Very relaxing and nice guys working in there. Also got my lashes done and OMG!!! I live in Oklahoma but I drive over 3 hours for Jenny to do my lashes!

I like going to their salon, they are so nice and I always spend a nice time there another thing is that also Jenny does wax and eyelashes. She is so professional doing this that I love it I will recommend it to anybody

Helen is amazing! She cares for her clients like no other nail tech Ive ever been to. She does a great job with exfoliating pedicures and dip manicures. I came to her with a nail emergency (I took my dipped nails off myself the wrong way and badly damaged some nails) and she listened, didnt criticize, suggested a few possible options, and asked me what I wanted to do. Then she put tips on, and dip. They look perfect!

Horrible. I do not recommend. The staff were nice but no sense of organization, jumping from one client to the next utilizing the same tools. The end result wasnt great either, my nails were different shapes and sizes eventhough I got a manicure. The color didnt turn out good, it was lighter than expected, bubbles and holes in the nails.

I booked an appointment for myself and 5 other women the week of my wedding. They were the third studio I called, being the only one who could accommodate all 6 of us at the same time! They knew it was for a weeding, so they provided refreshments for us to make it more fun! We were very pleased with our experience!

It’s always been a very good experience. Always very nice and pleasant. It’s very clean and she has done a lot of work in the shop for the safety of the customers. I highly recommend this place.

The service went down at Fabulous Nails. They dont do a good job but they have raised the prices! Wont be returning there anymore.

I wanted to get a mani/pedi for the longest, but covid fears kept me from taking the chance; however, Fabulous Nails &Hair are taking all types of safety measures that just elevated their already clean and relaxing salon. Aside from covid precautions they take pride in their work and I cant say enough how many compliments I have gotten on my nails after coming here. Great local business to support.

Helen and her team could not done a better job on my nails (power dip) and and outstanding pedicure. This is the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and I was totally amazed. They were shortstaffed and the Evening ran late, but Despite that,they stayed 45 minutes later to be sure to finish my services and the quality did not suffer one iota. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I go in there to get a manicure every two weeks. Since its spring and summer is coming I had to get my normal pedicure too. There was a woman named Lucy that was new to the shop. Shes been doing nails for 12 years but had only been qt fabulous nails for 6 weeks. I was pretty nervous since she hasnt been there very long. But another client said she was really good. And she didnt fail. My toes and feet and nails were perfect. Plus when the owner found out it was my birthday,, she slipped me a gift certificate for a free Mani and Pedi. She said thank u for all your business with them and gave it to me. I thought that was so nice and I loved it.

I haven’t been been here for awhile...The transformation (updates) are GREAT: brighter lighting, polishes are more organized & separate, actually see people cleaning (and scrubbing) come close to closing time, hot towels for service smell great, appearance of furniture looks updated, & the whole shop just flows a lot better!!! 🤗

This is the worst nail salon ever. After multiple times of going to them and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I have come to the conclusion this place is terrible. The first couple of times I went it was okay but then things started going down hill. I always tip pretty well but their service is awful. I would go to get a new set and the next day one is already broken. I go to get a fill by the end of the day one has already broke. They are rough with the equipment. One man thought my real nail was my fake nail and continued to try to pull it off until it started bleeding and all he could say was sorry. I came back more than once to let them know about how unsatisfied I was with their service and they seemed to have an attitude. The last time I went to have a nail fixed was my last time because as I am typing this I have two broken nails and I just got them fixed not even a week. Now I have to try and find a new nail salon the day before new years eve. Do not waste your time or money going here

The men here are terrible at doing full sets. They tend to cater more to their regular customers than those who come on a walk in basis every two weeks, which is sad because many walk- ins are looking to become regular customers. Helen is nice, so if you can book an appointment with her you will be pleased.

I have come in as a walk in to get my nails done on multiple occasions and the nails they do here have lasted me for weeks!! They are very friendly and although they can sometimes come off as rude due to the language barrier with some of the staff I can tell they are very nice!! I came in on one occasion at about 6 and i know they were closing that night at 7 but Tony did not rush on my nails and they still looked great !

I have been going regularly to Fabulous Nails & Hair ever since they opened a year ago. I have gone to several other nail salons in Overland Park and Prairie Village over the last 20 years but none have compared to their highly trained, professional and friendly staff. Furthermore, I have always found it to be very inviting, relaxing, & well staffed with all necessary materials organized, clean and ready for the next customer. I often just walk in with no appointment and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes....or just make an appointment to come back later that same day.They are all exceptional! The salon manager, Helen, is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of hair and nails. So for the next one or two hours Im in there I am totally at ease and in my little imaginary happy place on a beach in Maui. LOL !My next haircut will be with Helen as I trust her skills and to know exactly what my hair can and cannot do.May I suggest you get a pedi with Victor; as he is AMAZING!I always leave there thrilled with how my nails look.

Edit: June 2018. My nails were cracked about two days after I got a fill (experience below). I dealt with it and decided to give this salon one more chance. About three weeks ago, I went in for a fill and Victor did it. I will admit, these were sturdier and nicer looking than the fill by Helen; however, my fingers were so sore. The entire time I told him he was cutting me and it was hot, he just kept going. I felt like the experience was rushed. I will absolutely not be coming back here. I wanted to make this place work because everyone seemed nice and it is so local, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.May 2018. I used to come here every two weeks last fall. Somehow, I always ended up with an older gentleman (Victor?). He would always cut my cuticles and I would be in pain when leaving. I would even jump back or pull my hand away and he would just giggle and ask if it was “hot.” I’d say yes, and he would just continue. I had never had this kind of treatment before from any nail salon. Most of the time, if something was getting “hot” or sore, the nail technician would work on another finger and come back to the sensitive one. This nail technician did not. It got to the point where I would just rip my acrylics off instead of getting a fill or I would go to another salon. Today, I needed a fill and because I live not even 3 mins away, I figured I would try this place again. Upon hearing my complaint when calling to schedule, I was put with the owner, Helen. She did an amazing job! She apologized on behalf of her nail technicians and did a fabulous job on my nails. I will say, great customer service means a lot to me, and I was impressed that she, herself, did my nails after hearing my concerns. I will continue my business at this nail salon; however, I will be requesting Helen each time. Thank you!

I wish l could give this place NO star!Service was terrible, staff rude and the mani HURT....and the end result was DEFINTELY NOT worth my time or money....a bad job of polish application and all my nails were different lengths! My cuticle s looked like they had been run over by a tractor!

I use to go every two weeks to get them redone, and it was a poor quality job... so naturally as a female who thinks her fingers are to fat to not go withoit cute nails I found a new place. ABSOLUTELY ADORE the place but they were overbooked so I was leaving out of town, and a nail broke off... so I said what the hay, Ill go back to them. The man i believe his name was kevin... destroyed my cuticles (like id jump back in pain because it hurt!) and it didnt seem to fase him 😅 my nails are misshaped, they was talking bad about how my 4 week old nails (had previous from my new salon) how bad they were etc. He also didnt care by the fact he was trying to shorten and fix a nail that JUST broke off (and if you are a true acrylic nail wearer, you understand how bad it hurts to have a acrylic ripped off)overall, Im not returning. Id rather go to my new salon and spend $10 for top quality stuff... then to spend $40 with cat eye effect.update: A week after getting them done they are falling off. what the hell¿? I can go to POSH NAILS ON WORRALL. and they can last up to 3-4weeks. and this is poppin off!?WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE SCORE. 😤

I went in yesterday for a pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure asked me if I wanted a manicure as well. When I said no he suggested if my feet are gonna be beautiful my hands should too. So ok. About half way through my pedicure as the salon started to get busier and busier my pedicure was rushed. My feet were not properly exfoliated and my nails were just choppy, but the worst was my 4 minute manicure. Soaked my fingers for literally 2 minutes in cold water, started chopping at my cuticles and cut me 3 times, sloppily threw some polish on and since it was clear didnt take the time to even cover the whole nail with polish. He got up and started working on another customer. I very descretely told him I wasnt happy with my manicure and he said he was sorry. So I paid and left. Got to my car and thought it was not fair as I paid for a service I did not get. When I went back to speak to the owner she said oh yes, no problem, I will fix it for you. Come back tomorrow.TOMORROW? Now all the clear polish has peeled off, I have uneven and choppy nails with bleeding cuticles.....horrible! Not coming back tomorrow or ever again.

Someone deleted my review, but like I said in the last review don’t like the new owners. Very rude and changed everything. “Hi Nails” was my favorite nail salon. I tried it a couple times with the new owners and every time they cut me. Horrible.
