Worst experience I’ve had at any nail salon. I had an appointment for 1 o’clock. They did not tell me that it would be a wait and said I could come then. I was with my two friends and they got their services but I was not helped. There were many walking in customers that came after me that were taking care of but all they did was soak off my old acrylics. I waited over an hour and they did nothing. Definitely not going back.

Have never had a bad experience here! Been going here for 5 years! They treat you nice and my acrylic nails always look wonderful! Also other places I have to go get a fill in less than 2 weeks. Here I can go 3 weeks or more before I need a fill.

Friendly and attention to detail.Fabulous spa pedicure! Felt like what was included in their spa pedi is extra at some other places. Was pleasantly surprised at checkout as I didn’t know ahead of time what the cost would be. Will most definitely go back and recommend to friends!

It was good and clean. They didnt spend a lot of time rubbing my feet which is what I wanted. Still trying to find a place that does designs on my big toe.

I have tried other shops, this one is the best for my dipped nails!

I dont live too close to here anymore but will always go out of my way because they take great care from the leg/foot massage to the painting. Love princess nails

I have been getting my pedicures here for several years now. They do not hurry you through. My feet are always much happier when I leave 😀 I feel relaxed and refreshed!

I’ve been getting my nails done here every 2 weeks for 10 months. Great for walk-in appointments because every nail technician is great and there’s never a long wait.

The only place that I will go in town. They are very nice to you (which is rare at many local nail salons) and they are very talented and my nails are always beautiful, especially Nikki!!

Scheduled appointment at 12.30Came in, nobody greeted me, pick your color he ordered meAfter I picked one they put me in hot water and left.I asked when Amy will be doing my nails, she said that I have to wait, I said that I made appointment and expect them to see me on timeShe said they made mistake scheduling me and I have to wait, no apology nothing!!! I got up and left. They are so inconsiderate and rude!!! Never again!!

I have been going to this place a few months now, the owner was never friendly but not rude however yesterday i just needed a nail Polish change, when i got there the owner wasnt doing anything, i picked a color and when he finished my big toe i asked him kindly if he would actually use the other color, to which he said in a upset tone u think i have nothing to do?I felt so insulted...Not going there anymore...not friendly at all

I never have a problem with Princess Nail; the employees are professional and always do a great job. Loc is so awesome he creates beautiful nail arts that are unique; I get compliments from my friends. I always recommend them to my friends, family, and co-workers.

Terrible. Worst acrylic nails of my life. None of them are the same length or shape. And they are lumpy as heck. I asked for rounded nails on the shorter side and I got square nails that are so long I can not pick things up. I REPEATEDLY asked him to fix this and he acted like he didnt understand. Finally I left, and went somewhere else to get them fixed.

Ive been to princess nails several times and I find all the staff friendly and accomodating. I always have a relax and satisfying experience every time i have my pedi and manicure done. Their pricing id decent and they always do a fantastic job. i love they do the nail designs too. Very artistic! My toes and fingers look fancy and gives me new found confidence. Il definitely keep coming back and would recommend princess nails to my friends, family and co-workers.

I got dip nails done. I had chipped nails that same day. When I was there, I noticed a sign that said no refunds. I didn’t bother trying to have them fix my nails. I should have gone to my regular nail place.

Hours say on Google and the door they close at 8pm on Tuesdays... Showed up at 7:20 and they looked like they had been closed and hour... So much for that Mani before tomorrow.

I went there for my first time and immediately felt uncomfortable, the guy was very rude !!! He did a sloppy job !!!! My mom thought I did them myself, and when I told her I got them done she was shocked!! Never ever going back there !
