This is the place. Work was professionally done in short order. Staff is excellent, accommodating, knowledgeable. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed and the repairs were perfect!! Highly recommend!!!!

This place does not deserve any stars. If we could give them zero, we would. Had and still having the worst auto repair experience ever. They said they could get us in and out quickly so we let them do the work even though they were not recommended by the insurance company. Four weeks later, we are still trying to get the work done properly. They just dont care about our time and those providing rides while the work gets done. Pretty sure they just dont know how to fix the problems. The lot in front of their shop is empty for a reason.

Great company to do business with. They did a superb job on my truck repair. Todd worked with my schedule and when I took it in, the work was completed promptly. The custom paint match could not be more right on, even with my the rest of the body aged 5 years. I couldnt be more happier with their work and I appreciate the talent it takes to do body work. I highly recommend Todd and his crew for any type of body work or refinishing to your vehicle.

This location is a preferred collision shop of my insurance company. I chose this location since it is very close to my work. The entire process was flawless. From the initial estimate, to coordinating the work with insurance, through final delivery. White Eagle is a part of the CarWise network, so I was able to check status of my repair in real time. This location also works directly with the nearby Enterprise car rental office, so I was able to do the pickup and dropoff at White Eagle. Car was estimated to be out for four days, and White Eagle delivered as promised. Workmanship is superior; repair is flawless. I will be returning to this location for any future collision repairs.

Ridiculous pricing. Was quoted over $3000 for a dinged fender and went to several other body shops that were less than half the price. Guy who gave me the quote was very short and unfriendly. Save your money and shop around these guys are overpriced

I called to get an estimate for damage done to my car. The girl on the phone was extremely rude. As a result, I went to another auto body repair company in the Oswego area to get the quote. Collision Connection Auto Body was extremely helpful and nice. I will follow up with a review once the work is done.

I didnt even want to give them 1 star but i had to just to put a review. This place is ridiculous. I got my car back with a broke vision my speakers blown. It was in the shop for 4 months. They had bad communication. We asked for the parts they took off the vehicle. The boss didnt know supposibly and they took them to the junk. And then they gave us a new estimatethat was raised 2,000.00 from the price they told us. I understand the estimate all go up due to more problems but they didnt let us know. The boss himself Todd Banks said he didnt want to stop working on the car . Like seriously yes you do stop working on it and inform us do we proceed. Dont think yeah they got 2,000 hanging around theyll pay lets jus do it. Like no so unprofessional. And now a week later my vehicle is making noise. Im getting in contact with the owner of the entire white eagle. Their is still more problems other than this. BAD PLACE!

Horrible place, took my car to get a small crack fix on me exterior and they tried charging me $1000 just to fix a small crack. Employees looked annoyed when I entered the shop.

Honest employees, impressive body work, and very fair on the price. Car looks like it did before the accident :)
