Started the conversation being physically aggressive, TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME BY GETTING WITHIN MY PERSONAL SPACE AND using disrespecting and SAYING THINGS so unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DOWN RIGHT PROFILING...... called multiple times to be hung up on, MORE PERSONALLY UNFORGIVIBLE STATEMENTS. more derogatory names, and laughing at my situation when trying to ask 2 questions..... ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HORRIBLE BUSINNESS EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE... DISCRIMINATING AGAINST PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEGAL OBLIGATIONS THAT MUST BE FUFILLED BY OKLAHOMA COMPLIANCE LAWS.

Knowledgeable, fast and dependable. Also very reasonable. Have taken my cars to him since he opened in 2002. Never a bad experience.

Just the facts, folks. So you wont be surprised like I was.Took in my new prized classic van that Im TRYING TO RESTORE, to get the ac fixed. 2nd trip to a shop(1st was tires, and wouldnt you know it, they mashed the spare tire chrome ring and tried to say I did it. lol..) & 2nd time it came out of the shop with them inferring- rather, downright stating that I had messed up their jobs because I TOUCHED something. SERIOUSLY? That is absolutely ridiculous. If your job can be messed up by being touched, you didnt do it right.Earnie said it might be expensive. I said I know, Im prepared, its gotta be done. He fixed it in a day(I was in no hurry, I wanted it RIGHT and I didnt want to have to do it myself because my hands are giving me trouble); a very quick turn-around at a reasonable fee - until I got it back and the back blower motor was no longer working. Unfortunately for me, I thought I had been explicit(? sigh?), so I didnt check his work since the front was now blowing cooler and there WAS nothing wrong in the back... or so I thought. Checked the back when I got home just for kicks(about an 8 mile trip), wasnt blowing at a l l. Had to wait until the next day to ask about it, and he said it must have had something to do with me replacing bulbs on the dash(wow, grin- nice try.. that was before I delivered it! I hadnt put the faceplate back on but the instrument panel was attached; and just burnt bulbs, no electrical issues), therefore, he said, it was something I had done to it! (hadnt touched it since I parked it & only picked it up & drove it 8 miles, lol).Told me to track down & figure out the problem myself. Sure did! It was either the switch(worked before) the inline fuse that no one seems to know where to find(worked before) or the blower motor(worked before). I think it was just more work than he wanted to do after he blew that fuse(boyohboy, I HOPING thats all it is NOW. Just ONE MORE problem that I didnt have before, dumped on me when- no, BECAUSE I paid someone IN FULL to DO it their own darn self!) Yeah, I didnt want to do it either. Thanks a lot.. it is what it is, color me experienced. Good thing I have the equipment to do everything else I need to get done. Didnt really want to, but i guess I HAVE to work on my own vehicle if I want anything done right. Geeze, now Ive gotta invest in tools again... thought those days were behind me. I can pay some one else to do it... but when they make more work for me... it gets MORE EXPENSIVE & Im back to square one. Half-working AC. Great.Sad thing is, I think he does know his stuff. Just didnt want to mess with it anymore. Probably just figured hed spent enough time on it. Whats even more sad.. is that this is a prevailing attitude among mechanics. Which is why I started working on them in the FIRST place. *Sigh* Ya just cant hire good help these days. Looks like, if I cant trace that fuse Ill be having to taking it to ANOTHER shop to fix his yo-yo. A yo-yo is a job that you send out and comes back because it wasnt done right the first time. Oh, well. Lesson learned the expensive way. Not likely to forget it anytime soon.
