This gym is affordable, but doesnt seem like it. It is clean, with friendly staff.

This is a clean place to workout where everyone is respectful. It is usually not so busy that you cant get your ideal workout in. It is clean and the management is polite and does a great job.

First and only gym I signed up a membership with and been going here for about 2 years now. Staff is always great and show they care about the job, always cleaned up and maintained around the gym. Good selection of equipment too

Great gym, and all great coaches. The coaches all make sure that you are lifting correctly, and are all great at modifying for your needs! This is a great place no matter what your ability level is. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Home away from home. I decided to switch boxes back in September when I felt my training became stagnant at the 1st box I started CrossFit at and unfortunately, I lost my passion for CrossFit. A few months later at CFO my love for the sport is rejuvenated and the programing & coaches are fantastic and giving me the tools to grow.
