Was looking for a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Was going to wait to purchase but another one popped up in inventory. Liked it but salesman couldn’t find Carfax or maintenance records?!Decided to buy but my salesman (very inexperienced) couldn’t negotiate with me and sales manager would not. Said someone else was looking at car! They didn’t even know it was in their inventory earlier! Anyhow, decided to purchase but paperwork took Forever!Then I had to unfreeze my credit on 2 credit companies so they could verify me. Finally got to take Jeep home and the salesman only gave me a 1/2 tank of gas instead of a full one like everywhere I else I have purchased in the last 10 -15 years. Then I had to schedule a backup camera install but no loaners for 6 weeks! I said I would wait and suddenly they had one, although it was a Chevy Spark and the base model at that! We will see how long the work takes before I get my Jeep back but not the type of customer service I am used to. I would expect better for a dealership who is always touting their customer service in their ads!

I don’t normally post reviews but since we had such a great experience I figured I would. My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle from Jim Glover and our salesman, Montgomery, was extremely humble and listened to everything we had to say so that the process was as quick and painless as possible! He went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for (I’m in love with my new Platinum Explorer, by the way!) and never once did we feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. The prices were extremely fair and they also gave us a great deal on our trade-in! The only thing negative I can say is that we asked for the car to be fully detailed and the back to be vacuumed very well as there was still dog hair from the previous owner, and all the detailer did was vacuum… didn’t run it through the car wash or wipe down the inside. But that’s my bad for not noticing until after we had already left. Other than that small thing, I definitely recommend giving Montgomery a visit or call if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. They also still have a huge selection to choose from unlike a few other dealerships we’ve visited recently. Check them out!

I purchased a used truck on 3 July. They made a big deal about the five day trade in guarantee. However, they didnt have the truck ready to pick up until the following Thursday, so the guarantee was useless.Additionally, we were told the battery, which was badly corroded, would be replaced. When we went to pick the truck up, we were told it had been cleaned. This visible terminal had been cleaned, and the one you couldnt see was still badly corroded. We were told that the salesman who told us the battery would be replaced didnt know what he was talking about. After we complained to the original salesman, the manager who was working that day said they would get us a new battery. As of today I still havent heard anything about that, although I did get it in writing.Ive purchased several vehicles from other dealerships in the last decade, and this was the most disappointing experience Ive had. I gave two stars because we like the truck, but if I had it to do again I would have gone elsewhere.

Dont buy from this dealership. I almost bought a Jeep here until they took the one I was buying back and switched the tires to a cheaper set. The tires were never discussed and I had assumed that when I picked a vehicle out, it would come as is. I was floored when I saw the tires being switched out. I do not recommend this dealership.

1st time here. Brought to Dodge for the best service available. Requested service on my Ram 2500, multi point inspection, Brakes and oil change plus paint calipers-ABS light was on. Dropped off 11am Friday. Craig called after multi point inspection said pinion seal was leaking and rotors need replaced had to keep till Sat. Picked it up next day was called told it was ready to go, ABS light still on, only front calipers were painted, grease all over my door handle. Paid over a grand for this service. Not happy at all. Why would you just paint 2 calipers? Why not reset the ABS light? Now I have to come back?! Rodney was here after hours on Sat and had the decency to clean up the grease and apologize. UPDATE: Didnt make it down the highway. Loud grinding noise coming from rear end during deceleration! Taking it right back!!UPDATE: Monday, 6pm Fellow Veteran Thoren picked me up at work w the Glover Shuttle, I picked up my truck, FINALLY no noise! Hooya! Still wish the back calipers were painted tho. I guess asking to have your calipers painted just means the front ones only...They had my truck for 3 days and didnt pay attention to detail. TJ the service manager is more concerned about my review than whats going on in his house. Want to be treated with respect? Want excellent service with attention to detail? Want to be treated like a Veteran should be treated? Well, dont come to Jim Glover Dodge. They will do the job half A$$ then blame you for the mix up. Then fix it after you bring it back. NO TJ, I will not change my post. HONOR COURAGE COMMITMENT!

I would not recommend taking your car to service. They could only fix my car 1 time (oil change) out of the 5 times that I took a car there to be fixed. I have took 4 different cars to them and twice the car came back to me dirty. The first one had the mechanics protein drink or something spilled in the back of the car. The second came back with oil all over my detailed motor. They cant fix anything and then dont even have the decency to call you and let you know. Very poor customer service.UPDATE: TJ reached out to try and make things right. They had my car for 2 more weeks and still couldnt fix it. The kicker is they charged me another 140 dollars to tell me the same thing. Im not sure if you should anything there unless you have money to throw away.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JIM GLOVER! I personally do not like doing business with people that flat out lie. I caught the sales person in several lies stating certain items were included in the sale. Turns out they were not and management did not care. They over charged me by $3200. When I called them out they started adding for aftermarket items that were already included in the purchase. Best advise, look up the lawsuits alleging potential fraudulent business practices and the BBB reviews before buying from them. They will tell you anything to sell you the vehicle. I also thought it was funny that the salesman filled out several review forms and asked me to sign off on them. Of course it was all five stars.

Very fast and friendly service. And being a woman I am pleased that there is a woman who works in the service department. Brooklynn is very personable.

The service department had my daughters challenger to fix the window drop that is supposed to when you open it. We bright it in and diagnosed it with a bad master switch. They did not have one in stock, but another dealer did, so we went and bought the switch and brought it back to to be installed. We got a message that it was fixed and I paid for it and we picked it up. The initial issue was not fixed, why would the car be released without making sure that the issue it came in with was not fixed? We brought it back for an oil change and alignment and told them the window still does not work, we were told they will look at it. Again got a message that it was done and we picked it up after the service department was closed. The wobble still did not work. We speed by and talked with the service department and was told they will talk with the technician and see what else it could be. I told him that the car is going to Texas and we need this fixed he said he understood. Never got back to us and now the car is in texas and we are paying for a repair that they had in the shop 2x to fix and opportunity to get it in to fix and did not. Their sales department on the other hand is out of this world. Im just extremely disappointed in the service department

I don’t own a computer. Service dept is great. That’s where it stops. Tread lightly and cautiously if you go there . I wont ever purchase there again !

Not truthful, Overprice their vehicles, and try to sell you cars that haven’t been cleaned on the interior. I always recommend that people don’t go to Glover dealerships because of this.
