Ive had a great experience with Front Door Fitness! Met with Andrew initially who was very professional and super helpful in setting me up with a fitness plan that fit my specific goals. Been training with Austin now for several weeks and he is awesome...very knowledgeable, great personality, and the perfect balance between motivating and challenging me without being overly pushy or forceful.

I highly recommend FDF! Working out with our trainer, Austin, has exceeded our expectations. Its hard to skip your workout when someone comes to you--such a convenient and reliable way to be accountable to yourself; your fitness goals. Austin is motivating, encouraging and knowledgeable--my husband and I really enjoy training with him!

We’ve been using Front Door Fitness for about a year. Our trainer (John) has been great to work with and is very accommodating and responsive when schedules change. He is professional yet friendly. It is also great that the trainers come to your house.

An amazing work out experience in and out of COVID! I work with Emily and every session she impresses me with new workout routines custom to what I want to work on. I cannot stress enough just how personalized she makes my workout experience, even with staying in doors most days I’m actually building muscle in places I’ve always wanted to!While I haven’t met with Emily in person recently, due to everything going on, I always look forward to our Google Duo workouts! I’d check out/call them to see how they can work with you but for me this has been an excellent experience. Emily is super positive and just the loveliest person ever, she really keeps me motivated every week!

From the beginning, Andrew listened carefully to know my history as well as my goals. He paired me with a trainer, John Brock, who took the time to determine where I was in the beginning but has pushed me further month after month. The improvements, physical and emotional, are evident and very positive for me. I’m very pleased I started a program with FDF and plan to continue on as I get stronger and stronger.

John B. is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of training. Creates a personalized plan that holds you accountable even on days you are not training with him. Most trainers I’ve watched or interacted with don’t push their clients and instead spend time talking and doing body weight exercises that never get their heart rate accelerated. Every session with John is intense from start to finish, yet he never puts you in a position to get injured. Quick improvement in strength and conditioning.

I started training with Emily this fall and she does a great job making sure you have a challenging workout each time. She also checks in with me in off days to see how I’m doing on my own. With my schedule I also workout with Miranda and I like how she also mixes up the routines to get a good cross training experience. Both are friendly and motivating and would recommend them and Front Door Fitness!

Miranda is a rockstar! I have been training with her for about six weeks and feel much stronger and have more endurance! She is so knowledgeable, extremely patient with me, very kind, and really fun to be around! I would highly recommend her! She works really hard so if you have certain days or times that work better for you she will make it happen. I have also seen a young man named Justice and watched him train other individuals. He seems just as neat and extremely outgoing :-) I am 54 and had my share of trainers… So far Miranda is my favorite!

Ive been working with Miranda for 5 months now and shes incredible! She comes right to our house in the mornings and is prepared, polite and ready to work each day! Shes helps keep me motivated with texts and has been flexible with my very demanding and ever changing schedule. This service is worth every single penny for busy people who want to stay fit without the pressure of a large gym or group classes.

So....about 3 months ago, I decided my goal of working out independently was not happening. I called FDF and Andrew paired me up with Emily Morris. We have started out with 30 minute sessions - they are awesome! Emily and I easily schedule from week to week to accommodate both our schedules and I am making progress, slowly but surely, increasing my strength and endurance. I have major muscular skeletal issues, but Emily finds ways to give me a total body workout in 30 minutes while be very mindful of my health issues. Im beginning to see real results!

What a difference over a year has made as Emily has dedicated to strength endurance and over all health for our adult daughter. Grace has Down Syndrome and health is as important for her as it is for her parents! We are so proud of her accomplishments and thankful to Emily!

I’ve worked with different trainers throughout my time at Hallbrook and have enjoyed Chris Eads guidance this year. He is very good at working through the aches and pains of my body. He will adjust the workout to make them challenging but changes them up to keep the workout fresh and me motivated.Great job!

Having worked out most of my adult life, I didn’t think that a trainer would be advantageous for me. I took advantage of one of their specials almost 2 years ago and I haven’t quit. Emily is an awesome trainer and motivator. She pushes me to limits I had no idea I was capable of. 5 stars for FDF and their staff.
