By far my favorite planet fitness location. Always clean and has a good community. The staff are great too and really informative besides the woman with the short dark hair. I’m pretty sure she’s a manager but she never acknowledges me when I’m at the counter or even says have a good day or hi. At one point I asked about the tanning beds and no one could tell me what level they were. I feel like if you are going to provide tanning beds you should know more about them. Other than that I love this gym

So clean and Hugh place for a work out. Lots of amenities. Showers, tanning, massage chairs and bed. Excellent choice

My friend and I showed up today to open a membership, the whole process was quick and efficient, and we are looking forward to coming more often. The staff were super nice, and were sure to explain everything thoroughly.

Either this place closed or is fixing to be built, Im not sure.It isnt here.

Just got back into working out and i high-key recommend planet fitness, They have many machines, the employees are extremely nice and help you feel welcomed and the price is great! Theyre very clean and if you have anxiety about going to the gym, you will feel welcome and everyone keeps to themselves. 10/10 would recommend

Been a loyal member since 2014... I just don’t understand the point of masks if there’s more than 100 people in the gym at once? There’s literally no social distance at all.. you have to wait 30 minutes to use a machine due to many people being in the gym at once! It’s really dangerous and it should be controlled because if one has COVID then everyone at the gym will. The gym owner should consider lowering the capacity of the gym at once. Consider setting up appointments through the app to make it easier for everyone.

Not a fan of the new location, it feels a bit cramped and shoehorned in.That being said, the facility is still very nice and the staff are on point and engaging.

I found the place today and it moved! So happy now that I have a place to exercise. :)

Very clean, even the air feels better. Lots of different machines, well stocked, well kept, good price. I barely ever want to leave.

The only complaint I have is some of the members dont wipe down the machines after they use them. The staff wont say anything to them even if they see it. Otherwise its a good place.

They won’t let you transfer your membership and then make college kids pay 5 dollars every time they go. Absolute scam

Love this place! Always clean and the staff is great.

Its generally quiet and clean. It is small, and not one of the higher-end Planet Fitness locations. But, we should he thankful that theres one here at all! This one covers all the basic equipment, and the bathroom/shower/changing area is pretty good. I wouldnt try to go at the absolute busiest times if you like some space while you work out.

I have been asking the oswego club to stop my membership for over a year. This started and then covid 19 cause for planet fitness to close. I could not get a hold of anyone. I have been told I have to go there to close account. When I drove 45 minutes to get there for the computer system to be down. I have called to be told the same things over and over. I even asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Planet fitness was great when I signed up. Since I have requested to close my account I have been ignored and that is very wrong.

Even with the covid restrictions, I can still manage to get in and get my workouts done.

First time back since covid-19. Fantastic to be back!

Just got a membership and so far so good! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Brandon (Personal Trainer). He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain in detail the weekly workout that he custom made for me based on my goals. I joined with the $1 down Black Card membership and I have to admit, the unlimited use of their Hydro-Massage tables alone is worth every penny of the membership. Loved it so much, I got my boyfriend a BC membership for his birthday and he loves it too!

I love Planet Fitness. Their equipment, locker rooms, staff, etc are top notch and I always feel very comfortable there. I never thought I would enjoy using exercise equipment, especially strength training ones., but I do!

The hydro message is great! #6 is the warmest and has the best pressure. Although, since its used most it might be wearing out. It was malfunctioning recently. The white paper towels are more absorbent than the brown ones in Hudsons P.F. The newly installed blaring music and public service announcements are TOO LOUD and annoying while Im working out. Good thing Im hard of hearing. I turn my hearing aids off when Im there, and its still TOO LOUD! $till its a good value until I can find a gym with a hydro message that will let me workout in peace and quiet. P.S. BTW if you dont want the music video eye candy while using the chair message you can turn the TV off! Hallelujah!

Nice gym in a great location. Plenty of parking. Tons of machines.... Even whens it busy you can get a good workout in. The staff is friendly... The gym and locker rooms are clean. Thats a nice plus.... This PF has the aqua massage tables which is another huge plus.

Ive been enjoying myself here the judgement free zone is great!

I have been to a few different PFs. One in a medium sized town in Wisconsin the other (2) in a small city in Illinois. All of them were better than this one. Showers are about what you would find in a trailer. Small and confining. The rest is about what you would find in most other PFs. People are nice. Wish they had the beauty Angel instead of all the tanning.

Smaller gym. Good mix of college students and middle aged folks Busy but theres enough equipment even at peak. 2 smaller showers in mens room. Lockers are dirty.Water fountain has no bottle filler.

Staff always greeted and offered to show me around the building before I ever signed up. Anytime I had a question they were attentive and offered to help with the equipment. The cardio equipment selection is awesome. They have: multiple smith/squat machines, 2 complete rows of dumbbells, complete rack of weighted curling bars, a preacher pad, pull-up/dip assist machine, a double run of standard weight machines so youre never stuck waiting for equipment. They even have varying leg presses, one for adding your own free weight to or the standard rectangular plate machines. Everything is very clean and they have multiple spray bottles all around the gym. Id have gladly stay a member if I lived close enough to the location!

Just moved back to New York a couple months ago and started using planet fitness again. The first day I came in Danielle was absolutely amazing, very helpful and always has a smile on her face. I’ll be on a roll with going then I’ll catch a single group of girls staring at me and a few others (even the girl that come in with autism) pointing and laughing. I’ve never had this issue with a gym ever. I’ve also never been to a gym where one person can take two machines and it’s okay, same girl did that. Leg press then ran back and forth to the other leg machine in front of the bikes. What if someone help wanted to use them but couldn’t because she’d get in and off without even wiping it down. I feel as it’s always to hot as well when it’s a little cold out (understand when it’s snowing), which makes it a little hard to work out too..over all, it’s a good gym.

Amazing atmosphere with lots of equipment options. Youll never get bored, the price is unbeatable. I lost 50lbs here! Its best in summer and winter when there are no fit college kids prancing around.

Ive been going there regularly since an injury last winter. So far - so good. Everything is very clean and well maintained. So far, the size of the facility and available equipment seems to be keeping up with the number of active clients, although it can get busy certain times. Parking is not a problem. Like I said - so far, so good. Im on my way there shortly.

I like this place because its reasonable, but many people do not follow the policies about wiping down the equipment after they are done.

Lots of choices for cardio and weight lifting. Would be much better if the showers were big enough to bend over in. Also, almost always seems like VENTILATION is a problem. Very humid-- not good with lots of sweaty people working out. Today they were painting the walls and it smelled horrible...and, again, very little ventilation.

Yes there was many things to do, but then when i wasnt financially able to pay for the membership i was being told by the Oswego club that i would need to pay $88 to cancel my membership. I called the corp. office and was told it was only $58 to cancel my member ship but none the less i would need to pay a fee to cancel. I dont think this should be something that is held against some one due to unforeseen circumstances and I ill be going to my friends and family and letting them know not to bother going there. My bank account is now in the negative because they choose to not let me cancel the membership and i dont have the money to pay them a Fee

Everything is great about this planet fitness but, the only thing that bothers me is it isnt open 24 hours like the others. This is also a college town you would think they would be open.
