We have loved living here and also know many other people who have loved it here as well. The only downside is how thin the walls are and we hear everything our upstairs neighbors do but that’s apartment living. Overall, best apartment we’ve lived in.

The apartment community is a great place to live. Other than a few issues with appliances, overall I have enjoyed my stay.

Lovely, quiet, simple place to cal home. Weve got pets, kids, and tons of friendly faces. The apartments are beautiful. Weve got a little playground for the little ones. Walking paths for our furry babies, and ourselves. The staff is full of fun, outgoing, smiling people! The maintenance team is full of helpful folks who make sure you feel like their number 1 priority. The landscape of our complex is always a beautiful sight and well taken care of. Summertime the best place to be is to be poolside, using the grill, and relaxing with our neighbors. Never have I ever come upon any issues. I love calling Villas at Carrington Square my home!!

I recently moved into Villas at Carrington square apartments. So far the community was great. The Leasing Consultant @Maria Cornelius was just awesome. She is been very patient answering all my questions and helped me get the apartment. The leasing process was all online and was pretty smooth. So far we have no issues .If I run into any, I will update my review.Once again thanks to Maria for all the help .we hope to enjoy our stay here .

I have been living at the Villas at Carrington Square for 3 years and truly enjoy it here. It’s the best apartment/home community I have lived in. The maintenance is speedy and always excellent service. The homes are spacious but very affordable. I recommend this place to all my friends. I would never hesitate to contact the front office for anything as they always take care of me.

Look no further for a great place to call home. Compared to the apartments I used to live at on Holmes Road, this was a much needed upgrade. As a JCCC first year automotive student, I am 10 minutes away from school, 5 away from a chick fil a, and there are plenty of jobs hiring around. Rent is much cheaper than many surrounding places, was accepted immediately and move in was easy. Good communication from management when I had any questions. The best part of it is the garage, having that extra space connected to your apartment is a blessing (Especially for automotive students). My neighbors are all car guys and we all get along :) Maintenance has also been really friendly and get things done. The only complaint I have is the grouchy old man above my garage stomping every time I use a power tool, even in the middle of broad daylight. Other than that, for any college student, this is the place you want

I wish that I could give less than one star. We have been having AC issues for over a year now. Currently have a window unit. Over 20 maintenance requests. A professional came out and told them what needed to be done. It’s over 90 degrees outside. Management will push it off until Monday. The office and property manager are well aware of our situation. They all know what needs to be done, yet it hasnt. It’s frustrating when management hides when their AC is working. You don’t get treated with respect, they act like you are “that apartment”. Yet our electric bill is more than friends houses! Then they will complete the work order and it’ll happen again. This is just the beginning of kansas summer too! I wouldn’t wish this upon anybody!! The poor guy on call this weekend doesn’t even work at this property. Shout out to Maria, Justin and Damon, they are good people here!

Villas At Carrington Square was my first apartment when I moved to Kansas City last year, I was so unsure of where to live and wanted to feel very safe in my location. The amenities were great and the staff was always so helpful. They made my move so seamless and easy. I had an issue with something I had placed in my washer and my washer kept clogging, the maintenance staff (specifically Mark) were so amazing. I felt awful because it was my fault but he fixed the issue and was so nice and helpful. I truly felt at home at the Villas. I hated to have to move this year but unfortunately the commute to my job was too far. The staff (Robin specifically) were so helpful during the process of moving out. I highly recommend Villas At Carrington Square, they are great!

After living in a Price Brothers Property and a rental house we needed a smaller, drama free place for a little while that was low maintenance and closer to work. After looking at several places we loved this layout and it worked for our multigenerational family. My dad is in a wheelchair so we needed something that would work for him as well. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Occasionally we hear our neighbors, but only when they are being REALLY loud. We do not feel like we are living in an apartment - it feels more like a condo. We have a private entrance and garage - no breezeways or hallways - this makes it feel more like home. The pool is a great and we enjoy it all summer. We are able to get out and walk and feel safe. Most of the people we come across are friendly - its got a real neighborhood vibe. The maintenance staff are friendly and get the work done in a timely and clean manner. The location has been great for our family, and the schools are great. Being a business owner, its nice to come home and be able to relax and not have a yard or house to maintain. Our entire family really likes living here and until we are ready to purchase a home this is where we will stay.

This is our second home in Overland Park, following a year of renting at a high priced/no customer service or care property, this has been a much better experience. Villas at Carrington Square are absolutely the best! You get value for money here and so much included. I truly feel like I am living in a HOME and NOT an apartment. The staff in the office are incredibly friendly and our fur baby is much happier living here with us! Happy to give a 5 star rating :)

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Great community and nice neighbors.Staff is very attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. I am planning to move out of the country but will return and I plan to call Villas at Carrington Square home again.Be sure to meet Robin, she is very helpful and knowledgeable, plus a nice person.

We moved here in Jan of 2015. Its very nice place. I love having a garage. We like the staff and the maintenance guys are very fast fixing things. We are renewing for the second year. Place always looks well maintained, eve though the rent is high We are comfortable here.

Ive lived at Villas at Carrington Square now for about three years and Im so glad I made it my home. The staff are amazing and are always available to answer my questions and help me with maintenance requests or basic inquiries. The property itself is stunning, and the upkeep is very impressive. Ive never been and never will be disappointed with the quality of Villas at Carrington Square, I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

This is a great community to live in. The property is clean, quiet and very well maintained, and the staff usually responds to issues with your apartment the same day. Robin in the leasing office is absolutely awesome.

Been at villas for over 2 years now. The property is really nice. I also LOVE the fact that it is near all the soccer fields and baseball diamonds. I actually like the sounds of outdoor activities, but theyre easy to block out by simply closing the windows. Im a soccer player and love being able to go walk around the field and watch the games, also provides a nice area to run outside, or go for walks. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. If you are looking for someplace with a garage in the OP area, then definitely check out VCS.

When we moved in with our 10 week old baby, our apartment smelled bad. We picked up our keys just before the office closed so couldnt let them know until the next day. The apartment also wasnt painted well, with splotchy paint and visible nail holes in every room. Then during our first full weekend, the already malfunctioning doorbell literally fell off and we found it on ground when someone used it who left a flyer on our door. The same weekend, the shower curtain rods fell and the first time I loaded the dishwasher to use it I couldnt because the part that keeps the soap in wouldnt stay closed. The smell was taken care of by Tues after we moved in Sat. They had to flush a drain twice for it to go away. Our friends helping us move smelled it too. They are still getting back to us about the painting situation, but resolved the rest of the issues quickly. This is not how any resident wants to start their lease at a new apartment. Im giving a 2 rating because Mark in maintenance is friendly and Maria in the office is very nice. We are reasonable, nice people and are willing to allow this place and the staff to change our minds about them, but so far this is by far the worse experience weve ever had when moving to a new place.

After a great deal of apartment hunting I was told about villas at Carrington square. The leasing agents where very caring and went out of their way to help me with my time frame. The maintenance staff is on the ball and always working hard for even the smallest things. For these reasons and many more i highly recommend these apartments.

We only tour the facility so from what I saw I liked it. Spacious floor plans (a bit pricy for a 1bedroom) with a garage. It had an open kitchen and came with a washer n dryer. They have their own car wash section and the apartment comes with basic cable included in the price. Clubhouse is lovely as well.

We were lucky to find an opening last year and jumped at the chance to live here. The units are spacious with a great layout and high quality amenities. Management staff is great to work with and very responsive. Its a great location and pet friendly is a huge bonus!

As an Insurance Agent, I work with a lot of apartment complexes as a resource for their tenants renters insurance needs. We spend a good amount of time visiting different complexes in the area. Villas at Carrington Square is one of the best complexes in Overland Park. The area where the complex is located is awesome...best part of Overland Park. Very close to highway to get anywhere in Overland Park or Kansas City. There is also walking/bike trails, a golf course, restaurants, bars, and great shopping all within 5 minutes...many within walking distance. The staff is awesome and the amenities of the complex are great. Highly recommend.

By far one of the nicest properties in Overland Park!! Clean, up to date and nicely located to local amenities and shopping. The office staff was nothing short of A-MAZING. They helped us in every aspect and even then some. The welcome packet we received with our new home was awesome and very thoughtful. Couldnt be happier with our decision to move here!!!! 10 stars should be an option!!!

Great community with a wonderful amenities package for residents to share. They also do alot of fun events for residents to get together and gives you opportunity to get to know your neighbors if your new to the community. The office staff are simply amazing too. Melody and Robin definitely go above and beyond the normal leasing task and making every person that walks In the door feel at home

We have lived at the Villas for a few months and have had only a positive experience! Their maintenance is very responsive and it is the most dog friendly apartment location I have lived in! The office staff has always been great to work with from move-in to something as simple as picking up your package! Great place to live!

I have never stayed here, never visited, never asked for information but I seem to be on one of their mailing lists and cant get off it. Theres no unsubscribe option on their mailing list emails I get (which Im pretty sure is a legal requirement) and any emails Ive sent directly through their website get no response and Ive still yet to be removed. This has been going on for months and months.My assumption, based on the lack of response and lack of service Ive received on this simple little request, is that their focus on customer service is pretty much non-existent.... Maybe this public request will encourage them to remove me from their list....

I have been living here for just about 2 years with my daughter. We both love coming home to a nice, clean and conveniently located apartment. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy, they have beautiful landscaping during the spring/summer and fun holiday decor during winter. The pool is the perfect spot during summer! We have enjoyed the on property grills and wonderful walking paths around the neighborhood. As a single Mother a safe community means more than the outward appearance. I have always felt safe and comfortable here. There are minimal entrances/exits to cut down on cross traffic. Security systems and trustworthy neighbors that will let you know if you leave your garage door open- Opps! Plenty of lights too so you arent coming home in the dark. The office staff have always delivered friendly and prompt service. Robin in the office is just wonderful and helps with every time I call. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. They even pulled the hair plug from the drain for me! Pet friendly with a dog pool party at the end of the summer before the pool is drained. They offer community events throughout the year. I have loved Villas and tell everyone about it! Thanks guys- you all are super stars.

The Villas at Carrington Square are surrounded on three sides by 26 ballfields. The screaming and yelling starts late afternoon and goes on to 10:30 at night. On weekends warm ups start at 6:30 am and games run until after 10pm. Hundreds of cars circle the various parking lots.The staff will tell you that Carrington Square is quiet. I agree the residents dont make much noise. But when I sit on my balcony, I literally cant hear cell phone conversations because of the whooping and hollering. A misery at best.

**Most of the positive reviews are because the residents are trying to get a $50 gift card.** Its okay but not luxury by any means. They give a nice gift bag when you move in. At first it seemed like they really cared about getting things done quickly, until one night maintenance refused to come out to turn off the carbon monoxide detector upstairs. I had to call the fire department to get them to come. I will say that when the office is open, the office staff take maintenance requests more seriously. Ive had to deal with ants, a major construction project to remove wood rot, a toilet that takes 10 minutes to fill with water after 1 flush... Thry improved the property but it was a major inconvenience. They encourage the neighbors to call the police which is the first Ive ever heard of a complex doing. Its right in the rules you receive at move in. The only thing luxury about this place is the location. Ive had better apartments in the city for a way better price.

Excellent!!! love the billiard room and the community DVD rental, plus the office staff is sooooo Friendly every time Im greeted with a smile and always feel welcome weather is printing a document in the Business center or grabbing a hot cup of coffee or returning a DVD 100 percent every time. The maintenance staff is always very professional and will get stuff fixd right the 1st time!

We have had a very nice experience at Villas. Having recently become RBC, it has been a great transition and I recommend it to many friends who are now empty nesters, or looking to downsize.

The staff is wonderful. The amenities are very nice as well. They are very pet friendly. I would definitely recommend VCS.

Positives: The apartments are nicely finished and well maintained.Negatives: (1) Noise insulation between units is not very good. Can hear neighbors talking if they are in adjoining rooms, and they are not talking load. You hear just about every time they close a door too. Neighbors garage is under my bedroom so i hear the garage door opener and the slamming of car doors. luckily they seldom come in late or leave early. (2) If it drops below freezing outside, management wants everyone to keep the thermostat a 55 or higher when not home, leave cabinet doors under sinks open, and let their faucets drip - ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I just moved from New Hampshire and I didnt need to do any of those things even when it got down to -17. They use a modern invention called insulation, and they dont run water pipes in exterior walls.

My husband and I are very happy with our apt. at VCS. Our two bedroom apt. is more like a small house than an apt. We moved here in July 2016 and a larger two bedroom was not available. So we rented a smaller two bedroom. Melody told us that after 6 months if a large one was available we could move. She kept her word and we are now on a first floor large two bedroom. We love it!! The staff at VCS are very friendly and take care of any problem immediately. We are happy to call VCSour home.

Would 100% recommend moving there! Also renewing our lease is definitely in our future.

If you dont want to be a slave, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. They try to dominate residents. They keep overcharging us for such a stupid reason, such as cleaning their pool. They want me to pay over 100 dollars for it. They dont even allow us to park at the parking lot several times. Please be aware of their sudden overcharges if you are gonna live here.
