baseball tournament! Walked into Robertson’s and, as usual, they had a full house. I must have looked like I was about to cry when they told me it would be a few hours because they immediately had me pull my car up to a bay and fixed my tire in maybe 20 minutes max, at no charge! I declined the service at first because there were others there before me but they insisted. My husband and I have used Robertson Tire, not only for their great service but also their customer care. They always go above and beyond. They don’t have to but they do, without any expectations. They just want your service and to keep coming back. So if you haven’t been to Robertson Tire Owasso, please pay them a visit next time you’re in need and give them the opportunity to prove that they are truly the best in town. Because they simply are.

They have a Price Match Guarantee that clearly states that they will match any price (even online prices) on similar tires. I showed them a better price at Discount Tire but they would not match it. Guess where I got my tires?

Jason and the guys in the Owasso location are pretty awesome. They did a great job this morning and Im very happy with my tires. The wife and I drove 1.5hrs to this location because they had my tires I needed and they accepted a synchrony car care card, which I needed to use to afford all 4 tires now. They got a nice facility. Awesome customer service! I had a flat tire and was able to change to my spare and drive over to them arriving literally a minute before closing. I was afraid they were going to turn me away, but a gentleman named Alex very kindly said he would patch the tire for me. He was very upbeat and talked with me while he worked. He not only patched my tire, but also filled up my spare tire, which was low on air, and put everything back together in my trunk for me (tire iron, jack, spare and other various objects) I had just thrown everything in the back of my car in my rush to get there before closing. After everything he stayed almost half an hour passed the time he was supposed to go home all to patch my tire for me and did it with a smile and such a kind attitude. Thank you to Robertson Tire and especially to Alex. I really appreciate it!

Spent well over $1500 here in three attempts to get rear wheel bearings fixed. First two times I picked up the car from them, the rear wheels still wobbled so bad I feared for my life. I bring the car back to try to get it fixed under warranty, they denied everything. After fighting and arguing, they agreed to fix the wheel bearing under warranty, but found that the entire rear brake system had been destroyed due to the wheel bearings being so wobbly. I ended up having to eat the charge for brand new rear brakes while they ate the charge for the wheel bearings. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. These people literally picked up what they thought was marijuana off of my floor board and roll it up and smoke it.. If you want dust smoking idiots touching your vehicle, this is the place for you. If not, go to Hibdon like a normal person. you reply and say this is false but a literal employee of yours is who informed me of you guys smoking my carpet dust.. very shady and weird.. just do it right the first time without cutting corners and you wont get bad reviews that wont get taken down despite any attempt of yours.

First time at Robertson Tire and I was highly satisfied. They were very friendly, efficient, cost-effective and knowledgable!

Super friendly staff, very reasonable prices, and they even gave me a ride home while they were working on it and picked me up a few hours later when they were done! This is the only place in Owasso where I will take my vehicles when I dont do the work myself. Ive tried the other places in town like hibdon and Christian brothers and I was disappointed, to say the least.

I called at 4pm to see if they had time to fix a slow leak in my tire. They said we are open to 530 and to come. I arrived at 415pm and they told me they could not fix it. I love this place. They have unlocked the doors early to help me when I was in a bind with a flat tire. My teenager took his truck in for tires and they told him he did not need a more expensive tire he was thinking he needed. They are fast, efficient, and just overall do a good job helping to maintain my familys vehicles.

Dropped my car for a oil change. It took longer than the estimated time. While it was near the closing time I called them to check if my car was ready (worried my car would get stuck there). They called me back near their closing time that my car is ready. By the time I get there its past 5:30pm, the time they close that day. I was surprised to see the shop still open. Paid with Samsung Pay and shocked them. Friendly staff. They were busy that they and completely understandable.

I went in yesterday to get a 4 lawnmower front tire fixed and was told the tube was bad. They sent me to Atwoods to get a tube. I had been fighting with the small tire for awhile anyway. I left it and came back to get it fulling expecting to pay $20 for it since it was a difficult tire to change since it was so small. They wouldnt even charge me for it. I had been there before even though I dont live in Owasso. I tried paying for it and they said dont worry about it. They would catch me next time. Its nice to see a business do sometime nice for someone occasionally. I did tip the tech that fixed the tire. Thanks guys for a great job. 😄

This was the only place in my area which could actually get the Michelin tires I wanted the next business day! Big box store W-M initially claimed it could do this but then later told me it could be up to a week! My tire was damaged so I could not wait that long. Very helpful. I thought I needed a new rim for my tire and they could have just replaced it like I asked, but they told me it was actually the tire that was separating and needed to be replaced. They found me a tire and sent me on my way. They saved me a lot if time and money.

I have been a loyal Robertson customer for almost 21 years now. I cant even count the number of cars we have gone through with Robertson. Have there been glitches? Absolutely. But the mark of a great business is how they respond to the glitches and making sure it doesnt happen again. They have told me when something is not worth fixing, when to take my vehicle to another shop due to specialization or timing, and they always go out of their way to meet my needs.

We have always bought tires here because of their amazing service, but today was above and beyond all expectations!My father had just been taken to emergency via ambulance and I as I got in my car to follow, I realized my tire low and losing air quick. I rushed to Robertson Tire, explained my situation and they immediately had someone plug my tire - I couldn’t have been there 10 minutes!! The lady that helped me refused payment or tip and just sent prayers for my father.The level of empathy and compassion shown by them is lost with most in our rushed world. I can’t thank you enough!! Ive bought several tires here for my truck and car. But last week ruined it never again bought two new tires for rear of my car and paid cash instead of using my hibdon credit card. They charged me 32 dollars to balance two tires. Thats outrageous. Hibdon you just lost my business.

I hear a lot of great things about Robertson Tire on the radio and some people and I happened to need an oil change so I decided to go to Robertson Tire in Owasso. I got there and there were a few customers in already. As I approached the counter, I was not greeted. There was not a Hello. No Good morning from the guy. So with a smile I said Good morning!, and let him know that I need an oil change and tire rotation. He asked all the questions that are typically asked to new customers to have their information in their database. I handed him my keys and waited. I saw other customers come in and were greeted with smiles, good mornings, friendly chats and exchanges of pleasantries. Then a Hispanic man comes in and he spoke in a heavy Spanish accent. He was treated the same as I was. I thought that was weird. Later, I talked to the same guy at the counter about tires because I was planning to get a new set of tires soon for another I own. His attitude was not mean, but just very unfriendly just as before, almost like he didnt want to interact with me, and its not even like he was busy. He was just flipping through a magazine. It was a short talk because I wasnt going to make him talk to me about tires if he really doesnt want to talk to me and he didnt even offer to talk about any other kinds of tires with me but one. At other tire shops that Ive purchased tires from in the past, they would ask you what kind of tires you want and then offer a variety of options to choose from. Yeah, I could tell that the guy just didnt want to interact with me, and I dont believe its because hes not knowledgeable. He was an older gentleman, maybe in his mid to late 40s.I did get my oil changed and tires rotated, but I left feeling unwelcomed.Im not saying it was some in-your-face kind of racism, but there was an obvious telling that youll be treated less than if you look different and talk different. I speak perfect English, but Im not white. I hate that I am writing this kind of review, but that was my experience at the Robertson Tire in Owasso. The experience was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcomed there. It was like they dont want to serve you, but they want your money so they put up with you if you look different and talk different. I know that this guy does not represent Robertson Tire as a whole. Im sure other Robertson Tire locations are as great as I hear they are, but I will not be getting new tires from any Robertson Tire locations. I do not plan on visiting any Robertson Tire locations in the future.
