Looked all over town to find a jeweler who could address what I though was an easy watch issue. The last recommened I try KC Watch. Not only were they easy to deal with they had it done in no time flat and at a quarter of the prices I was quoted elsewhere. They are a 30 min drive from me, but you can bet Ill be seeing them for any further Watch needs.

First of all I rarely bother to post a review. I only do it when I feel the service was above and beyond. KC Watch has fantastic, professional service. I have been in the market for a now-discontinued Omega Speedmaster Reduced for a while and considered rolling the dice with an online seller. I found a listing by KC Watch for the Ref I was looking for and was surprised to actually find one locally that I could inspect and try on before buying. The price was very fair for the condition which is to say near-mint. Zach was incredibly patient and took the time to correctly fit the watch to me even after I hemmed and hawed over how many links and the micro-adjustment. Before delivery they took the time to send me professional photographs of the watch including the movement with the caseback removed for my records. They included an appraisal for my insurance company and a complimentary watch box. Im absolutely thrilled with my new Speedy and I have no regrets working with KC Watch. I might also add that they have serviced a couple other lesser watches for me either for free or for pennies which made me feel good about making a bigger purchase. This is going to be the watch I wear for my wedding in March and needless to say Im just grinning ear to ear!

Went in for a battery replacement. I was 2nd in line and spent less than 5 minutes in the store. Replaced the battery and set the time and date for less than 10 bucks!

I took a 58 year old watch that belonged to my late mother in law to have it repaired they told me it would be 2 weeks.They had it done within the time frame and when I picked it up it had cleaned and it looked brand new. I would highly recommend this shop

These guys do very good work. They have a nice selection of watch bands including some handmade ones.I dropped off my Omega Tuning Fork to see if they could get it to work. They have a tuning fork guy who did the work (not in house) and he did a fantastic job of getting my classic Omega going again for a very reasonable cost. It keeps perfect time now.Great work - thanks!

Ive used these guys multiple times to take out links in a watch, replaced a few batteries, and most recently a new watch band for a Luminox that looks great. I dont mind paying a bit more than what I could on eBay or Amazon simply because I know theyre customer service is great and the repair/installation will be perfect. Thanks again fellas for the watch band recommendations and also for pressure testing my Nautica watch to find the potential bad gaskets.

Excellent service. Very friendly. I had my watch repaired several months back and the. Recently the glass broke again. I brought it in and they said it was probably their fault for using too much pressure so they repaired it for free! My place for all future watch repairs for sure!

As a self-proclaimed watch guy, KC Watch is my go-to watch store. They have a good selection of both fashion watches (e.g. Fossil), as well as enthusiast brands.Recently, I had brought in my late grandfathers Omega Seamaster from 1949 (CK 2577). The crystal was scratched and cracked, the movement was not functioning, and it really just needed some TLC. They had a repair estimate within a week, and after another 4 weeks, I received the watch back in spectacular condition. The movement now works like a dream, all while keeping the vintage aesthetic of one of the first Seamaster models.I would 100% recommend KC Watch for anything watch related: from a Quartz movement battery replacement, to purchasing an expensive timepiece, to repairing a watch from 70 years ago.

I went into this place at the recommendation of another jeweler in Overland Park. My need was simple, just taking a couple of links out of a metal watch band. This place is clean and well organized and run. During these hard times their staff all wore masks and they gently made sure the customers were maintaining social distance. They took out the links I asked for in about 5 minutes and charged very, very fairly. When I discovered the watch was still slightly loose and returned a day later they took out the last link needed, again in just a couple of minutes and told me no charge. I did not know this place existed but if I find I like wearing one of those kind of big metal watches (time will tell on that) I am going back there to make my higher end big watch purchase. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with this fine business operation.

I called KC watch to see if they could help mod my Seiko Samurai. Every watch shop in my area refused the work due to warranty issues. Seiko modding is a very common practice and KC Watch helped make my Seiko look the way I wanted it to. I told Zach that I didn’t care if it would no longer be under warranty or be water tight down to 200 meters. He assured me they could do the work and would still pressure test and make sure it could still be used as a dive watch, even though I wouldn’t be using it for that, as seiko intends for some of their watches. Zach was super helpful and their staff knows their stuff. They quoted me 5-8 days on the work (new crystal, bezel and bezel insert. It was shipped to them Thursday and I got a call Saturday that it was done, back on my doorstep on Monday... super fast. And they pressure tested my watch and regulated it. It came out exactly how I wanted it to and I would recommend them to anybody.

Kind, patient, and able to resize my metal bracelet, change batteries, and reset hands. They have a nice stock of watches for sale that I’ve only seen online before. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

This store is amazing! I walked in with a specialty watch and they were able to change the battery while I waited and had a huge selection of watch bands too! In fact, theyre ordering me a couple at about 1/3 the price of a manufacturers band! They were very nice, knowledgeable and fast!. Cant wait to see the new bands.

This place is great! Put a new movement in a watch I had originally sent to the repair facility the manufacturer specified, the recommended repair shop didn’t fix it after charging over $100 and KC Watch did it in a week for an incredibly reasonable price. Prices on batteries are excellent as well. This place is a bit out of my way but with the excellent customer service and great prices I will never go anywhere else.

I go here for all my watch needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and can usually fix most problems right then and there in their shop. Ive done everything from taking watches in to get batteries, to getting links removed. My good watch is from Cartier so I dont just let anyone deal with it. Their prices are reasonable. I brought in my Tag Heuer to be refinished about a week ago or so, and cannot leave a more glowing review. They go above and beyond in service, Jim made my watch look like new, and trust me it was pretty beat up. They even changed the battery on my Omega while I waited! This is the only place to go to have your watch fixed if its a digital. I think they do other styles of watches but you would just have to go in and check. Ive been using them for many many years and have never been disappointed. Definitely a first-class operation.

I wasnt to happy with them this time. I have used them for a few years with no trouble but I took my $3000.00 watch in for a battery replacement and they did not seal the back in airtight. I even asked if they did. I was told yes and that makes it worse because the gentleman lied. I travel 2 and a half hours to Kansas just to us them. It makes me sad.

I recently damaged my watch and went to Glitters in Leawood to repair the watchband. Not the first time this store would not help me.
