Finally, after many months of attempting to help small businesses as they struggle to survive during this pandemic, today we experienced an employee that provided service with detail and a smile. She was short, but still found a way to dry off our lifted truck without missing a spot. I wish the tip we gave went straight to her. She deserved it over the other staff that rushed us, clunk their tools on the side of our vehicle without a care if they left a mark or not. We were about to move on, and start washing our own but she has made us continue to come and be hopeful the quality picks up! Hopefully soon.

I can only give this a 3 star average because sometimes you get 5 star service and your vehicle is perfect, and other times, they dont dry your windows, you have to remind them to do tire shine, theres still bugs in the grill etc etc...I know they make money by shoving cars through as fast as they can, but when customers stop coming back because the cars arent clean?? Maybe they need to slow down and do a little better job so they have happy return customers who then tell others its a great place to go.

Like going here but the last time. They didnt do a good job. Paid for the 16$ wash and it was no difference in the 8$ wash and the girl in the after noon seemed like she didnt wan to be there.

This place is consistent with good service.I always tip a couple bucks. Its nice to have a towel dry at the end.

BROKE MY WINDSHIELD WIPER.DIDNT COMPENSATE FOR THE DAMAGE.NOT CLEAN.DONT EVER COME HERE.WORST SERVICE EVER!!THE PHOTO IS CURRENT. IT WAS TAKEN AFTER THE CAR DRIED OFF.AND THE RECIEPT IS CURRENT FROM AUTO ZONE WITH THE DATE & TIME. WHERE THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU DONT JUST CHANGE ONE BLADE.ITS LIKE A PAIR OF TIRES, YOU DONT CHANGE JUST ONE.TOO BAD YOU THINK A CUSTOMER WITH A 20,000$ TRUCK IS TRYING TO SCAM YOU FOR 30$. USE SOME COMMON SENSE!THATS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very disappointed after all the good Ive heard over the years. Quick but not worth the money. I have been getting the inside and out cleaned in Marysville for a couple dollars more and they actually clean EVERYTHING. Here they do a quick wipe and youre off. Left all plastic still dirty and running boards.

I was not happy with my car wash I washed it on my way to Sacramento to a family get-together wanting it to look nice I got halfway down there stopped at my nephews for a minute the sides of my car was pink blue purple soap all over the sides and I paid extra to clean my tires and they were not even touched so I was not happy to say the least I took photos theyre not the best

This is usually my go to car wash place since its the only one in town. They usually do a decent job but not this time. I paid $16 and there was still dirt on my car (tires, bumper, and license plate). The girls there were nice but all they did was wet my car and wipe it down, no scrubbing or anything. Im pretty disappointed!

Paid $12 for the extra clean job including tire rims. car was not clean, rims were dirty. Just pay minimum, I feel it is all the same. Staff was very nice.

I rather vaccum my truck my self, is it really that big of a deal to just let vaccum my truck before getting it washed? Also DO NOT BEND MY MIRRORS WITHOUT ASKING they are automatic and it throws them off track. Frustrated. OK. Quality... Water spots everywhere and wheres the tire shine I paid for? She supposedly applied it, also I stopped and ask an attendant if I could vacuum my truck... Why didnt she give me that information? Quality is poor. The young lady cant dry as fast as the cars come out. There are other businesses that out perform yours so forgive me for giving yall a try. First time there was wet rag smear marks over my whole truck. You still NEED TO ASK BEFORE BENDING MIRRORS. Its not difficult to notify the customer before doing so. Its courteous, should be common way of treating others not business structure but ethics. The lady on the passenger side has no direct communication, so your counter complaint is invalid. I also dont appreciate your tone. You sound like a schmuck.

Ran through twice, the back of the vehicle and the tires were still dirty. Kinda expensive. I will wash my car at home for a though cleaning.

Awful. Lazy and untrustworthy. Earlier this year an employee named Chris was caught red handed by me trying to photograph my credit card number. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I then asked to speak to the owner and he replied that the owner was his best friend and wouldn’t believe a word I said. Really nice.

I used to come here often around a year ago then noticed they werent doing as good of a job. I usually would get the hot wax special for $20. and it didnt look like they washed the back of my car at all, so I didnt come again. Fast forward a year later, I tried them one more time, same disappointment. The back of my car is still dirty. For $20. And a tip I would expect better service. I guess I should have known better.

It looks like an easy place to run drugs out of because everyone in line before us and behind us already had a clean vehicle. Lol. Just pay the guy for your car wash hell hand you an air freshener and youll be on your way. Jokes aside, they do the best job in town.

Used to be great, dont know what has changed but not the process are up and quality is way down. $12 car wash and still had bird droppings all over the car (not even day old droppings at that). $15 interior clean and didnt even touch the back seats with the vacuum, let alone were anything down. Asked the employee to finish and they didnt care. Will never go back here again. 4 years ago, this was a 5 star review. Sad to see the quality fall so far.

I thought I would give them another chance cause last time it was pretty busy and my wash wasnt very good. But this time there were only three cars and my wash was even worst. I used to go to the other one across town before this one opened. Believe me this visit is sending me back. Better wash and friendlier staff. Thanks but no thanks.

This is a drive through auto wash business you pay right before you go through, the people were real nice. After my car was washed they hand dryed it and i was done my car looked good.

Quite expensive for the wash and interior clean. They didnt dry and clean my cars exterior that well, but good enough for no visible dirt. The interior was cleaned so well in every single corner except an odor linger for a few days.

I drove an hour to get my car detailed to sell it. They said they didnt have the STAFF to detail it. Uh, thats kind of what you sell so....Then the lady said if I came back in 2 hrs theyd make sure someone could detail it. So I went to have lunch and hung out. Went back - the owner was there and said no they didnt have the staff to do a detail.I freaked out and the original girl who told me to come back finally came and detailed my car. She did a good job.But spending 3 hours and so much stress and frustration? I could have done it my damn self and saved $$$$.Like owning a taco stand but not selling tacos.

Its the only full-service car wash in town. They do a poor job on interior cleaning and charge $12.oo for it. They also did a poor job on cleaning my wheels which I also paid an additional fee for.

I have been going to Pastime Auto Wash for years years, and aside from a couple recent experiences, Ive alway had great service. After posting about one such experience, I was impressed by the owner contacting me regarding my concerns.They are ramping up for the summer season and I look forward to giving 5 star reviews again.If you have had a less than stellar experience this winter, dont let it turn you away. Give them another chance to give you the quality service youve come to expect from this Oroville staple.

Ive never been more offended in my life by not only the employee but the owner as well. Ive been a loyal customer for the past 7 years & always prepaid for multiple car washes in advance. As I was exiting the car wash the employee stopped me & stood in front of my car before I could get off the track/conveyor belt for him to dry my car off! I opened the door & said he cant stop in front of me like that & it sounds like my car is getting messed up because Im stuck on the conveyor belt while its moving & my car isnt. He yelled at me called me rude & refused to dry my car off. When I went to speak to the manager I was greeted by the owner & then told I was wrong before I could even explain how his employee treated me. I wrote a review on Facebook where he slandered my actions & ultimately blocked me & erased my post after others didnt like the way he had responded to me as a business owner! Im throughly disappointed & angry I gave this man my business for 7 years. I know better now.

Dont waist your money, had to go wash it myself.
