I cant say enough positive things about this gym, the owner, the administrative staff, and coaching staff are all phenomenal. This gym has been a home to many young athletes and young adults for years. I was brought in with open arms back in 2012 and was always held to the highest standards with respect and dignity. I was provided opportunities beyond my wildest dreams and was well prepared for my collegiate cheerleading tryouts. This gym not only helped me progress as an athlete, but as an adult as well. The values of this gym are much more than the sport. This gym develops good people with great attitudes. I can genuinely call this gym my home and am proud to be apart of everything they stand for.

This is our 3rd and 4th season at KCAC for both of my daughters. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. The coaches are knowledgeable and make it fun for the girls. The owner is very involved and is very open to communication. We consider KCAC our home away from home and highly recommend this gym!

I grew up cheering at KCAC and I cannot say enough amazing things about them. KCAC is like one big family and they treat everyone with respect. I learned so much more than just cheerleading from KCAC and I am so blessed to have been a part of such a wonderful program!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym. The fishes, the other athletes and the families are fabulous. My daughter has had the best experience and has grown so much in her skills and in her confidence. Kcac’s professionalism is unmatched. They are top notch!

I was so excited when I found this place. We have struggled to find a friendly gymnastics type facility. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone I felt confident that we had finally found a place that was a good fit. All and all the training my daughter got was good. Her skills improved etc. However I am so disappointed in the atmosphere. The place is full of clicky moms that take up all the seating and the parking lot is a disaster. I could let all that slide, but I was frustrated with the level of communication. No one ever spoke to me about my daughters progress or even lack of progress. I had no idea what she was learning, other then what she told me. I had no clue if she was able to advance to a different class or not. I had no idea how to get her involved in the cheer side of things. We also ran into a scheduling conflict and when I emailed to tell them we weren’t able to continue classes, I received no reply. I don’t want to give a good business a bad reputation, because it does seem like a lot of girls are successful here, I’m just disappointed our experience was not not a reflection of others experiences.

Our girls love KCAC because it is like one big extended family & they have developed so many strong friendships in addition to all of the benefits of the sport of competitive cheer.

We love this gym! It feels like a family and everyone works together . Johanna s vision isnt for them to win EVERY event. She wants them to be TEAM and have discipline to better themselves not just at the gym.

I cant recommend a better gym for young athletes. The owner treats everyone like family. Great morals and environment for athletes to grow in. Definitely worth the drive from blue springs mo.

Cant say enough great things about the coaches and Kcac ! Amazing place for kids of all ages and talent . Once you walk in the front door for the first time you become part of the cheer family and Kcac becomes your second home .

I coached at KCAC after moving to Kansas City in 2008, I chose to coach there and I had other offers. Id been judging all star and coaching college cheer in Iowa. I chose to work at KCAC because it was where I would want my own child to go. I moved on to live in Florida and have continued in the industry judging, uniform sales and coached a year at Top Gun. The ethics the coaches LIVE at KCAC is the best of the best top tier for sure. They also train the kids to succed in life as evidenced by numerous division one college cheerleaders that have also successfully graduated college. I had the privilege of watching a KCAC cheerleader make team USA too! Its more than a competition result or some rhinestones. ❤

From the first day, my daughter walked into the KCAC gym after deciding to move on from gymnastics, she felt home. The friends that she made are lifelong! It is so fun now to have alumni gatherings at NCA Cheer Nationals and to see these girls on the collegiate stage! The team always comes first! Mikki cheers with girls from many of the elite programs in the country. The fundamentals, skills and leadership she learned at KCAC will always be part of what make her, her!
